Cons -
- I made my reservation through Booking.com to attend a conference in Riyadh, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was surprised to find a completely different price. The difference was nearly AED 1,000, which was very disappointing.
- Very Poor and not working facilities. Not worth the money I paid extra for having gym and pool
- Breakfast buffet had an average value and variety. I tried to once but avoided it for the following day.View from room window was blocked by a building at few meters away.

room size, clean
new to the tram rail noise, mid night car sound
Good location accessible to metro and near Granada mall
Iron you can't plug cuz it's not the same in the socket.
Great location, very reasonable price and lovely accommodating helpful staff. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will stay there again.
There is ongoing construction 24/7 next to the hotel at the moment, but this is not the fault of the hotel nor can they do anything about it. Just to be aware - bring ear plugs!
Very strategic location
Expensive . Very limited options for breakfast.
Staff is super
There is a construction site next door, with works throughout all night, impossible to sleep. Was told contractors were allowed by government to work 24/7, and windows do not hold the sound of constant hammering and drilling
Staff ware professional and friendly
TV service was not functioning well
This was my third stay at the hotel, and it continues to impress me. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, making you feel at home right away. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. I also appreciated their flexibility in catering to my requests, which made the experience even better.
Honestly, nothing to complain about.
Location is very good in front of grnada mall and 20 min to the boulevard, the hotel is very clean and rooms are big,, the staff were very friendly and helpful
The new Granada Metro station is across the street. This was our first stay at Iris boutique hotel and to be honest we only had 6 hours before we had to go back to the airport. We appreciated the front desk was ready to help us at 1:30 in the morning. It was comfortable and on a quiet street (until construction nearby resumed in the morning). We plan to stay here in the future to take advantage of the metro from the Riyadh airport. The journey is scheduled to be 30-35 minutes from station to station.
No view.
Iris Boutique Granada was welcoming and quiet. My room was very comfortable, clean and spacious and the staff were kind and responded quickly to my requests. I also liked that the hotel is very near (easy walk) some nice restaurants and places to get coffee and pastries.
It would be nice for the complimentary water to be provided in glass instead of plastic bottles to be more eco-friendly and for an airport pickup to be available at all times.
The friendly stuff! Location is great! They offer a welcome coffee with dates
Good
The staff very annoying and don’t have smart TV, they charge you for water and don’t have room service 24/7
It’s clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly.
The carpet in the rooms could be replaced.
Staff were great. Rooms were spacious but no light in my room . Bathroom was very good
Breakfast Gloomy and dark rooms
cleanliness staff very polite and helpful closeness to the event I was there for
the breakfast is just not in the same category . the breakfast menu needs to be upgraded . the bread one morning was of at least 1 day old . the available options are limited .
Clean room, great staff, location
There was construction outside the hotel that starts from very early morning which is noisy and woke me up. Also the train tracks are right outside so if you are sensitive to noises it will bother you.
- The hotel is beautifully decorated & clean. - we took the suite & it was very spacious & has 2 toilets - breakfast was decent
The parking is quite steep
