It was best location near diplomatic quarter. Hotel was exceptionally clean and facilities were outstanding. Staff was welcoming and very cooperative. It has also his own parking space which is wonderful. Panorama mall is just 5 minutes drive from the hotel which is good place.

NIL

Location is great specially if you want to stay close to Diplomatic quarter area as well as Laysen Valley.

Some more bright lighting in the room.

Bad service , bathroom wasn't working fine there was water leak and they didn't fix it

Location, small kids play area and parking

Hotel is not very well maintained, I also asked for crib but was not available, they asked me to use the under bed but there was no mattress either for that and they had given me blankets to lay on the board. Breakfast was not at par either.

CleanSpacious Cool design

The poor breakfast

Hotel is very clean, great breakfast, basement parking great value and staff is very polite & helpful. Mohammed at reception is always open to support.

No grocery shop nearby.

Comfortable and good location. The rest of the experience is excellent.

The water under the toilet bowl area is not draining nicely. Water will get stagnant, which can cause a bad smell.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel, and it has truly become my go-to whenever I visit Riyadh. What keeps bringing me back is the warm and professional reception team. they always welcome me with a smile and make check-in smooth and quick. Their hospitality sets the tone for a comfortable and pleasant stay every time. The rooms are clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for consistent quality and great service.

I had a great stay at this hotel — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Only the bed is comfortable and the wash room is acceptable

Breakfast: Could be improved.Lighting: Insufficient lighting in the corridors and rooms.View: The view was not pleasant.Cost: The price was quite high compared to the experience.Billiard Table: The billiard table was not functioning.

Loved the cleanliness and the working staff was amazing, specially the housekeeping service ?

Everything was good, only breakfast can be a bit better with more variety added. Specially a coffee machine.

Location, staff, facilities were sufficient

The light inside room very poor it should be stronger and it's the customer to choose from several strength level of lightning

There is coffee creamer in room but coffee! We asked many times but we didn’t see the coffee, No water refill daily !

It is good value for money hotel. Not so fancy but fulfills the requirements of good place. They have play area for kids on the ground floor.

Narrow elevators and only 2 of them. Building is small and old.
