The location is great, staffs are super friendly and helpful.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel, unfortunately this time the hotel was so noisy especially at night , lots of loud talking in lobby area as my room was in ground floor.

Lobby services should be better

- The location ( it’s exactly behind KFMC were I was going ). And it get you quickly to the center of the city - The staff were professional which I like the most - The room service was the fastest I’ve ever seen

I booked a room (non-smoker), the problem was with the room they gave me (201) it was beside the balcony were every smoker go. Also, the floor had some smokers in it. The central phone wasn’t working and I’ve been informed that it still not working. The room need some fixes (the sleep room door frame wasn’t complete.

The staff very kind and the room is clean

the suite is not well-maintained (check photos to see)only one bath towel and 1 small towel for 4 persons in a suite is not appreciated.No one requested to clean or replace the things during our stay.

The lady who was helping at the reception was very helpful with good attitude and we felt very welcome,and the rooms were very clean and spotless , we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect ,I didn't have any dislike about the place.

Brilliant staff especially Jovie on reception and Hassan on porter duties

Elevators slow, half out of commission for a big hotel. We experienced a 10 minuet wait at times.

It was Louise noisy night close to vibration of AC on the roof.. not recommended at all

No massive problems but...Not much natural light, windows onto passagewayKitchenette could be better equipped, you have a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, plate bowl spoon and fork (no knife) etc but you can't cook anything.A kitchen table and chairs would be useful to stop residents eating on the sofaSofa and rug a bit stained from food being eaten in that areaA chair for the bedroom desk/dressing table would be useful for using a laptopNo bedside lamps

No gym. Top floor suffers from drain smells. Moved to ground floor which was better.

The apartment was spacious and at a good location.

When we arrived we only had 1 used towel waiting for us in the apartment. I had to ask for 2 new clean towels at reception.

Neat and clean apartment.The best thing is voyage apartments are located next to famous restaurant "mama noura" .

Location was good near to main city as well as some good restaurants and small markets are very near .

Batrooms are very small and no hanging point in the bathroom

bathroom smells.. pulls the rating to 9/10..I feel management needs to fix this as the only thing in negative aspect

There was a very bad smell in the bathroom. There was a connecting door in the middle of the apartment with the other apartment for joining purpose which was inappropriate considering the privacy for the families.

Highly clean,organized property, and the apartment was specious, well-organized, clean. In addition, the reception staff were helpful. I highly recommend staying at this property because it considered in Riyadh center and near from everything that could need.

Bed cover it was not clean but when I informed them they replaced it.

The rooms are not well sound insulated as you can here the other rooms and the Lobby.

I love its cleanliness, quietness, comfortability, and location's accessibility to the hospital where i have a medical appointment, and nearby fast food restaurant.
