Good location

During my stay, there was no hot water in the bathroom despite reporting the issue to staff more than three times, and it was never fixed. Additionally, construction work next to the hotel caused significant noise from drilling equipment, which was very disturbing. Unfortunately, these issues negatively affected my overall experience.

The staff are friendly

I was like sleeping on the sidewalk so much noise …the bed sheet is dirty

Great staff, generally a nice hotel and not the first time I have stayed there.

The bed was not really very comfortable. But even worse, they were demolishing a large property next door and the whole hotel vibrated with noise from 7:00am! This should have been communicated. It was really bad!

I was one of the disappointed stay in Riyadh.. the location is very congested area noise and lack of attractions difficult to reach around street is closed .. health centre is uncomfortable and very disgusting with an professionalism tram lead by talkative one.. it will not be a choice for me and i will never recommend it.. the only good thing is the Saudis receptionist only ..

This hotel offers a pleasant and clean environment with comfortable accommodations and exceptional staff. It provides excellent value for the price.The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it was excellent.

At the health club, the television was playing quite loudly, which I found disruptive even with my headphones on. I requested that they lower the volume, and while they did, it remains somewhat distracting.There are some road constructions in front of the hotel. Hopefully it will be finished soon.

I like a every thing in this hotel . Very homely , excellent breakfast. Food served at the resturant is value for money.

There is no business center take a photo copy, take a prinout and etc.....

Do not recommend taking a room facing the main street because it is noisy.

Room Service is a disaster. I ordered food one night and after one hour of not having arrived I called again to ask the whereabouts of the food. The food taker had no idea why the food hadn’t arrived. He called me back and said the “cook” was praying. They eventually delivered the food and gave me a small discount after I demanded it.The following days that I ordered more room service they took the order wrong or missed items like the drinks.

The staff member Mo'meen مؤمنIs the real mvp. Managed the pressure well and maintained a big smile and was gentle with our little girls.

Friday noon, bags sent to me with the staff. He was a bit late so I went inside.When the staff finally arrived he started shouting at me for not waiting him at the door.Stating that "all of us" are like that, being late all the time.The same staff was shouting at our young girls. The same day around 3-4 pm.Never booking again as I have never been treated like this before... Sadly I did not get his name.

I had an incredible time at the hotel. The location is great, the staff is really helpful and pleasant, and the facility is modern and clean. As an added bonus, the room is so well-soundproofed that not a single sound could be detected from the street outside.

The pool area is not that good. Maybe because it was winter and not fully prepared due to lack of usage.

Clean, amazing location, and well maintained hotel.But suites could use some doors, especially for the bathrooms. The sliding doors were not well maintained.Front desk staff could use some training too. Don't expect the usual hotel staff treatment.
