Braira Al Yarmouk

The Staff was amazing, from the front office to room service and breakfast area staff was excellent. Well maintained hotel with nice, comforting and clean modern look.

nothing much I can say that I didn't like. Hotel was great.

The hotel is spacious, clean, and relaxing to stay

Although it was listed as four stars on Booking, it truly deserves a five star rating by European standards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are impressively spacious. The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently, and the sound insulation ensures a peaceful stay. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate every need, highly recommended. I especially appreciated how the staff were always ready to help whether assisting with luggage at the door or offering a beverage without ever making you feel pressured for tips. The restaurant is also excellent I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked Kabsa and Biryani, though be aware that the portions are very generous.

The main street outside is very busy, and our first room facing it was noisy. However, the staff arranged a change to a room on the inner street a day after, which was perfectly quiet and restful. Another drawback was that the room refresher was too strong, to the point it almost made me cough.

Comfortable ,clean , and great service ❤️

Good location, clean and unique hotel

- Staff are very friendly- Plenty of parking- Location is great, many facilities are close by

- Water pressure is low in bathrooms- Sound proof in windows, the highway can be heard clearly.

Stuff and the location also the room is big and clean

the price

I really liked the warm welcome from the staff, especially the reception manager, Ms. Irene, who made me feel right at home, and Mr. Muzaffar, who was always smiling and showed me to my room. I appreciate this friendly and warm treatment, and I will definitely be returning again and recommending this hotel to everyone.

The construction out side

Property is super clean. The staff is super supportive, specially Alshammari who’s working as receptionist.

Everything! Specially the staff members, everyone working at this hotel are very friendly, collaborative and willing to take care about every single detail. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Ver nice hotel staff, hotel nits and clean I am really enjoyed ?

I didn’t receive exceptional service , I believe it was a part of their core values . The service matters always paying attention to detail. Although there was a language barrier all attempts were made to met our needs.

Nothing all staff were courteous, professional and attentive to our needs.

Very Noisy Stay – Construction Until 8 PM

We stayed last weekend and were disturbed by loud construction noise right outside our room (see attached video). We reported it to the hotel staff, but there was no quick response, and the noise continued until 8 PM. It ruined our stay, and we weren’t offered any solution. Very disappointing—won’t be returning.

Good locationHowever 2 days of maintenance nouse resulting in a room move to a twin bed room from a king bedThere were no milk or milk substitutes available in either room

2 days of very loud maintenance noise before being moved in to a smaller bedded roomNo milk available for hot coffee or tea meaning room service for expensive warm drinks

I am regular guest in this hotel, I believe that speaks about my satisfaction. It is very convenient for me to stay in this special location and Braira is a great chain, I am using them all over the Kingdom.

We stayed for 3 days it was great, facilities were nice And staff is very helpful.

We had an issue with showers and bathtub hot water which is the water was very rusty and dirty in the beginning of opening the taps and tends to run out of hot water very soonOther than that everything was clean and good

Clean and luxurious . Welcoming. Fast service.

Windows do not close. The weight scale does not work.

This was our third stay in Braira and it always provides a good value for money. The frontline staff was again very kind and helpful!

This time we had trouble with the hot water in the bath. The pressure was coming and going in the shower and no hot water in the bath tub. Also due water pressure the water was not reaching the tub it was going on the floor.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean and neat hotel. Smells nice everywhere. Our room was spacious ( larger than the standard one). Large size bathroom with a bathtub and a good size walk-in shower. Two comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of services around the hotel. Available basement parking.

The drain in the shower was slow in removing water.

Hotel is great and clean. staff are always there and helpful. Special to hanks to Hala
