Doubletree By Hilton Riyadh Financial District Hotel&Suites

Good & clean hotel for a quick trip where my business was in KAFD!

I had to wait for a long time to have my room ready & staff were too slow! I left an energy note when I booked but they didn’t act upon it.

Great interior design, clean facilities, smooth journey, and perfect lighting.

We had some difficulty in the beginning but the duty manager solved it and upgraded our stay. The location is great. Breakfast is excellent. Room is spacious with view.

No isolation from the busy highway

Big rooms, easy enter, easy park and access

For misunderstanding, i book one extra room, when i ask to cancel they refused as its exceed the free cancellation period, i hope they understand more

Great location, very clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

The air conditioning could be improved, as it doesn’t cool sufficiently.

Location. Clean.

1- They don’t park your car like other all hotels. 2- Parking bassment does not have signs to show me if I am in garden in or double tree parking zone. 3- Check out time was on 12:00pm not like all hotels in Riyadh until 2:00pm which is soo bad.

Room Upgrade, Room style, Indoor Pool, Breakfast buffet, Restaurant

The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Riyadh Financial District, and the view from the room was truly stunning, especially in the evening. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly and professional.

The breakfast was below expectations. The variety was limited and some items did not seem fresh. For a hotel of this standard, I was hoping for a more enjoyable breakfast experience.

They gave me late checkout without even negotiating. Rooms are spacious, new and clean. Good value for such property.

Nice and cool room, the breakfast was nice

Some of the staff could not order a taxi for me, asking me to download app or going on the street and catch myself

Large room, pleasant staff, fairly good location.

In room dining was a mess. Food OK but not great.

One of the best hotel realy nice and clean , we stayed at junior suit which was really good space for a family of three was very big room with nice space everything was luxurious, the location is perfect it was in the center of the city near to eveywhere and we could reach the places using uber app on a reasonable rates due to the location.

I stayed in a lovely two-bedroom suite with a living room. The stay was wonderful, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was included. The place was clean and conveniently located near the KAFD. Moreover, the staff was very helpful and kind. They provided us with extra towels and blanket. The front desk personnel were all local Saudi staff, which added a beautiful touch to the hospitality and created a great first impression when we arrived at the hotel.

NA

great location.. new riyadh.. near riyadh season , near the airport..

The area was well located. the staff are great. The restaurant supervisor and his team are very welcoming. It was a good experience that I will certainly repeat, inchallah.

We went to the riyadh festival which was close by hence location was great

- not much option food - only one restaurant which we liked however was surprised to have paid 500 for two people buffet ( we were not informed of the price prior)- Calls reception - not answering need to call twice and had noticed there was one person at the desk hence explains it- They had maintenance at the property lobby which was not a good eye ( they could cover it)

The cleanse and the location

The room service is tooo slow for the luggage they take 45 minutes to take it from the room Any thing i order its take 20 minutes or more

The location is great, the service is quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My stay was excellent

Excellent hotel Big room and clean Easy check in and out

The location in the heart of Riyad city, very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
