    Pros +

    • The breakfast at Sadelles was good with good service and the spa
    • The architecture of the building mainly, when ordering food etc, the service was fast to be honest. The staff were also nice and fast in resolving some issues we had in our room.
    • Disappointing, not worth it at all

    Cons -

    • The hotel has dropped standards and it is no way a 5 star property. As a premium customer they did not meet the standards of service , rooms had no stock of mini bar , no welcome note , chocolates or flowers . The hotel is selective to who they welcome and what they show on social media is misleading . Room cleaning is poor and bathroom amenities poor . Overall disappointed
    • To be honest, my room was on the first floor and the whole floor smelled very bad. I think they tried to cover it with a scent diffuser, but it was even worse and very strong, especially for anyone sensitive to smells or with asthma. The lifts also smelled bad.On the first night, I called room service multiple times and no one answered. It was very hard to reach them, although on the following days it was much smoother. In the bathroom, the vanity pipe was leaking. The issue was resolved within a few minutes, but the next day we noticed the fridge was leaking too. That was also fixed within a few minutes as well.Sound isolation was poor. We woke up late at night because of noise from the room next door. There was also street noise and you could clearly hear cars, and you could clearly hear the vacuum cleaning in the corridor.
    • Experience was very bad. Staff communication was unprofessional, including manager, who kept interrupting me and placing blame on me rather than resolving the issue. Room was dusty, and there was even small cockroach on the bed. It also took the staff long time to come and remove it. Overall, hotel doesn’t justify its price.

The location is amazing. The restaurants are international and very delicious ( Saddles)The staff are friendly

My room was next to the elevator so it was very noisy even the sound of room service trolly in the corridor make some noise when it pass. I think there is no sound prof doors so when they clean the room in front all the noise heard in my room.

I had a wonderful stay at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel. The location is perfect and very convenient for getting around Riyadh. I stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The suite was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The restaurants located below the hotel offered very delicious food with excellent quality. The reception team was friendly and professional, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh.

The hotel was amazingthe breakfast was delicious, and the service was truly impressive. Everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay.

The only downside was the smoking smell in the room. I called twice about it, and while they kindly offered a late check-out, the issue wasn’t fully resolved.

I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was genuinely outstanding, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The location was perfect, tucked away from heavy traffic yet still an easy walk to the metro, which made getting around effortless. The spa was another standout. The facilities were beautiful, calming, and well-maintained, and the experience felt truly restorative.Inside the room, the amenities were luxurious and thoughtful, giving everything a premium feel. Overall, the atmosphere across the hotel felt incredibly lovely, almost a step above the standard five-star experience. It’s the kind of place where small details make a big difference, and you notice the care put into creating a memorable stay.

There were a few areas that didn’t quite meet expectations. The walls between rooms felt quite thin, and I ended up with a very noisy neighbor, which made the stay less restful than I had hoped. The windows also did very little to block out street noise. The road stays busy throughout the night, and if your room faces that side, you’ll also hear the metro until around midnight. The pillows were another disappointment. They were extremely soft, and without a pillow menu—which I would normally expect at a five-star property at this price point—there wasn’t much flexibility to find something more comfortable. While the room was generally clean, some details were overlooked. The connecting-room door and some of the wall trim looked like they hadn’t been dusted in a while, which took away from the otherwise luxurious atmosphere.Breakfast was lovely in quality, but worth noting that it is not a buffet. You choose from set menus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, but the rules around what could be ordered seemed to vary depending on who you spoke with, which caused a bit of confusion.

The property is beautifully designed with an elegant and upscale ambience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was attentive and professional, and the valet service was excellent, efficient, friendly, and very convenient. The overall atmosphere of the hotel made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

In my opinion, everything was good for families looking for an exclusive and comfortable stay. However, I would advise updating the room descriptions on Booking.com, as it was difficult to clearly understand the details and facilities of each room when booking.

Value compared to the size if the room.

Had a great stay here! Reem was really very professional and pleasant to deal with, she helped with decorating the room for my wife’s birthday and she paid attention to the smallest details. I would definitely come back again

It is important to note that the location of the hotel remains its saving grace, and I continue to appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the front desk and butler teams, who are always polite and welcoming. However, while their attitude is commendable, there seems to be little follow-through or action when it comes to fulfilling guest requests or ensuring a seamless experience.

Despite sending an email in advance to request a room facing the courtyard, this was not honored upon check-in, with no explanation or acknowledgment from the staff. This lack of attention to guest preferences, particularly for long-time patrons, was disheartening. In addition, several aspects of the stay reflected a noticeable decline in overall service quality:The corridors carry a sewage odor, poorly masked by heavy perfume dispensers. The rooms are not cleaned to standard, and towels are provided inconsistently. The in-room snacks are very limited, giving the impression that management is restricting offerings due to internal issues rather than focusing on guest satisfaction. The room ambiance feels cold and unwelcoming, lacking small touches such as welcome fruit or a comfortable rug that previously gave it a warm, premium atmosphere. Finally, despite breakfast being included for two guests, I was charged a room service fee simply for taking a plate by hand to my wife in the room — an unreasonable and disappointing experience for any guest, let alone a regular one. These issues collectively reflect a decline in both hospitality and attention to detail, which once set your property apart. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and review internal standards to restore the level of excellence that long-time guests like myself have always appreciated.

Beautiful hotel with great service and facilities. Friendly and professional staff. The 2BR suite was well designed, very spacious and comfortable.

Way too pricy for what it offered

    Beautiful

Elevators smelled so bad, all of them with stale air. Corridors also smelled funky. It was really bad, to the point where i wont stay again. Bed was hard and uncomfortable

The location is perfect despite Riyadh's massive traffic. The check-in and out was prompt. I wish the prices would be reasonable during Riyadh season.

The shower heater had some issues.
