Sarwat Park Hotel Riyadh - Diplomatic Quarter

The hotel is conveniently located next to VFS, for visa appointments. This is honestly my only positive comment. I don't see any other positives here.

The hotel is more of a "motel" and is outdated and the furniture is old. The whole feel of the hotel is rather disappointing, and the only reason I stayed here was due to the hotel being located next to VFS. The breakfast was disappointing, and the food did not seem fresh. The wifi was poor, and I had to use mobile hotspot to work.

Good omelette and foul.

Rooms we’re quite unstylish and simple for the price. Old furniture. Expected more based on price of room.

Location if you have appointments for any visa

One thing I didn’t like, and this is my first time I face this issue, I don’t no how to say it but I asked for bottle of water, and they said sorry only two bottles free per day and they said will send extra water which never happened even I will pay for it, this totally not right, I was I can talk to the management.

Overall Experience was great. Food was really good.

Door Access was a real problem. Internet coverage was not good enough

Location staff and the service

The room was next to elevator and the noise was uncomfortable at times

Clean hotel and rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Shahad AlSaib at the receptio, she was great and attended to all our needs and recommended places for us to visit. Overall it was a good stay and a good hotel

Breakfast is good

Noise while trying to sleep!!No Uber service near the hotelThe bathroom is very oldRoom smell was bad for me

Location and cleanliness plus the staff was gorgeous and kind ,There is a parking for your car

The room is tight small

The friendly staff and the excellent service. Also the location for my needs was perfect.

sometimes the other guests can be loud.

Location was in close proximity to the Diplomatic Quarter but a little distance from the facilities like supermarkets etc.Breakfast could do with a little bit of variety.

More English TV channels

The breakfast is good.

The tempture of the shower water is a little cool, maybe because of the hot weather:(. As a woman, I prefer a litter warm water:).

the Saudi guy in reception is very polite deserves good recognition, furniture was very clean, breakfast was upto expectations

They receptionests were very helpful

Price, Landry staff came 2 hours late

Nearby Diplomatic quarter.

A bit overpriced given the facilities. The breakfast was very simple.

staff is helpful. The room is very clean

Room view

The reception staff are so friendly and professional, especially Raghad, who works so passionately. The room was big, in fact, they have upgraded my choice to a bigger suit with the same price which was pleasant . The room was clean and the furniture was in good state. There was a kitchenette with enough things to work with

There was no mirror in the room, through there was two in the bathroom, but for a lady to get ready it was hard to stand up to make the hair and the makeup

The room was very and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Very Friendly staff. Good Breakfast (Souhour).Very big Room, very clean. Quite. Pefect location close to the diplomatic area.
