Respectful staff, good location

Construction noise was ridiculously loud all night. Literally a struggle to sleep

The sound of annoying drilling, smoking, also entering the room, poor hotel insulation, the overall experience is unsatisfactory and not good for me

The location

The elevator is very busy and slow, the types of shampoo and hygienic stuff are of very cheap material, and the rooms are so small for the standard room

The suite has spacious space

The isolation of the room is not good, the hygienic stuff are of very cheap material.

The services and room was great and comfortable. I would like to thank miss Dalia and Badriyah for the follow up and make sure that, everything is fine.

I like the kindness of the staff as well as the location of the hotel. Also, they are very quick in service and they gave us a welcoming drink. Thank you Badriah for all of your support and for the whole staff as they tried their best to make our stay enjoyable.

The construction around the building during these days as they are starting the noise early in the morning as well as the shower drain plug is not draining water properly, so that cause the water to spread in the whole bathroom.In addition to that, there is no gym for female.

The view was amazing the staff were helpful and hospitable. I specially want to thank Badriyah for the kind greeting warm welcome. Thank you so much.

Couldn't find suitable parking thats all

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would like to sincerely thank the Guest Relations Officer, Badriya, for her warm hospitality and exceptional care, which truly made my stay memorable.

There is construction near the hotel, which caused some noise.

The location, staff and the hospitality made it an over all great experience especially Badryah amazing professionalism and always trying to make the stay as best as it can be

The room was very clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The whole place felt welcoming and well taken care of.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I loved how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. The bathtub in the junior suite was incredibly relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a long week. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was in a good place

The bathroom after shower is like swiming pool. You cant walk the water is everywhere The matrass is very bad , i could not sleep properly and my back hurts since 3 days now.As well early morning by 6 40 am the sound of construction is horible , you can take rest or sleep. You cant hear anything the sound is always in your head.

The hotel has a convenient location and very spacious rooms. Parking is relatively easy throughout the day.

Breakfast lacks variety, coffee machine can't serve mixed coffees (latte, cappuccino...etc).Internet is not stable and no plugs at the table should you decide to plug in your laptop and work.Nearby construction could cause unappreciated noise.

The staff is good

The bed mattress is very old and very uncomfortable, the floor doesn’t have carpet and very cold

The room space, the staff, the convenience in everything with room service

The only thing that’s was bothering me was the loud sounds of construction which was not in their control

The guest service , breakfast, cleaning and value

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, excellent service, and smooth check-in. The air conditioning was good, but could be improved. Overall, highly recommended!

Leaving

I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay. The mattress was rock hard, and the pillows were so worn out they provided no support at all. The blackout curtains didn’t even cover the window properly, so the room never got dark. To make things worse, the window hinges were broken, leaving the window partly open. This meant the sound insulation was terrible, and with nearby construction work, the noise was constant and very disruptive.On top of that, there were no TVs anywhere in the hotel — only YouTube, which is not an acceptable substitute.The only redeeming factor was the staff, who were kind, understanding, and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, there’s little they can do when the basics of comfort, noise insulation, and amenities are so lacking. Overall, a very disappointing experience
