Location and restaurant.

Customer service (female) at the check-in desk. She provided no information regarding restaurant hours, WiFi information, or other service available in the hotel.

Neat and clean rooms. Good wi fi. Decent gym

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the room was spacious.

Reception was very polite but lacked warmth and hospitality. When I asked about nearby supermarkets, the receptionist simply told me to check Google Maps!Later, when I requested help getting a taxi, I was told to install Uber because the hotel “doesn’t provide that service”! In other countries, receptionists usually go out of their way to assist with simple requests — unfortunately, that was completely missing here.”

It’s a very well kept property and the rooms are exceptionally appointed. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating although some struggled with non-Arabic languages.

The rooftop pool is NOT heated and that eliminated the possibility of use in December. The location is convenient for the eastern part of town but it is rather isolated from anywhere else. A van shuttle to the airport may be a good addition. The car service arranged was great on my way in but I couldn’t arrange it for the way back because their service has limited hours. Book in advance!

For some strange reason the coffee station in my room (Nespresso professional, which I am a fab of) was stocked with decaf pods only. And regardless of noting it at reception, each day it was again restocked with decaf. No clue why… one of those weird things you can’t find an explanation to…

Even though i booked the biggest suite which was “Panoramic suite” it was not well equipped, not very clean, they charged for everything

Comfortable and Cleanliness and friendly staff. Its near to the mall and accessible. Hopefully I can go back there again.

Rooms are very nice and big

Restaurant is poor. The worst lentil soup i ever had in my life, yet it’s the easiest dish to cook. At breakfast half the food is shriveled and dry like it’s been left out uncovered for days. Staff aren’t trained properly. Badly organized. Nobody picks up at reception when you call or house keeping. They don’t have a system for handling deposit on your room and can only refund with bank transfer or cash which you wait 45 minutes to receive. Clothes are not returned on time from laundry you have to pester for return. There’s a limit on the wifi you can use then it stops working- they ask you to come to reception to sort it out- unable to give solution over phone. A very comfortable well decorated hotel with poor systems and restaurant quality

Very tight underground parking. At that price point you would proper coffee in the room (like nespresso pods)The burger was well below average as well.

VERY NICE PROPERTY, CLEAN AND LARGE ROOMS. BATHROOMS ARE EXCELLENT. STAFF IS SMILING AND WELCOMING. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST ANBD SERVICE AT THE RESTAURANT.

there is noise coming through the ceiling and windows, also called a day prior to my staying to confirm that pool and roof lounge are working and they confirmed that they are but once I arrived I have been told they aren’t !

The facility is excellent, very clean, and offers convenient parking.

The small room I was staying in permitted checkout until 2:45 PM, giving me a decent amount of time to leave at my own pace. However, I still received an early morning reminder about the checkout time. While I did appreciate the heads-up, it felt somewhat unnecessary given that I was already aware of the checkout policy and had planned accordingly.

The quietness was decent and staff were friendly.

Kitchen wasn’t available late nights, cleaning was only fair before check in & in staying.
