Boudl Al Olaya

Location is great , the unit is spacious, well decorated and clean with great sound proof and the beds are super comfortable. Free valet parking available at all times .

Encountered some delays in getting the car out of the parking .

Clean and good location

Not quite noisy because of main street

Great location except on Weekend, the road is simply not accessible after 10 pm

Very clean and very good hotel. It exceeded my expectations actually. Everything is high quality including services. I really enjoyed my stay.

The elevator was a bit squeaky but it was fast though.

The location was good , valet service good as well. The space of the apartment was big . There is a housemaid room.

The 3 bedroom apartment in the kitchen the plates and cups are not enough. The kitchen was not equipped with everything. There is no cooking pot.The sound of the street is noisy.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Boudl Hotel — clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-managed. Highly recommended! Special thanks to the receptionist, Haneen, for her warm welcome and outstanding service.

Prime location. Very convenient. Very close to the metro station

Noise of the A/C

I had a wonderful stay at Boudl Alolaya in Riyadh! The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable, with excellent on-site support. A special shout-out to Mr. Anwar, the property manager, for his kindness and exceptional support—he truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Don’t hesitate to reach out to him if you need any assistance during your visit. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Nice location and friendly staff Clean and good size room I recommend for family

- no private parking (it was disaster to find one around) - air condition was noisy & crest loud noise in all rooms.- Room service was not working unless you call reception & need many follow ups to come.-

1/ spacious rooms2/ good location3/ value for money4/ fast check-in/out

Minor facilities

The apartment is brilliant and the property has on site support like a hotel (laundry, basic catering, front desk).

The kitchen is just about suitable to make a very simple meal - and only after requesting equipment. It is a 'kitchenette' rather than a kitchen.

The property is excellent, and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Abdulaziz Alqahtani truly exemplifies outstanding service, representing the team in an exceptional manner.

Car parking not available.

I liked the location and the room..Spacious and you feel home

Asked for iron about 3 times untill it was delivered,TV channels very poor

the Hotel is not providing any free Break fast even after paying high price. They charge 35 Rial for breakfast which is not good enough.

when we asked for Drinking water they provide only 3-4 small bottle of water complimentary which is not enough fora person even at the summer season.. which should be changed and to provide enough drinking water complementary as we get in all star hotels world-wide. Bath area of Washroom is insufficent and there is no door to keep dry area so when you bath the dry area fully becomes wet which is not good enough.

Great comfortable rooms with a small kitchen

Wifi was not good for working

Great hotel perfect location.check in was at 02.00 and was no problem.room was very lare and very cleangreat stay

was only 1 towel per person

very good location and comfortable rooms.

I would recommend better wifi as it was very difficult to work online from the apartment due to the poor Wifi connection.

location is great

the staff doesnt speak english, its expensive for what it offers, amenities are basic

I enjoy the property location however if you are traveling with car you will face issue finding close by parking

No parking always its full and no spaces are available
