Bed is not comfortable and washroom too small.....

Lot of voice on road...can't sleep

Its clean and the location is perfect

Bad service, no internet

Breakfast are good for dieting and vegetarians people.If possible to add some american breakfast i.e. bacons, chicken and beef, hot soups .Location are great and near to food restaurants and malls.

Breakfast had a good variety and taste of the food was very good. Sweets provided were very delicious and would rate the service at the restaurant excellent.

Bathroom facilities to be improved. Water drainage should be managed properly and water spillage to be checked by the management.

1- clean and spacious room with nice view.2- egyptian receptionist was very nice, helpful and welcoming while the lady at the check-in was not helpful during several instances.3- the room facilities are good and satisfactory

Good price for the hotel in regard to the facilities provided. Good size of the room. Clean rooms

The hotel was clean and well managed and the support staff was very nice. For business travelers, the location is nice with good basic facilities.

Breakfast was the same everyday without any variation. Wifi range in some of the rooms were less. Reception staff most speaks arabic and for non arabic speakers, the communication takes time.

The breakfast was more inventive than others with a lot of choice and therefore something, surely, to meet most tastes. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It's a shame that the reception desk staff are so gormless, almost wilfully so. They sit low behind the desk to the point where it's hard to get their attention and, on one visit, one of them continued a personal conversation on her mobile for a good five minutes while I stood their waiting for help. Twice I received a barking order to come down to reception with no sense of why. It turned out (twice!) that a reception worker had mis-entered the amount into the card machine, but they didn't deign to tell me this when I left the room first time around without my credit card. When I brought my bags down to leave after check out, I received a shrug as if no one had ever asked to do this before. It's a pity because the staff in the dining area, the cleaners and the "bell hop" are delightful.

The location was good but I ask clean they didn't clean and I even ask for towels also he told me they housekeeping went home and also I send 2 PC for ironing the payment was expensive as if I am in 5 star hotel

Nice new hotel, good location, lot of parking spaces in front of hotel or in underground garage. Good as a start location as you can quickly and cheaply get almost everywhere by uber. Located next to busy street, but the room was soundproof so it wasn't problem at all.

Room was very big and clean. It was very nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had big selection including fresh omelette station and beautiful pastries. WiFi strength in my room was perfect. Room also had a fridge and tea/ coffee facilities.Black out curtains were ideal. The staff were very kind and friendly. They arranged a seamless airport pick up for me and a late check out.24 hour restaurant was helpful and food was nice and very good value and room service was available.It was very nice for a 3 star, it exceeded my expectations for a 3 star. Perfect for short business trip.

Only 2 English speaking TV channels but that wasn't a huge deal, I watched things on my phone with wifi. When the shower was used it flooded the entire bathroom floor which was not ideal. Restaurant seating is in the hotel lobby (except for breakfast which was level 7).My room had a connecting door to another room and I could hear people in the other rooms speaking which was disruptive on one occasion when trying to sleep at night time. There was not much around the hotel in terms of restaurant/cafes or shops.

I had to wait at my arrival because the room was not ready, they gave me a room without a lot of the facilities and then I had to call a couple of times to change my room which did not contain bathrobe as describe, nor was soundproofed

The room was very spacious and the bedding was clean.I liked the in-room iron, and the fact that there was plentiful drinking water.

The wi-fi didn’t work, the shower didn’t work, there was no proper coffee at breakfast (plastic sachets of instant coffee and paper cups - like camping), the reception staff refused to print my 1-page flight booking confirmation for me before I went to the airport, and out of absolutely nowhere the receptionist asked to have his photo taken with me (!), which as a solo female traveller I found deeply inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Even after confirmation of my booking, reception staff said Hotel rooms are full so not possible to accommodate in this Hotel then they changed my booking to their another Hotel in same location

Location of hotel in respect to where I had meetings, was literally over the road.

No pool as there were workmen always at it. The restaurant was actually a coffee shop in the lobby, even though it was advertised as being on 6th floor. Breakfast never had tables as there were not enough of them. Evening meals were limited as they only had a small selection of the menu they promoted, and was the same every day.Housekeeping never left me towels, the Aircon did not work....

staff is not helpful. The priority given to Arabic or local guests. the hotel check in time was 3.00pm , i arrived around 4.30pm yet the room wasn’t ready. I was given a different room than the which i booked and paid. Receptionist didn’t even bothered, no apology. They simply said the hotel is fully booked. But i seen many guests arrived after me have got checked in and went their rooms. they simply care about solo travelers. I had to request toilet papers and water on the 2nd day. No room cleaning done on 2nd day and the funny part was room boy came and asked to check out on my 2nd day. may be a mistake but they were not polite at all. This is my personal experience, other may have different opinions

price is convenient

service, staff, parking is horrible cuz no valley and is not convenient
