Admire Apart' Hotel

The location was very good - near KFSHRC. No traffic lights.

The elevator sound was very annoying, I couldn’t sleep because the sound was very loud and it was used all the time.

Dirty Toilet and towels

Disappointing.

On three occasions the room was not cleaned and made up by the time I returned to the hotel which on all occasions was after 7.00pm. On one occasion they were unable to supply towels (I had no towels).

Easy check in

Washroom was faulty.Quality of towels provided was extremely poor to the level being shredded.Overall they need to do some work to increase the quality for the price they charge.

Location and staff

The room had some ants, no towels when we arrived, no hairdryer and when I tried to turn on the light at the bathroom I got electrocuted. Specially that in booking they offer crib if needed subject to availability which I put in my reservation and called before arriving, when I did check in no information about it so no crib for us

Toilet and showet same corner no border, furniture is worn in and very bad

Room was spacious. Location is quite good. Near by small eateries, supermarket available.

They have the same menu for breakfast everyday...Have requested to change the menu but they refused

Nothing, I’m surprised how it was classified 4 stars hotel on booking.com

Everything, i paid double because i booked through booking.com the announced price for my room 280sar while i paid 537 see the photos.The room bad with bad scent because there is sewer drain hole and they tried to cover the smell by using odors. Breakfast very poor, For me i will not take this room for free if i saw it before booking.

Easy accessibility to restuarants and other areas

They didnt consider my late flight i had to check out at 3pm and my flight was 8pm

Spacious, clean, big parking & good location

The staff were not helpful. Had to remind to provide towels etc in room, since it was group booking many rooms had items like brush kits, towels etc for single person

The toilet was primitive.The house keeping does not make the daily clean for the room unless you ask the front disk officer to get the permission to clean the room; this was strange.

TV Channels on offer

Wifi was problematic, rooms were only cleaned if you prompted but when cleaned they often missed out things like towel replacement or toilet role. The website talks about lots of facilities but not included in the services.

We are not satisfied with our stay due to lack of facility.

We trust booking.com but there was no swimming pool as advertised for this hotel.No gym.Cleanliness in the rooms are unsatisfactory.

Very poor breakfast. There are nothing to eat. I find so bad breakfast 1 st time in my life. They are selling coffee extra.

the breakfast is cheap, cheaper than cheap... the food is bland, and there is no variety. the disposables used are so cheap and no hotel should be using them.

i was very ☹️ disappointed. i booked there because of the pool. i booked 4rooms, because my friends wants to enjoy swimming since there is no beach here in Riyadh.and even on my conversations with the hotel staffs, i asked about availability of the pool. we went far only for the pool since we are also new here from UAE. nobody mentioned to me that pool here is not allowed for ladies. even before i went to pool, i saw one staff and ask for the pool, and he told me enjoy. while we were swimming and enjoying, someone came and tell us we are not allowed in the pool. we were very disappointed and of course my friends are sad. first time i encountered hotel like this and i hope next time they will clarify to people for those which are not allowed☹️☹️☹️.i remember one more thing, it was mentioned in their facilities that the rooms are soundproof. since they avoid us from pool, some ladies decided to just do karaoke in the room, but what the hotel did is they called the room and tell them noisy. really????
