Fairmont Riyadh

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The shower area was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Overall stay was pleasant. However, the water tap was slightly long for the sink, the toilet area felt a bit tight, and parking could be challenging at times.

It was so nice to reach this beautiful hotel after long 8 hours drive! Abdulla and Sara from the front desk of Friday night shift , gave us the warmest welcome and hot beverages. In minutes , we checked in and got into the room. Room was spacious and clean.

Bed mattress is not comfortable sadly! The bathroom is fully exposed to the room with no blinds or curtain option ! I really wish they can do something about these 2 issues

I had an exceptional stay at the Fairmont Hotel Riyadh! The staff truly went above and beyond, but one person who stood out was Manal in the Front Office during the night shift. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly impressive. She made sure everything was perfect and was always available to help. The hotel's facilities and services were top-notch, but it's the staff that really makes the difference. Manal is a credit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend her to anyone staying at the Fairmont Riyadh. 5-star service deserves 5-star reviews.

Suggestion: Consider adding more local cuisine options to the restaurant menu to cater to local tastes and preferences. This would enhance the dining experience for guests and make the hotel more appealing to local visitors.

I like only the receptionist attitude and welcome

1- the room was dirty - the bed has blood spots and hair.2- the restaurant workers was not friendly.

Rooms are clean.Special thanks for Mr. Ehab Nabil, the director of guest experience for his super welcoming service.Also for Room attendant Mr.Amry, the room was very clean & super organised!It was a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh.

Not TV smart, I tried to connect wirelessly to YouTube or Netflix but there’s no option

The only hotel I stay at in Riyadh. Amazing staff, brunch buffet, and accommodations. Everything is great.

Brilliant service from entering the hotel to relaxing in the rooms.

We didn’t get interconnecting rooms even though we asked prior to booking.

The lobby lacks a seating area, and guests are expected to place an order to use the lounge. The dental kit could be improved, and the rooms are relatively small.

A very wonderful place to work, close to the airport, excellent cleanliness, and excellent service. It will be our first choice on upcoming trips.

Nice location and facilities. 15min to the airport.

Very bad ventilation. The entire ground floor from restaurants all the way to the exhibition hall was foggy with cooking smoke and smell. Two Restaurants were did to the event and thats ok but wont accept anyone else for 2 days. Rooms wew ok but expected newer. Hotel too busy so had to wait longer for some services

I make it very clear that I need my rooms to be next to each other because I have kids and elderly parents.. but No, they gave us different floors:) The service is poor unfortunately.It was disappointing.

The laundry service is bad.The AC was leaking. And after fixing it was very hot.The dining service was average.
