My view.

Great location, the staff were very welcoming, the room was ready before noon

Good location, great and supportive staff, and amazing breakfast!

Old Furniture and bathroom, noisy electronic devices ( maybe room controls) affecting sleep

Location

It’s unacceptable that the check-in staff assigned me a smoking room without even asking - it smelled like an ashtray. When I raised it, the response was: we don’t have other rooms; - the same thing happened to my colleague. The rooms are extremely outdated, uncomfortable (didn’t sleep well), poor sound proofing, and lack basic conveniences like bedside power sockets. Not recommended.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming. Mr. Majed, Mohammed, Abdulmajeed, and Abdullah; and apologies if I missed anyone’s name, were all extremely helpful and made me feel truly welcomed.Arwa and Atheer were also wonderful, greeting guests with such warm smiles that made the experience even more pleasant. Their friendliness added a special touch to my stay.

Overall , The hotel was very neat and clean. It is located in very good area. The staff were excellent specially the receptionist on arrival , she was very friendly and understanding. She gave us early check-in , which was of great help specially after our long flight. Amazing attitude and very helpful. The juice and the food was of very good quality

Everything was just amazing

The place only

The payment level is higher than the level of service. There are many things that should be requested, such as a toothbrush, hotel slippers, and only two bottles of water. There is nothing in the minibar, and no one helps carry the luggage to the room.

Location

The bed was uncomfortable, and my room was connected to another room, which made it very noisy and disturbed my stay.

I paid for the room online, when I got there I found out it’s a smoking room. I informed the staff that I don’t smoke and it’s annoying for me. They said we have a similar room in upper floors put I have to pay more. I don’t take this as an acceptable response from them because I have the right to know that this is the only choice before I make my choice

The reply from the manager to my complaint

The location, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is nice

The sausage at the breakfast was not good it should be grilled

Great location … clean, quiet and really nice staff

Nothing, first rate hotel

The room was modern and clean. The gym was excellent as was the breakfast

Breakfast was good and cozy. Location is good too.

The pool was a bit dirty

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my visit to Riyadh, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, which I really appreciated. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s very close to The Globe restaurant, which made things super convenient. The pool was nice, and I enjoyed spending some time there. The staff were quite friendly and helpful as well. I’d say it was definitely worth staying here for a short trip.If I could change one thing, it would be to have breakfast included in the price. That would have made the stay even better.

first of all , they triage guests and reserve best rooms for westerners mostly leaving us the middle eastern to the worst rooms, second the bed supposed to be king size turned out to be double bed stuck together, small rooms and abt the size of laptop TV, won't recommend to even my enemies

Cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast buffet, room service, pool

the staff were very good, very supportive and responsive

this hotel has lots of rooms with common internal doors, that are usually closed. However this means you can hear the sounds clear coming from other rooms, especially if occupiers are loud at night - that won't help you sleep. Door insulation is not good at all and the hotel needs to do something about it
