Art View Hotel - Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center

The staff was excellent and overly accommodating. The room was very spacious and nice. Location of the hotel was also very good as it was very close to most places to visit in Riyadh

Wifi was very spotty and cut out a lot

I like the room but needs new furniture

The breakfast was bad

The cleanliness and location

The reception staff were very friendly but the room service wasn’t okay and the amount of supplements was not enough and regarding the breakfast there wasn’t many varieties in the food

Good space in the room. Good staff in the kitchen.

The game and the swimming facilities

New and clean with reasonable price, the room has slippers and bathing roap it has coffee machine and capsules along with the kettle and tea bags

Room sizeCleanVery friendly staff

The location

The breakfast is not to the expectations , there is no drinking water in the buffet , I came to know that I have to ask for it as it is not shown

I really liked the hotel. It’s comfortable, smells great, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the room is spacious, and the whole place feels rela

The parking entrance design is incorrect, especially the steep downhill slope. Exiting directly onto the street is dangerous and could cause accidents.

I really liked my experience, the location, and all the staff. The reception were so helpful and easy going with a good understanding of my needs. The bag carrier were so well trained and had a really nice attitude. The room was spacious and clean.

Something that caught my attention is the smell of the bathroom. I noticed while using the sink water that there was some sewage smell that was a little disturbing. Also the food was not as I expected, I ordered a club sandwich to my room and it was not from the kitchen but from the fridge.

The property was beautiful and the room was big. It’s great value for money in Riyadh.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the highway right next to the hotel. We faced the road and we were on the first floor, so we could hear all the noise from the loud motorbikes going by.

Clean Location Car parking

Friendly staff especially the receptionist were very very friendly and helpful , clean hotel and family friendly

The breakfast was ugly by all the meanings the taste was so bad

The staff especially the receptionist they are very nice and the concierge

No coffee machine in the breakfast like before

This was a greta location for visiting Riyadh Exhibition Center, just a short walk away. Breakfast was good with omelettes, fried and scrambled eggs made fresh. The return to the airport was excellent with the hotel at a good price.

The wifi wasn't as good as it should have been. It kept dropping in and out and was very slow.

Everything. Attentive and caring stuff. Modern room, clean, good breakfast

Near the exhibition center.

Uncomfortable pillowsNo room serviceStaff basically unresponsive on phone

Very well positioned for the airport, exhibition centres and downtown. Large room with comfortable bed and all the services you can need for a business trip. Clean rooms with complimentary tea, water and espresso machine in the room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety.

Not many options for breakfast.

1. Location. Most of shops are walking distance.2. Available parking.3. Friendly staff.4. Fast check in and out.5. Clean and all you need to enjoy your stay is available.

1. Bellows were not comfortable.2. cleaning and ironing services prices are high. You may need to do them externally for better prices.3. I believe housekeeping staff need to ensure bath door is firmly closed after cleaning since room might get smelly if no proper ventilation ensured.

The rooms are spacious clean and new

The basement parking ramp

A lot cheaper than the hotel opposite. Greg’s for a short stay. Located on the main road.Free complimentary dates which was a nice snack

Early check in- I asked about this prior and wasn’t accommodated for it. Ended up having to pay more.
