Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh

This is nice location and access to all important places where I planned to visit.

They don’t allow you or assist you to warm the food which you order from outside. Though in most of the places in Riyadh, we have Microwave oven in the kitchen and you can use it. They refused simply. They cannot provide you if you need a Panadol even. May be health regulations stop them from doing so.

Everything was clean

The smell of the room is dusty and the bathroom is very old and the shower was old and not clean

It's clean, and the staff is super nice.

Limited parking space.

All good except little time to check in. Must be a system slowed down.

The hotel was so clean and the staff are very friendly, hospitable and accommodating especially the breakfast was very delicious. Keep it up

Nothing only the location are far away from the exhibition center

The staffs are very hospitable, friendly and accommodating they will assist and help you once you needed. Also, the room was very comfortable and neat. Lastly the breakfast was so amazing and delicious. Keep up the good work.

Only the location faraway from the exhibition centre

The room was nice with good facilities and the staff were responsive and helpful. The location is also reasonably good, but if you want to eat outside the hotel, there are not too many restaurants nearby. I did not eat the breakfast due to shortage of time, but had dinner several times at the restaurant. Food was great, so feel bad I missed the breakfast.

Location as services around the hotel .But the location as starting point for daily trips is great . The drainage of the shower is very bad and slow.

Easy check in & check out!! Big broad breakfast buffet! Helpful staff! Good location which gives you access to all directions of the city.

All good except slow draining water in the bath .tub.

Clean and good stuffs

It mentioned there is parking area but it small area and there is no parking around which causes to park very far away from the hotel which is not accessible since they mention parking space

Breakfast is better than many hotels, items variety a little limited. Rooms are clean without any smell.

Rooms are big and spacious and clean.

There was no concierge to assist with luggage at checkin and checkout. Had to carry bags from car to the rooms on both occasions. Very bad location and the only view facing a horrible grey wall directly in front of the window. Had to keep the drapes closed throughout my stay.There was ongoing construction on the buildings outside specifically at night causing sleep disturbances. Was difficult to communicate with hotel staff due to language barrier.

Clean room , helpful staff

The aircondiinning makes a very loud noise even when turned off.I reserved a king room with city view and got a twin bed room with a view on a wall near the aircondiinning motors... very noisy incouldnt sleep at all for 3 nights... very unpleasant experience , very tired as i didnt sleep for 3 nights

It was just near to my office.

Night shift front desk staff is not well trained. Also, there was dirty bathroom and room service was not up to the mark.

Everything was perfect, very clean and breakfast starts early in the morning very tasty. Staff and reception was excellent

The breakfast room is well-kept and maintained. There is a good selection of tables and caters for individual needs in terms of privacy although not separate rooms but you can find a good corner to avoid others if that's what you require

The breakfast area although providing a very good selection is not replenished quickly enough and if your the last to come down then expect limited choice

The Buffet Breakfast needs more variety to cater to all types of guests. There were no beef bacon, ham or smoked salmon and the chicken sausage better served as it is and not sautéed. The chicken nuggets were hard as rock.
