The room type did not much as per booking.com posting.I booked two Family Rooms—one under my name and one under my aunt’s—specifically selecting this hotel because this configuration was not available at comparable brands at that time and was essential for supervising our children.Upon arrival at approximately 7:00 pm, we were advised that our reservations had been mapped to two king rooms and two twin rooms. I clarified that we expected two Family Room configurations (one king + one twin each), connected. The receptionist, Shahada, advised this was not possible, added that twin rooms were unavailable too, and said we would be informed when they became ready. When I raised my concerns, I was told the issue was related to a third-party booking and therefore not the hotel’s responsibility. As a hotelier, I can confirm this reflects inadequate pre arrival planning, inventory control, and a complete breakdown in room allocation and assignment management.I requested to speak with a Duty Manager or the Front Office Manager. A lady manager arrived but offered no explanation or resolution plan, and I was told I would be called later. This interaction demonstrated a lack of product knowledge, ownership, and effective problem-solving. No alternatives (temporary rooming near each other, priority moves) were proactively offered, nor were service recovery options discussed.After midnight, two twin rooms became available; however, they were located far from the previously assigned king rooms. Because our children require supervision, we had to crowd into one room—a very difficult situation that falls well below Marriott’s service standards and guest experience commitments.

Very clean and comfortable. The Reception staff (Mahmoud) was professional, very polite and cooperative.

I never received my Marriott point for my stays, i asked each time, they say yes it has been added but it’s never the case!

Although I am a genius-level 3 customer, I seldom write a review after a stay, but this time I must. Staff member name Mahmoud at the front desk was a superstar. Over the past 3.5 years since I lived in Saudi Arabia, I think he was by far the most welcoming, kind, and professional staff member I personally ever came across, even after care. He should be promoted as the staff member of the year 2025. If anyone visit this hotel and need any help, ask for Mahmoud.

The hotel doesn't have a small shop where I could buy items like some soda, although Mahmoud took care of the issue.

The above and beyond friendliness of every staff member and the high quality food combined with comfortable and modern facilities makes this establishment the one to beat, in my book. Shout out to the Boy from Philly, Mr. Mahmoud and the kind porter for their late-night hospitality.

Recommended this Hotel, the staff is very nice, especially Mrs. Maha, she was very supportive The Location is very nice, opposite to KAFD with a very nice view

The swimming pool was cold, and the heater for the pool was not working

During my 3 nights stay the hotel was really nice, comfortable and neat.. the staff was so welcoming and helpful especially Mahmoud who didn’t hesitate to give me tips about the city.. definitely would come back

If you don’t have a car it won’t be easy to access the nearby places

Location is good, the facilities are new and well organized, and more importantly the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The only thing that was not really good is the entrance and exit of the parking lot.

Pricier than usual rate.

I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel, especially the service attitude of Maha at the front desk of the hotel is very good. She helped me to find the place to exchange money, then helped me call Uber, and then provide hair drier to me,she is so kind that deserves higher salary.

Breakfast was really amazing, staff on reception were great; pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym were perfect... a good sized pool; the room was very comfortable and spacious

No outdoor spaces to lounge in.

Hotel location was perfecf, the hotel vibe was comfy and cozy, the staff are more than welcoming and helpful I felt like that I'm the only guest from the care they have provided they are so kind and friendly.My room was very nice very clean iI really have liked my overall experience with this hotel in each detail

Nothing just expected a bigger loby and 24 hour lounge but this is the timing in many hotels in Riyadh

The location was at an ideal spot, as the places I wanted to visit were within a 15-20 mins drive. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful and gave great recommendations!

The breakfast was a little cold and dry by the time we arrived, so maybe a way to keep the food warm and fresh would be good!

The hotel entrance is very bad

The hotel entrance is confined to a street above a tunnel and exiting the hotel is very dangerous at a corner turning into a secret road. I could not enter my car into the parking lot due to the obstruction of the directed traffic at the hotel entrance and I parked it in the neigh boring and I was fined and informed the hotel, who told me that this happens a lot, especially after ten o'clock at night, due to the road being closed.

Spacious and modern interior and room. Average to good breakfast buffet. A comfortable stay.

Laundry doesn’t offer early morning delivery, would be a great added value for business travellers.
