Park Inn By Radisson Riyadh

The breakfast was excellent.

The staff was unhelpful to resolve relatively minor issues. They seemed not to have the authority or were afraid of making a decision that would letter on get them in trouble.

Easily accessible, the property has an excellent location.Rooms are of decent size and comfortable.Breakfast spread is good and have ample choices.

Bathroom services need improvement. No Showergel in the bottle, no shaving kit.Bathroom scales do not work

Nice location, good house keeping and nice swimming pool

Didn’t give the welcome drink and parking was quite tough specially if you are new driver

The green colors in the room made it relaxing to stay in. I loved the nespresso machine provided which gives much better coffee than the regular nescafe. You have burger king, popeyes and Starbucks only minutes walking away and a mall within 10 minutes drive a d the same about riyadh zoo. Finally, the hotel 30 minutes away driving from/to the boulevard, for me this made it like finally returning home after a long fun day.The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Hotel is clean and quiet.

The restaurant on M floor opens for dinner and has special dishes. The working staff in the restaurant were very kind. Wifi was ok

The rooms colors are horrible and it was small size, it is not worth the price.Random alarms ringing early morning. My room had a door that was locked and connects to the next door hotel room, it's like im sharing an apartment with someone next to me...I didnt enjoy the breakfast either.. overall very disappointing for the price and for 4 stars hotel, won't be staying there again.

The location the cleanliness

The check in and check out times there was no cooperation And the staff was not very friendly especially at the front desk

It was clean

The cleaner entered the room 3 times while we are sleeping without our permission The fire alarm ringed at 9 am for long time we couldn’t sleep We asked for single beds they didn’t provide for 2 days On of the towels was having spots

Place clean, comfortable and quiet

Staff they’re not cooperative and not responding fast enough for room service or reception

I liked breakfast and comfy bed. Staff members were very kind and responsive.

Check-in time was a little bit longer than expected. Sauna was not operational.

When i was making a check in, receptionist didn’t inform anything about mini bar. In room we found cola and we drank thinking its complementary. Later at check out they charged for each cola 16 riyals without informing anything. Very unethical

Okay

I reserved a king bed not smoking they gave me a different room

Only one bad experience we stayed at the check-in counter for more than one and a half hours from 2:15 PM till 3:45 PM, after which we were informed that no non-smoking rooms were available. The only option offered was a smoking room; however, my family and I are not comfortable with the smell of smoke. That said, I would like to sincerely thank the Saudi receptionist who assisted us. He was very polite, professional, and did his best to help under the circumstances. Unfortunately, he was handling the situation alone, and I believe having additional reception staff during busy periods would greatly improve the guest experience.

The bedding and room temperature was excellent.

The room size was a bit too small.

Property and hotel was good but staff was very bad

We kept waiting in reception from 2 pm to 4 pm and room was not ready at 4 pm they said that we will give you room on different floors so kids will sleep on different floor and we will sleep on different. We refuse and change to hotel

Everything was clean. Room was big enough

The smell of the room was very bad

Friendly staff and facilities, Amazing breakfast.Location fits t our requirementParking available at siteComfortable stay

Entrance to parking was very narrow and difficult for IN/Out movements

Location, cleanliness, comfort

Menu

Modern Hotel in Riyadh The staff were exceptionally friendly and made the experience very pleasant. The venue offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, providing a great atmosphere for any occasion. The location is highly convenient, with a 24-hour hypermarket just a two-minute walk away. Special thanks to Nawaf, Iftkhar, Khaled, Abdulaziz and Minhajl for their outstanding service.

The location and the reception team.

Check in was too long and we have to wait for alomst 40 minutes.

Detox water at the reception is a blessing esp when you are coming in the hot weather. Breakfast had a decent spread and choices. Location is easily accessible which is quite important in Riyadh Rooms are spacious and comfortable

Tea/ Coffee choices at breakfast are limited.Weighing scale doesn’t work.
