uncompetant receptionist at check out wanted to make a claim with regards to all the annoyance due to ongoing works in the on a weekend!! She did not want to hear anything and claim not knowing where was her manager nor even presenting any form of an excuse. This my last ever stay at this hotel and do not recommend to any one! Cherry on the cake I specifically requested a quiet room.

I had a great experience with IC hotel especially the cleanliness, the facilities and the location of the hotel.

It would be better to appoint the reception staff they can understand English for the better conversation and convenience. I have faced the issue to make the staff to understand to get the adjacent room with the interoperable door as I have travelled with family and two kids were in the second room.

The elevator is a little slow, not big staff , cafe in the lobby sometimes doesn’t have a worker at spot

Air conditioning was not working properly. It shows breakfast included in the advertisements. But breakfast is not included. You have to pay at hotel.

PEACEFUL COUNTRY VERY STRATEGIC AND DISCIPLINED COMMITED PEOPLE . LONG LIVE THE LEADERSHIP OF SAUDIA. THE HERITAGE OF THE COUNTRY IS TRUST GOD BLESS YOU ALLFOOD WAS SIMPLE AND EXCELLENT. THE SETTINGS OF THE FUNITURE WERE SIMPLE A GOOD. I LOVED EVERY THING. THERE WAS AN EXCELLENT YOUNG MAN THE WAITER WHO MADE MY STAY COMFORTABLE

EVERY THING WAS GOOD. LANGUAGE BARRIER. BUT THE STAFF WERE COMMITED TO PROVIDE. SOME TRAINING IN ENGLISH CAN DO BETTER

The place was nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle .. but had a nice large lounge with cafe and good food/snacks . We spent more time there than in our room when at the hotel. Easy to get everywhere with taxis The dining was large and airy and comfortable and there was a decent spread and election for breakfast, even at 10.00am. The staff were very polite and helpful at breakfast.The room are like in the pictures and beds comfortable .

The hotel and location were generally very good. Riyadh Zoo is within walking distance, which the children enjoyed.The room was spacious and comfortable with a good price considering the general price range in Riyadh.It was very clean, thanks to Mr. Sharif who cleaned it for us daily.

The elevators were small, which meant that we could not enter with our baby stroller and had to fold it every time we wanted to use them.The hotel could have been more helpful with our bags, especially when we arrived as there was nobody to assist us at the reception despite arriving early in the evening.

Very unfriendly staff, cancelled my booking without an apology saying that i didn’t check in before 6pm, creating w false story claiming that they have tried to call me which isn’t true
