Falcon Naama Star Hotel

The front reception staff were accessible and kind. They spoke English too. The rooms were cleaned very well. Very good location and Sharm is easily accessible from this location. A convenience store and pharmacy opposite hotel. The swimming pool good.

The breakfast was horrible. There was poor wifi coverage in the hotel rooms and even at reception was not the best. AC control had no buttons. The phone in room had no menu or guide to phone front desk at reception. Only 1 towel in bath.

Very Bad Experience

I stayed at Falcon Naama Star Hotel for only one night because my flight was delayed, and it was honestly one of the worst nights of my life.The hotel is extremely noisy at night. Loud music keeps playing, making it impossible to sleep. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the noise.The room was not clean and had a bad smell. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned.The phone in the room was not working, the TV had very poor picture quality, and there was no Wi-Fi available.In the morning, I asked the reception for a late check-out until 2 PM because my flight was at 4 PM. They refused unless I paid an extra 1000 EGP, which I found completely unreasonable given the poor experience. During check-out, I asked for a simple bottle of water from the lobby bar and was refused just because I was checking out. The staff attitude was not friendly at all and felt very tough and unwelcoming.Overall, very disappointing service and bad conditions. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Omar and Ali (room cleaners) were very good.

Near shopping center Genena City and 10 min walk to the beachfront.

Easy check in, good room service and premium location near Salahuddin metro station

Nothing really

No towel in the room I asked in the receptionist for towels and nothing. Luckily I sowed a room cleaner and he gave me! The check out is at 12 o clock and a man with very very bad behaviour came to my room at exactly11.24 and he asked me that I have only 5 minutes to go oout of the room. Is the worse hotel I never used

I didn’t like the staff and the service. I don’t recommend it.

I didn’t like that they told me in the messages before I check in that they would provide a pool view room and when I checked in they told me it is with extra fees and that decision has been taken before I check in by few days. So they change what they said and this is not a good place to stay in again.

The receptionist at The check in on the 5th about 13:00. Not welcoming at all.

THE staff was amazing from arrival at reception being greeted with a cold drink by aref resturant manager to the food it is repetative but chef and staff aref and osama only too willing to get you something else.Rooms was clean and porter was amazing bar staff boss the best

We continued our stay because only the receptionist Ahmet Elturki was helpful. Only the receptionist Ahmet Elturki deals with the problems of the hotels.

The other employees of the hotel, especially the cafeteria employees to the right of the reception, are very disrespectful. They try to get tips from customers by force and make the orders of those who don't tip cold.The staff at the poolside work when the responsible manager is there, and when the responsible manager is not there, they do not help in any way.A brunette lifeguard is harassing female customers to get to know them.There are staff attitudes that are definitely not befitting of such a hotel.

90% of the staff are there to make sure you have a great holiday,the other 10% are only nice to you if they think that you will tip them

The staff are great and the location is only a 5 mins walk in the main square. I've been here a few times so knew what to expect.

The variety of food is poor, it's virtually the same every meal. They rarely have the draught lager on by the pool and serve it you out of a bottle instead. They were giving me 10% king Sahara bloody horrible stuff and there was no other option except spirits. I'd come back out of season because it's so cheap but AI is pointless.

Not clean!they even gave us dirty towels! We chosen to have breakfast and dinner...both were poor and not tasty The internet never works

hii guys im from india??I was on a solo travel, I stayed for 3 nights with Falcon Naama Start, it was the best, relaxed, satisfying , specially Ahmad saeedi &Mustafa who is at the reception, are very polite people and talk very nicely, and take a lot of care and the rest of the staff is also very calm and polite and good.I like the hottel very much & I suggest you to choose falcon naama start hotel when you visit sharm el shaik❤️

This is my second time in falcon naama star ⭐ I love this hotel as all the staff are very friendly Food was delicious allot of options from meat chicken and fish dishes Pudding buffet are massive and salad buffet very big Mr Arref and M.Zaki and all bar staff really doing great job try making everyone happy I like ve this place very near from naama bay not far from beach shopping centre Definitely will come back again My room has been cleaning every dayMohamed abouzid

Everything was good, especially Mostafa Kemal at the reception was very helpful, friendly and kind. He helped me when I wanted to extend my stay. Dinners were fresh, tasteful and economic. I recommend you guys to stay here ?

Clean, safe and comfy. Friendly staff and a good spot if you just need a night or two. You can walk to the bay on foot.

The place needs some ambience, but it's pleasant enough!
