Parrotel Beach Resort

The view and the pool was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and kind to all my family members .The restaurant was amazing especially the salad and fruits corner .

The main course and the desert in the restaurant need to be more variety. Room facility quality and house keeping quality need to be improved

This is my third stay here, and I've visited many five-star resorts in both Sharm and Hurghada. So this review is in comparison both to other resorts and to Parrotel itself in previous stays..Good+ Front desk personnel very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Mahmoud at the reception.+ Best snorkeling spot in Sharm in my opinion. The hotel's beach itself is a shallow coral area with huge numbers of colorful fishes swimming all around your feet. And there's a jetty with a very deep snorkeling spot with a coral reef for those who enjoy deep waters.+ Food taste was very good for the (very few) available dishes.+ Huge hotel with a gorgeous landscape with dozens of different plants, perfect pools, an underground jacuzzi, and even an artificial water stream. Whoever designed and built this marvel, thank you! + Beach barman was decent and helpful.+ Housekeeping was alright, but ignored some requests.

Bad- Animation team is horrible. Worst I've seen. Super lazy and vulgar, and they play only the ugliest Egyptian folk music "shaaby".- Night shows were boring.- Restaurant can't handle the number of present guests. Not enough tables, not enough covers, plates, cups, or even cutlery. In every meal. Every day.- Some restaurant staff were very rude. Emad and Salma were the worst.- Very limited selection of food. Lower number of dishes than any other 5-star hotel.- Breakfast was the exact same couple of dishes every day, and there was just one type of processed hard cheese that tasted like plastic.- And there was the same sad fruit mix in the dessert station during all meals (pumpkin and cantaloupe in sugary water). No apples, bananas, apricots, peaches etc. Just pumpkin and cantaloupe.- Hundreds of man-eating mosquitos. Bring your own insecticide spray.- Some guests were disruptive and vulgar.

I booked Marine Club Room as it should have sea view but I got building view and a small spot for sea view :(This kind of room at the third level of beach, I complained about that and and ask for change the room or canceling my book, so they changed to me to be at the first level in the next day,It has only one restaurant, the second one you have to pay and book independently even if you booked with all inclusive,And the main restaurant is very away from the beach you have to climb to reach into itSame food most of the time,Gym is underground and not the best, No free transportation from and to Airport

This hotel was exceptional the staff were the making of the holiday. They all go over and above to ensure you have the best holiday they are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and your every need is taken care of. We have a disabled child and everything was great for him. Accessible and everyone went out of there way to help him and us.

There are some tired areas of the resort that need a bit of TLC however they are renovating the resort as we speak so it's in hand.

Everything was perfect really i would recommend it for anyone

Had to pay upon check in (at 3 in the morning after a long trip..could be done next day since we’re staying a while there) .The worst diving center- I dive. paid all the trips with the credit card and had to pay a tax for choosing this payment method. They don’t have a price list with the excursions, they say the price is in € and then change it to $ so they can trick you, terrible snorkel trip almost drowned (paid 52€/$ without fins, life jacket only the mask and the tube).Someone need to check their star rating since they say they have 4* but actually is only 2*! The hotel needs some renovation everywhere! They need more diversity in the food and also in a la carte menu! Not enough plates and glasses in the main restaurant; had to drink wine at dinner in plastic glasses. Animation team was favoring the Russian tourists, kids disco only with Russian songs. The lack of animation after 11 in the night so if you want entertainment must go to the center. The morning coffee from the main restaurant very bad ! We had two complimentary dinners in a la carte and left hungry from it. We had another experience with other hotel in Sharm , all inclusive but totally worth the money! Dirty bathroom, hair from previous guests, don’t know how they clean the room. Shower doors with dry mucus on it! They say deluxe room! And the list can go on!You can swim only from the jetty when is opened.

Nice and clean. Good quality of food. Big swimming pool + many other facilities (spa, gym, beach access). Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious - big bed, desk, sofa... Didn't have any issues during the stay.

Rooms need renovating as furniture, doors, hangers, etc are very old, and some are broken. But regardless, it is pretty decent for the price

Very little that we did not likeA) the sea at Nabq is a bit rough compared to sharks bay. The red flag was up till midday. I used to love my swim before breakfast. But it was ok. I managed to swim 1km every day.B) the main restaurant was a bit warm during lunch. But again it wasn't too bad.

Indoor activities were being pushed towards us like diving and parties, and the rooms needed minor maintenance especially the bathrooms.

too much loud russian club music every day !! poor & unfriendly animations team, no events for the children . .. mini disco was all in russian no English songs .. animations team ignored young children in favour of more club aged clients of which there were none … no no one got onboard was horrible and a waste .. would have been better with a calm DJ ..
