O.m.g it's so bad and the staff hungry money asked you for tips I was shocked and the hotel when I go to room 145 the have very bad smell very bad and the front desk guy he's not professional at all how he speak with people like he's from street I hope the general manager knows about all this it's very bad experience for us unfortunately we never be back again and I will not recommend to no one we now

We absolutely fell in love with everything about this hotel From the very moment we arrived, our good energy was instantly activated. The reception, the exceptional customer service, and the stunning decorations welcomed us with a wow we won’t forget. Thank you to Mahmoud, the receptionist.As someone who is extremely clean and attentive to details, I confidently give this place a 10/10. in every sense of cleanliness.And the food? Everything!I have never seen such a wide variety of buffet options across all our 5-star hotel experiences. Not only delicious, but also healthy and thoughtfully prepared. It was beautiful to have a state of each country cuisines on a daily. David was our guy at the restaurant. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the kind that makes you pause and just soak it all in.Daily activities( stretches, Volleyball, Aqua dance, snorkeling, Yoga,, water sports, etc), live music, karaoke, guitar sessions, and belly dance performances brought vibes upon vibes. Meliza, one of the entertainment ladies was so kind. The entertainment options were endless and beautifully curated.The resort is spacious and perfectly designed for long stays. You’ll never run out of things to do or moments to enjoy.You truly lack nothing here. With an on-site shopping plaza and so much more, comfort meets luxury effortlessly.Did I mentioned that we never met any staff who didn't smile, kind or say hello to you?This place doesn’t just host you, it embraces you. We can’t wait to return.

Nothing.A week was not enough for us. We tried to extend our stay but flights availabities were not suitable.

Hotel is very nice. Good maintained territory, main building, rooms itself with wonderful sea view. Lot of "hidden" places for relaxing. Animation is not annoying and nice. Well trained personal. Always very helpful and polite. Especially Michael from Terazza restaurant. Was a big pleasure to observe how is he working. Big thanks for Hamed from 5th floor room keeping. Room was cleaned in time and quick. Food provided has a good variety and quality. Almost each dinned was dedicated to new culture. Thanks a lot for amazing vacation. Probably it is a best hotel in Naama bay for this price category. Definitely return again.

Very good location. Check-in is fast and pleasant. The room is cozy. Very clean. The food is very good. Very helpful restaurant staff. The beach is close. There are two bridges to the sea. One is stable wooden. Good reef. Large area for swimming. Extremely friendly and helpful beach staff.

It's very sad ,that the bridge to the sea is closed until 8am, when the sun rises after 6am. Vacationers, who want to swim in the sea before it's not too hot ,don't have the opportunity to do so. You have to wait for the lifeguard ,who has good asleep to come. We come to swim in the sea, but not to look at the sea. I rated it 10 because everything else is really great

Consistently excellent service throughout! A special mention to the restaurant staff. They offered to let us in early for breakfast so that I could grab a school lunch for my kids. They were great throughout. The food was so yummy and the special themed section every night was very tasty.It’s just a really lovely relaxing stay. Snorkeling off the jetty.

Huge hotel. The swim was nice. The snorkel is not as amazing as other places, but the swim was nice. The rooms are big. I was in a room where the balcony was huge for no reason.. felt like it was a boat. ?‍♀️. The room itself was very comfortable.. the shower could be bigger, but it was ok. The front desk people were nice and the room was cleaned well. The spa has very nice y the outside jacuzzi made it worth the $. The adult pool was big and nice. The calamari at the beach bar was tasty. The cave beach was very peaceful.The day time drumming animation team was enjoyable. Overall nice, but it's valued at the same price as other hotels that are better. At least they could offer better food.

First of all, the food. It's such a shame.. You cant call the hotel a 5 star and serve that food. Also, the people serving are cold.. sad, maybe.. depressed.. I have no idea if they are overworked, not paid well, or just simply not trained well, but obviously, the management could do better in that department. There was a guy signing at night. It sounded like bad karaoke. Sorry, but no. One of the beaches had ants. No idea how, maybe due to people eating there, but that is something that should be fixed. The guy at the spa kept telling me how my feet need a pedicure and while I understand the need to sell...it was creepy and pushy.

The animation team is extremely disruptive—their voices carry through even the best soundproofing.As for the facilities, the sewer system is poorly maintained, and the toilet constantly has an unpleasant odor.The gym can use some maintenance and upgrade.

food is ok beach wasnt good because no sandy beach you must use the water bridge breakfast was not bad dinner was ok !

beach has no natural sandy access for swimming, main pool for adults only was too small, the other children pool was better also for adults, and its not good idea to seperate families on pools aduls and children we came to swim together i think park regency hotel is much better in all aspects.

The bar coffee was not prepared professionally, and the kids’ pool was too small. In addition, the stairs leading to the kids’ pool did not feel safe enough, which is concerning for families.
