My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional.I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Executive Chef Sherif for his genuine care, attentiveness, and thoughtful support throughout our stay. His kindness and dedication were deeply appreciated.A heartfelt thank you as well to Mr. Ahmed Saleh for his outstanding hospitality and constant efforts to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and welcoming nature truly made a difference.The room was beautifully appointed, with an exceptional view and wonderfully comfortable beds that made our stay even more enjoyable. Every detail reflected great care and hospitality.It was a pleasure staying here, and I look forward to returning soon.

room was a bit far from the beach but it was ok bec they had lots of reservations and i did it last minute

Very disappointing for a five-star hotel

Very disappointing for a five-star hotel.The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, even though we checked in at the official check-in time. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the bedsheets were quite worn out. We asked housekeeping to change them, but they never did.We also wanted to send some clothes for laundry or dry cleaning, but we were told that the hotel doesn’t offer this service — even for an extra charge — despite it being listed on Booking.com as available. When we asked for a sewing kit, we were told they don’t provide that either.The rooms lack basic amenities such as tissues, trash bins, an iron, and towels for the bathroom floor. Additionally, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms — only in the lobby.

Sea was amazing. Far better than any other resorts in the sharm

Ongoing construction was everywhere in the hotel. Food was generic and lack of variety. Hotel didn't have enough structural support for children with stroller.

It’s good hotel and nice staff

I had me and my wife gastritis form the food and we had to take antibiotics for 3d + other drugs to get better, thank God that i am a doctor

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.Almost all of the staff are phenomenal.The food is quite good.The swimming is also good.

There didn’t seem to be any non-smoking bars in the evening. If you don’t smoke and don’t want to smell of smoke you have to keep your distance.The free WiFi in the lobby is rather limited. I was unable to doing banking transactions, download or even watch YouTubes or even read European newspapers on it. For an additional fee full WiFi is apparently available.

The hotel location is good, the hotel is really big and has several views which are very good. Sea is very beautiful in this area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Food is delicious, and the hotel has several restaurants.

Food is not various.

I liked that it was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the taxi staff especially Roma and very very thanks to Honey the taxi driver. He was spectacular.

The food could be better, everyday there is the same menu, the staff are slow when ordering something.

The hotel was outstanding overall — the food was delicious, location excellent, and the facilities well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable.

A few small things could be improved: my room was a bit far from the beach, there’s no sandy beach, quite a lot of stairs, and the double bed felt small for one person. It would also be nice to have some music by the pool.

The hotel is exceptional and very clean.thanks to mr Ahmed at the reception.the stuff is very kind.Special thanks to mr mohamed metwally the pool supervisor .he is very kind and helpful .Overall, it was a nice vacation.I would like to repeat it soon.

The number of stairs is annoying ☹️The restaurant does not accommodate the number of guests especially at lunch, so you must wait until a place becomes available for you in the restaurant .

Food (you will never get hungry in the hotel) and pools!

I recently stayed here and overall, I had a mixed experience.First, the positives: the pools are very nice, and the property is spacious for long walks.However, there were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. There is no free Wi-Fi – you are required to pay $6 per day for one device or $9 per day for two devices, which feels unreasonable for a hotel of this level.A very concerning incident happened with housekeeping (Mahmoud Yehia). He entered my room while I was sleeping, claiming he knocked three times and shouted “housekeeping.” I did not hear anything, and I felt extremely uncomfortable with someone entering my room uninvited. When I reported this to reception, they blamed me for not putting the “Do Not Disturb” sign.I also raised the issue with Ahmed, the housekeeping manager, but he was not helpful. David, the assistant front office manager, kept insisting that it was my fault for not putting the DND sign and that “this is the standard,” which was dismissive and unprofessional.Additionally, during dinner and throughout my stay, I noticed staff being unnecessarily tough with guests. They assumed I didn’t understand Arabic, but I clearly heard one of the chefs insulting a guest in Arabic, calling him stupid. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in hospitality.Overall, while the property has good facilities, the poor service, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful behavior from some staff left me very disappointed.

Every thing in the hotel was perfect the reception starting from Mr. Ahmed Mansour and Mr David and Mrs randa at the restaurant all of them were really friendly and cared about every detail to make your stay feel happy really ,,,,,this was my 2nd stay in this hotel in one year and inshalah will be more and more visits ,,Food is really good with multiple options and very tasty ----- sea is amazing and all the bars are very professional rooms are very clean and re innovated --- animation team always try to do thier best and the hotel manager were always asking all of travellers to check that every thing was perfect hope to come back soon

the hotel is good, the breakfast and the bar are good as well.

the room had many non functional tools, the food was not that good except for breakfast, the bar has no ice most of the times you have to drink hot cocktails and finally too many stairs without ramps making it impossible to move with a baby stroller.

The time of sea and pools need to increase more than 6PM

Check-in was instant and smooth.The room was very nice with modern and elegant furniture.Some staff members were very friendly and welcoming — especially at the pools and the late-night buffet.The animation team tried their best, but their performance was below the standard of other hotels, and there was no proper focus on the usual kids’ dancing activities.The food was good and fairly varied.The room was clean with no bad smells.There are many swimming pools, diverse and suitable for all ages.

The door key didn’t work almost every day; we had to wait a long time to get back into our room.The phone in the room was not working and never replaced.Some staff members treated Egyptian guests less favorably compared to foreign guests.One day, housekeeping skipped our room entirely, even after leaving the “Room Clean” sign.Mosquitoes were a real problem, and there was no proper pest control.Some pools were not clean.Staff often spoke to each other rudely in front of guests.Complaints were not taken seriously and were treated as normal.Unfortunately, although the hotel has potential, these issues significantly affected our stay. I hope the management addresses them seriously.
