The receptionist Ali is solution-oriented and helpful. The entertainment team was fantastic, especially Messi, Momo, and Nina. The staff are generally helpful. Although the hotel is very crowded, it is spacious and large, so you can still receive adequate service. It is within walking distance of Soho Square and Tall Avenue. The food is 6/10, but the Chinese and Italian restaurants were excellent.
The hotel rooms only need some renovation but are clean.
The location is marvelous
The rooms are very poor, it's like reserving a chalet not a hotel room! I have booked a room with a minibar but for real, they never placed anything in it during my 7 days stay! When I spoke to them, their response was: the minibar is the small fridge in the room but I'm supposed to buy things and put in it! I was shocked really! Plus, there are many kinds of food but most of them are useless! I would add, if this hotel works properly on fixing their rooms and placing a good chef then it would become a 7 stars hotel because the location is magnificent. One more thing, NEVER EVER go to the spa inside the hotel!!! It's very dirty and disgusting and the employees aren't professional at all!
I didnt like anything it was a scam i didnt even stay my whole stay i checked out after 2nd day
Not clean AT ALL food was gross , no room service, super disgusting place
It contains the basics of a basic hotel
The cleanness We have asked the room service staff many times to clean the room but unfortunately they didn’t during our whole stay
I didn't get to see a lot, as I was there for an overnight stay.
The room was in a very run down condition. The AC didn't work. The bathroom had cockroaches and the bathroom door wouldn't close. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Absolute rip off for $75 dollars a night.
My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. While the location was convenient, several key issues with the facilities impacted my experience. The food at the restaurant was consistently subpar. Dishes were often lukewarm and lacked flavor, and the menu offered limited options. This was a significant letdown, as I had hoped to enjoy the dining facilities during my stay. The general cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also a major concern. Common areas, including hallways and the lobby, were not well-maintained. The overall state of the facilities was not up to the standard I would expect from a hotel. Finally, the pool towel system was extremely inconvenient. Upon check-in, we were given two towels for our entire stay and had to request exchanges from the front desk. The absence of a dedicated towel station by the pool made this process frustrating and inefficient.Unfortunately, these issues with the food, hotel cleanliness, and the inconvenient towel system made for a less-than-pleasant stay.
Its location and see view
The staff, the food, the furniture, and the room service
Sea view
•Unexperienced staff with poor attitude and diry uniform•Weak air conditioning in rooms, restaurant, and reception•Unpleasant odor throughout•Unreliable dirty badsmell elevators•Very very weak room fridge•No cold water available•Poor food quality•Dirty plates and utensils•Old, worn-out room furniture•Pool with sharp edges causing injuries•No sea beach; sea access very dangerous•No Wi-Fi•Dirty room WC•Stained, worn bed sheets•Faulty door lock system taking minutes to open
I wanna start my review about the hotel that first of all should pay attention on the price.Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square. In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry. There are meat, chicken, fish every day. And of course we would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome. We really like this hotel and wonna back again as soon as possible
Nothing and no clean and service even electricity interrupt during the stay every Two hours and internet only available in main lobby and very weak
Everything really is very bad Staff , clean , facilities, no respond from hotel and left many time not working Really this hotel should not put any star for it
The location was good next to the airport and Soho Square.
Food: they were giving a few (not enough) foods specially for families. Even kids (less than 8 years) should hold the plates and stay in line to get their meals!Staff: unprofessional at all. Rooms and facilities: Too old! The room furniture was broken! Agreed to have 2 beds + 1 Sofa (we received only 1 bed for the whole family). The bathroom wasn't clean, and the shower was broken!Housekeeping made the room only 1 time during the 3-day visit!.The restaurant and bar tables and chairs were too old and needed to be renovated!.Sea: No sand beach available. They only allow a 30m (diving spot).
A few things only to be honest and I was not the only one, the whole vibe when you enter is just weird, so read maybe it helps you. We stayed in 5 hotels so I have something to compare with and this one was by far the worst, deserved one star comment but not everything was so bad so don't want to go so low...So the pool and pool area is nice, The room is ok , room cleaning also, a nice view from the balcony, the garden, sea and corals surrounding the hotel, some staff are ok, special thx to the guy who was baking cheese pies on the terrace for dinner and some young waiters in the restaurant that still keeps their smile, SPA guys also nice and smiling. Inclusive service was weird, some food was ok, not a lot of choices similar to a 3 star hotel, also they slow everything down so you have to wait , but still you can find things to eat with . Building has potential but also very weird with 8 floors and one working elevator, swimming pool and fountains that don't work some are under renovation but overall not a big problem, that is not the big complaint.
- no water in the rooms all other hotels put bottles in your room every day, nothing you got to the bar on 8th floor, one elevator, didn't care I go with stairs anyway but there is a lot of walking, no wifi in the lobby, no tea coffee in the room, -General service, felt like labor camp , no smiles, no Egyptian hospitality, yes for tips you bit better service but overall very very bad, the chef in the poll making burgers and another guy screaming at the guests to stand in line, never saw that el chapo style, he wont give you food for other people, he expected 5 year old kids to wait with families for 20 min to get a burger, total mess, like giving food to people in concentration camp, you feel like you are taking food from his mouth. Same at dinner with the grill guy he probably cries over each piece of meat you eat. Again tips solve this problems.-all places for food are slowed down on purpose so people wait for a long time and probably go... Waffle 20 min waiting, pasta 10-15 min making one at the time super slow, grill food two small pieces like in prison so you have to go back, refill the food slowly-Pool boys watching with their whistle in their mouths on their phones and starting to kick people from the pool at 18:00, beach boys at the beach telling you that you can't stand one meter next to the area they showed , where basically the sand-anyway beach is nonexistent, maybe like 2 sq meters in water and then you jump from the pier in water and swim around corals- and small things that I'm not gonna even start with that are often complaints to other people- another guy from the UK with a diplomatic passport was basically talking with managers and complaining about the same things so he was about to leave them 1 star but they probably returned the money to him, could be better has potential but no one cares- other hotels were far better so skip it especially if it is your only hotel why risk a bad experience
Staff members need training in how to handle the resort from the reception , security, cleaners, and restaurants chiefes
Everything
I really liked the location — it’s close to Tal Avenue and within walking distance to Soho Square, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and the staff (for the most part) were friendly and helpful. Also, the Chinese restaurant and pasta dishes were definitely highlights of the stay.
The hotel feels a bit outdated and in need of renovation, especially the rooms. There was no hot water, and the TV was quite small. The biggest issue was the lack of security at night, which made us feel unsafe — unfortunately, our phone was stolen during our stay. Also, one staff member, the restaurant manager Zakria, was very rude and disrespectful, which negatively impacted our experience. Finally, the food, apart from the Chinese restaurant and pasta, was somewhat boring and repetitive.
overall very bad experience from checkin to check out and everything between
bad food, bad room, nothing works
Staff are friendly especially restaurant staff , Food collection was very good , hotel architecture design is nice almost all rooms are sea view with elevators up and down from room to beach
Room was so far from the elevators , pools weren't heaters , reception is not answering any calls , no wifi except restaurant
The price is higher than listed in booking, and the staff reject to reserve from the hotel directly and forced me to reserve from booking
