Overall a great stay and would stay there again. Initial problem with cleanliness of the room, but the staff went above and beyond to make us happy.

We had a nice view, close to the pool, which we rarely used, because you need to wake up at 7 to be able to get your spot. And based on what I saw, you need to bribe a lifeguard to get a spot there, which is a shame. Otherwise, the food is delicious! You need to check out 'Green Curry' right away, because this is the place to go for dinner! Food is great, and the team is doing an amazing job! The main restaurant would win over Italian and Egyptian restaurants. The territory of the hotel is big, green, and clean. I think this is the biggest plus of our stay. We felt safe and welcomed. If you can, order a taxi from the hotel or via booking, because the official taxi at the airport is a nightmare. We were lucky to have Muhammad as our cleaner; he did a good job taking care of us. Also, Aliona from customer success made everything possible to fix the problem we had with our mixer. Thanks again for this.

From the first day, our mixer was leaking. They fixed it on the 5th day by replacing it completely, which is nice. But it's clear that this problem occurred months before, since the zone around the shower had yellow spots. I'm a bit sad that we ended up in a different room than we booked.You can be confronted by beggars at the beach, and nobody cares about it.

The room was as shown on the pictures. The hotel was convenient for our holiday as we didnt spend a lot of time there and the all-inclusive concept with the main restaurant was very convenient.

The staff was not very helpful and not up to the 5* standard. One example of that was we tried to ask the reception to book a private transfer and they told us to just book a bus on a website.

The food could be better. Deserts are terrible needs a work. The beach was hard to swim if you want to swim you need to walk trough the dock about 200 meter from the beach

Our stay was truly disappointing from start to finish. The welcome was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, and sadly, the goodbye was no different. Security at the gate acted as if they were doing the entire check-in procedure again, asking endless questions and making us feel more like suspects than guests. We thought it would improve at the front desk, but it only got worse—rude, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in customer care.While the concierge was polite and helpful, the rest of the service was a disaster. The cleaning team did a poor job, and room service was practically non-existent. I asked for a toothbrush, called three times, and it never arrived. The water provided wasn’t bottled, tasted strange, and didn’t feel safe to drink.The food had variety but lacked taste, which made the “all-inclusive” part of the stay rather pointless. Finally, simply going for a walk outside the property was exhausting—they interrogated us with countless questions every single time we left or came back in.Overall, this hotel does not deliver on hospitality, comfort, or service. Definitely not an experience I would ever repeat.

Mr. Erkan Sezen who is hotel manager one of the best manager ever. Moamen who is in spa center is fantastic guy. Recommended at all. Everyone is helpful and smiles always. Nothing. Everything is good

The resort is very specious, clean and the greenery is everywhere so it’s absolutely beautiful to walk around. If you are coming with kids, it is very family friendly. The resort has relax pool, children’s pool, and main pool that is 155cm deep that was a refreshment to see. There are enough sun beds so you don’t have to reserve it early in the morning. Also, there is an aqua park. We weren’t sure if there is one, but there definitely is. There are total of 6 slides. Each night there is some sort of entertainment either a theater or live music/party or both. We would like to also add that the staff is absolutely amazing and nice to their guests. The food is diverse and very tasty!

The beach is okay if you are going to just sunbathe and look at the see, but if you want to swim you have to be aware that its rocky so you have to wear swimming shoes, and you have to walk a lot till it is actually deep. The see is pulled back and its worse in the morning, than in the afternoon. The place where it gets deep is good for diving and watching the corals if you like that. Also, one more minus for us was that the snack bars were only on the beach and at the aqua park. No snacks on the pools, only open bar.

The spa wasnt familiar with tybe 4 hair and didnt do as they promised with the rasta and fixing it later before traviling it was lose and not done appropriately

The staff general are the gem of this hotel The reception, Mina at the quit pool bar , Islam at the restaurant and Victoria yoga and stretching. They made my stay very cauzy

Everything was perfect, the pools, slides,service,staff every thing was perfect . My father with wheel chair and i was afraid put everything was perfect and there is on place that is hard to get down and the staff always helped! I recommend it to everyone even people with accessibility.
