The location is extremely hard for a taxi to get to. It is all pedestrian roads. When I asked the staff to book me a taxi for a short trip, the staff insisted on a very very expensive minimum fare (I calculated that it was 20 times what I should have paid for such a short trip). Do NOT Stay here!!! Especially if you have dive equipment. It is far better to stay at a hotel on a main road. Then the dive shop has a free van to pick you up from your hotel to the dive center

Nothing. I felt am in jail not hotel

Not allow to bring food from outside!!!?? Ok but me and my brother we have allergy from some kind of food from your bad quality Resto. even water not allowed because liquid !!! Not allow to bring from outside because others said bad smell or bad quality. I just need to relax not to stay in jail like staying in camel dive hotel.Breakfast included!!!! Not enough even for birds. For you as regular person, you have to pay more. I don’t care to pay but be more clear and more transparent with your customer.

From the first night, I started to feel that parts of my body had turned red.i suggest they should wash bed sheets and pillowcases well with disinfectants.

The property is conveniently located at Naama Bay. The check-in process was smooth and the breakfast were very good. We had fresh, fluffy, flaky croissant and pain au chocolates. The best in Sharm ;) Dive shops and restaurants are plentiful.

The only issue we had was the fact that the property is located within Naama Bay so sometimes our taxi drivers were not allowed to send us to our hotel directly as they did not register to enter within the area so we had to walk approximately 10 minutes.

Perfect location and not busy crowded place

The rooms are nice and so is the pool, all facilities are kept spotless and the staff is fantastic. The highlight is for sure the diving center, with amazing instructors and a dedicated training area at the seaside just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. If diving is your priority, this hotel is simply perfect. If it isn’t, you anyway have a fantastic position right at the heart of Naama bay, to enjoy the nightlife. Will definitely come back!

The property is in the centre of Naama bay, great location. It is very clean and well maintained throughout, has a lovely pool, nearby beach also, great breakfast and dinner options available. Staff amazing, highly recommended.Nothing to dislike.

Very close the beach and u get a pass to the beach. Shopping stores and restaurants close by

If we decide to bring left overs from outside or buy drinks to save money we shouldn’t have been told that it was not allowed. Basically you are telling us what to do with our money! Your prices should reflect the same of the liquor stores outside of your establishment in order to not push people to buy outside.

It was clean and central

The food wasn’t up to standard, for an Egyptian breakfast which is a very budget friendly meal normally as it is mainly made of beans they wanted to charge more than 20X what you would buy it for outside, also there’s a trashy club with non stop music all night next door

The location, the restaurant staff, the beach

Front office staff were not that informed, clueless in some areas, breakfast had to be pre-ordered and same everyday. (if you want anything different there was an extra charge)

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a great location in namaa Bay.

The breakfast is a set menu, and by default, it's continental, which was boring for me. There are other options to choose from (English breakfast, Egyptian breakfast, etc), but they cost 8 eruos per person, which is expensive. If I had known this before, I made a reservation, maybe I wouldn't.

i liked the quietness of the hotel and the perfect location as well as the cooperation of the staff.

I did not like the room number 119, I changed the room, it was very smelly because of the sewage. The hotel must fix it.
