I had an unforgettable stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay, and I can confidently say it’s one of the strongest and best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh thanks to its incredible team. The staff made my wedding anniversary truly special with multiple surprises that brought me so much joy.I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Al-Almani, Amir at the reception, Chef Mohamed, Mr. Ahmed Tawfik, the Room Service Manager, and the entire hotel management. Their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality made my stay exceptional from start to finish.Thank you all for making this trip memorable, and I will definitely be returning again, Insha’Allah

i got incredible time in this hotel, personal is very polite, rooms are clean and service is incredible, will come back for sure!

The hotel looks amazing from the outside, yet the rooms are a bit old, and it’s not that clean. I entered the room and had to ask to change the sheets because it had stains on it. They did it immediately and since then the cleaning became great. The cleaning guy Saied was the sweetest, we even became friends. Food was good. Pool area is a bit small and can use some renovation.

The staff is the most advantage in the hotel ... i had some problems ciz i booked then i went to hotel after 10 min. ..they fixed it profissionally ..I would like to thank mr emad restaurant manager ..chief sami .. the waiter mohamed from alex .. all the recieption staff ... Our room was family room which is big beds are comfortable .. 2 bathrooms are clean .. Food was delicious & really tasty ...Location is ok just max.10 min walking to naama bay .

The adult swimming pool needs more space ..The children one needs moe care ..

We were with family, everything is great. The staff is very nice and polite. Special thanks to Mr. Muhammad at the reception, the porter Mr. Taha and the cleaner Mr. Hosam.

Property was beautifully appointed in gardens with views over the sea although not directly on the sea. The dining was very very good and the dining area was set in a lovely patio area

The very loud techno music that played at random times during the day around the pool and again very very loud music from 8.30-10pm every night during the nightly entertainments. Music around the pool area was played at such a volume that it was intrusive. The fact that people could reserve their sunbed around the pool for the duration of their holiday, by putting down a towel. This gave no one else a chance to use that bed for days at a time

The amenities were equally impressive. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the spa offered some of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The excursions organized by the hotel were seamless and gave me unforgettable experiences exploring Egypt’s rich history and beauty.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – 10/10!I recently stayed at Solymar Naama Bay in Egypt, and I’m beyond impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and pampered. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshments, which set the tone for the entire stay.

All the facilities were in good order and well maintained. The staff were very helpful especially the reception Mr Ahmed on night shift was very helpful and very polite well spoken a friend for life I would say. Also the general manager of the hotel Mr Ibrahim a great man very well spoken and a true gentleman a man of his word and another friend for life. I would highly recommend staff near the poolside were great also the head chef what a legend all hotel staff in the salon massage and all other area what a true example of a perfect hotel to stay at highly recommended ?

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There were tons of activities and events offered for very reosanable or no extra cost. The suites are large, and were kept very clean It's close enough to downtown Na'ama Bay to easily walk there.

The dinner buffet was mediocre, and extremely crowded. The resort is obviously older and could use some renovations just to update the facilities.

The food and the staff were the absolute best part of staying here. All the food I had was really good,I was especially impressed by the dessert table. Special praise to the chef, Mr. Mohamed, who made the Umm Ali dessert just for me because I wanted it. The hotel surroundings are exceptionally well-maintained with greenery and flowering plants.??

1- Location: the hotel is within walking distance to the beaches and shopping streets in Naama Bay, approximately 1-2km2- Rooms: The hotel architecture is very authentic from the outside, but the inside of the rooms, bathrooms, doors and windows are at least 20-30 years old and falling apart everywhere. 3 Comfort: Due to the reasons I have just mentioned, the comfort level of the rooms is almost non-existent. For example; Since the base of the bed was broken, instead of a flat floor, we slept with our feet higher than our heads. Windows and balcony door in the room are completely wooden and very old, sound, light, mosquitoes, insects, dust, that is, everything enters through the gaps between them Sound insulation is zero. It is really difficult to sleep because every 5-10 minutes the planes pass over 200-300 meters of the hotel while landing. There is also an extreme mosquito and black fly problem, it's like living in a swamp.4- Food and Beverage: I can say that the food quality and flavor is medium quality. Drinks are standard quality premix as soft drinks. As for alcohol, I think the beer quality is very bad, zero flavor. I cannot comment on other alcohols because we did not taste them. The hygiene of the restaurant and the cleanliness of the equipment used is really bad. 5- Pool : unfortunately a complete comedy. There are very few sunbeds around the pool and people will leave their towels on the sunbeds for almost the entire stay to get a place. The music played is ridiculous and amateur. They play songs from a laptop or a phone. For example, while shakira is playing, they interrupt the music and turn on a metal song or "Sting" on the next wheel.From our point of view, it is a hotel where we could not get the value for the money we paid. You can find much better hotels for the same price. I can say that we experienced more stress instead of relaxation. I would not recommend
