Food options - quietness

Electric outlet- make sure to get a universal adapter with many outlets. Make sure to bring your own beauty and body care - hotel doesn?t provide any of essential needs for body care. ( lotion and conditioner etc)

The hotel and its facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We never felt that they want tips. The evening enterteinment program was good as well.

It is far from the town center and there were no walking and sgiopping possibilities nearby.

Quality of the food.

This looked like the greenest hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh on Google maps and indeed, there are lots of palm trees, green lawn everywhere and lots of all kinds of flowering bushes. The sea is beautiful and almost no waves here. We arrived before noon and were offered to have a lunch immediately while our room was prepared. The buffet was great every day. Also our room was upgraded to one with sea view, without the extra price.

We were not allowed to use the pool after sunset, even though it was well lit all night. Actually, there aren't any signs stating when the pool can be used, so we actually don't know when we can.

The hospitality was great and the staff was vey decent and helpful throughout the whole trip, especially Mr Esmat who was super helpful from the moment of our arrival till we left the property, the room location was perfect we can go to the pool, beach or restaurant in just 2 minutes

The food quality was average compared to the name of Jaz hotels and the quality of drinks was not good

The beach was lovely, staff and service was Great, wonderful view, lathe room. Comfortable bed and pillows!

Wish there were more activities! Water pressure was too low and didn’t have blackout curtains, and now outlets at bedsides. Great complementary water! Tast and plentiful food options.

I liked the rooms and how the pool and beach access was really easy and doesnt take time to walk to the beach. I absolutely loved it

The staff, definitely the best…they tried their best.

The food was repetitive, in a resort in the seaside you would expect more fish and seafood, in 10 days only 3 times (between lunch and dinners). The gym was set up in 2001 and never updated, the wifi in the gym is non existent. Dont use the racquet and balls provided to play tennis, they were used by Ivan Lendle. The resort is full of flies and the rooms are inhabited by inmortal mosquitos.

Everything was very good . Reception stuff are very friendly and helpful specially mohamed. The food is delicious and waiters are good and friendly . the pool are clean . Its very recommended . We enjoyed our stay?????????

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Sharm El Sheikh in recent years.This was my second visit, and the hotel has maintained the same high standard – if not even better,special thanx to mr Esmat and all staff The staff are extremely friendly and always do their best to make guests happy.Truly a wonderful place

Meals was excellent, it was clean, good quality. Beach was great

For meals there was no variety in each mail although I experienced another resort with less price but there were a lot of varieties in each meal, so (price wasn't equivalent to meals variety)

The staff is very friendly and professional.We enjoyed a very spacial welcoming treatment from all the staff including the reception ,the bartenders,the waiters,the chefs and the roomservice.The facility is very clean and comfortable with nice landscape,big pool and nice beach suitable for swimming and snorkelling.The room was big enough ,clean and comfortable with nice seaview terrace.The food had lots of varities all with very good quality and taste.The night entertainment was very good with different shows and bands every night.It was my second stay there and i would love to repeat it again many times.

Nothing much to mention.I would suggest updating the snacks menu to include more items as its kinda limited and fixed alldays .

- no animation activities at night-food quality and variety are good but not as other Jaz resorts in Red Sea - Old room furniture and facilities like tv , fridge,bathroom

Everything was perfect, hotel is very clean. In general cleanliness and high quality food.

Nothing, may be only show theater is far away from the main restaurant

He was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything I needed.I would also like to recognize Yosef Omar and Mahmoud from the bar — both incredibly polite, attentive, and truly a pleasure to interact with. They listened patiently, offered great service, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable.Everyone I encountered was courteous and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
