The property was exceptionally comfortable and very clean, with a fresh and pleasant scent that made it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared, which made the stay relaxing and stress-free. The overall atmosphere was calm and cozy, perfect for resting. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience.

Beach

The stage is close to rooms and we heard high volume sound to late night

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel’s pools were cleaned very well. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel also has a small beach area where you can enter the sea, but the lifeguards there do not allow guests to swim too far. However, you can see magnificent fish and reefs, especially by going snorkeling or diving.

It was difficult to find dishes suitable for the Turkish palate at the hotel’s Eden Restaurant. Especially at lunchtime, the same meals were served repeatedly, and the taste was average. Not every bar prepared all cocktails. None of the alcoholic beverages we ordered through the hotel’s app were brought to us on the beach. We were staying for three days, and all à la carte restaurants were fully booked for at least two days, so we were only able to have dinner at Antika. Although it had a pleasant atmosphere, the capacity or variety of the à la carte restaurants could be increased.

Clean , food , staff and the activities were great

The staff is really kind and hotel was nice.

As being an international traveler, just keep in mind the alcohol brand is NO good. We weren’t able to drink anything besides beer. The reservation system can improve in their restaurants, if you missed booking a reservation, you will not get in even that the restaurant is empty.

Going down stairs for the beach with a baby stroller was very tough. Also the reception staff could have been more friendly.

The facility and the food was great.

The fact that most staff could not understand or speak english. The bed ,matress and pillows are worn out and definitely not 5 star quality.

Great location. Well constructed hotel, beautiful views. Felt very grand and stylish.

The buffet was not as good as I expected for the price of the stay. Not in terms of variety — there were many options! But in terms of quality of the food. Also the gym only opened at 9– very tough for a business traveler to work into their schedule!

The staff were not cooperative, they take so long time to answer the phone and when they answer, the take up to 2 hours to deliver our order and sometimes the order doesn't delivered, It was 1 time experience & will never repeat it and never recommend it to anyone.

room service, i had to call like 3 times to complete my requests food variety and taste reception staff, as i booked sea view room and despite that , the reception staff decided to put me in ordinary room and i had to request room change

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice sea and pool view. The beach was definitely the best part – I could snorkel there all day and swimming with the fish was amazing. The food was okay, a bit repetitive, but there was usually something to eat. The pools were just fine. Most of the staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the effort they made for my boyfriend’s birthday – they brought a cake to our room at midnight, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, not everything went smoothly. I had booked a transfer from the airport, but they forgot about it. We had to call 3–4 times before they finally sent a taxi, passing the phone around without any clear answer.The room was lovely, but you couldn’t connect the TV to YouTube, which is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Some reception staff were also very unprofessional. One night we took the shuttle to the beach and asked the driver when the last return was – he said 00:00. We were there at 23:40, but the bus never came. We called reception, and they said someone would pick us up, but no one ever showed up. After several calls, the receptionist got annoyed and said the driver was busy with a check-in – and even suggested we just walk back.When we went to speak in person, another staff member (possibly a manager) raised his voice at us. It was really disappointing and left a bad impression of the hotel overall.
