Cataract Layalina Naama Bay

Actually i satayed in 52 countries in many hotels but i can say that this is the worest hotel i have been in all my life . The reason is not related to the service or the food but i had a racism treatment inside this hotel and Sarcasm in a very impolite way and i will share my bad experince in booking. com website and i will raise a legal case against this racist hotel and i need a corrective action . I never recommend this hotel for egyptians as you will feel unhealthy enviroment and you shall recieve a racist treatment

I liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, guards are friendly, beach has beautiful fishes and moral reef

Food is not that good, hope they become better

1) parking is far2) no water bottles as per hotel rules.3) no shampoo, soap as per hotel rules.4) the beach has no snorkeling, just knee deep swimming area, 5) I will visit again..lol

The hotel location was very good and everything was clean and beautiful.

Wi-Fi was only in the reception and weak section, the beach bar employee deals in a completely inappropriate manner with guests, and the food is not good and there is no renovation in the food

We liked everything. Friendly staff, funny animators. Good beach, new sunbeds.

The staff is excellent and on the top is Mr. Ahmed Yousef who is always available for any assistance.The hotel has an excellent location and beach front everything is just 2 steps from the hotel with an excellent value for money, people who rating the hotel bad they can pay twice more for Marina Sharm and they will have almost the same service like in Cataract Layalina.

Fantastic location I centre of naama bay right on the beach - staff great, room comfortable and clean but bathroom had very small but powerful shower

Location was perfect , very easy to get to different places. Have a Private beach but always very busy

The room was very old and dated, the shower gel and hand wash smell very bad, the room was next to the street so there was loud music on the whole night. Foods served were very basic, almost inedible . No WiFI.

I took a vacation in this hotel more than 30 times and everything was fine, but the last time I noticed that some of the employees were trying to harass you and not help you and talk in an inappropriate way and asked you a lot of questions about why you come so often. Why get to know others?

Location was very good ? inside nemaa bay and infront if the sea the beach is very good but the pool is very small

I liked the place, it was very nice and so near to the beach I liked the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming I liked the restaurant, the food was nice , clean and enough I liked the pool , it was always clean , it was not a big one but it's enough I liked very much the friendly and colourful fish on the beach

The room was little pit small , the small fridge in the room was not cooling enough, there were no cattle in the room and there were no self safe box available in the room

I waited so long to c/in The room wasn't good enough The air-conditioning was very bad someone came to fix it after couple of hours didn't work at allI changed the room for the A/C reason the other room also the Air-conditioning was very bad I used to stay couple of hours to fix it againThe breakfast was very poor also the restaurant Air-conditioning was very bad

The nature view of sea and mountainsbut the property is the worst

I reserved breakfast and dinner but i found that No bottle of water in the room!!No amenities or even kettle!!!The fridge wasnt working !Every thing i have to pay for it , they refused to give us a tea or regular coffee in the dinner !No water on the beach or poolNo parking!The f &b stuff is rude and always starring at youThe receptionist wasnt there when we arrived the billman handle our check in!Its the worst hotel of naama. Hotel is very simple , comfortable , calm with friendly staff and very clean I like it from my deep heart
