Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Everything from the service and food to the villa/suite and the beautiful views - I would give this resort as a 6 star rating.

The wide area , swimming pool , beach and the view

No ventilation inside the toilet room , delay of the staff service

Everything ….a paradise created in the desert… around 4000 palm trees taken good care of, beautiful architecture, lovely interior design, variety of choices of restaurants, amazing beach and mesmerizing coral swimming experience. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice everything of exceptional quality. Staff always helpful and attentive ready at our service with one thing in mind how to make the customer feel special and happy. Especially Karim the resort assistant Manager welcomed us exceptionally warm.

It is huge and beautiful resort. 4000 palm trees and skillful landscaping. Good food and exceptional service as always. Four beach options and beautiful reefs if you want to stay in and also snorkel.

They should have one restaurant that is open buffet for lunch and dinner. If you stay for 8 days a la carte food options are extremely limited.

The room was splendid, with a nice balcony and incredible sea view. However, it's the attention of the staff that was the true 5-star experience.

The AC in the room was either on or off, there was no in-between.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike at the Four Seasons, Sharm El Sheikh.

It was an amazing experience and everyone was supportive and helpful. I suggested you bring an electric adapter if you are using three faces. Moreover, make sure you have your snorkeling kit, goggles, and fins etc.

As resort, the snorkeling kit should be complementary and ready in the room. Not to go and rent it every day !!

The staff were next level from every department! The rooms were lovely, great size! The grounds were amazing. The fact you can snorkel right off the beach is amazing

Loved it all

Every thing was perfectSpecially the reef front the hotel it was marvelous and I didn't feel the need to go scuba, snorkeling is enough.

The resteunts a bit expensive, but there soho square just outside with good value resteunts for the kids

What I loved the most was the professionalism of their staff across all specialties and levels.Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Jalal were truly outstanding.

I would only recommend that they renovate the suites.

Amazing location and facilities

There were limited options for stay such as full board; only some Restaurants are available. Also, too many birds were inside breakfast restaurant.

Great location , quite, suitable for family

The AC wan not working properly in one of the room and despite the fact that we call for maintenance but the problem was not resolved

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort’s landscape is breathtaking, and the design of the property is simply fantastic. The atmosphere throughout the resort is incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, and the beach area is perfect for relaxation. The service was top-notch, as expected from a Four Seasons property.The only feedback I have is about the food quality. While everything else was exceptional, the food didn’t quite meet the high standards I associate with the Four Seasons. I hope they can improve this aspect to match the overall excellence of the resort.Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had an exceptional stay at this Four Seasons. Beautiful spacious rooms overlooking the red sea, beautiful grounds, amazing spa, beach service, etc, I could go on and on about how great this hotel is but what makes it exceptional is the staff. Everyone we encountered was highly professional, attentive and friendly. The resort is lucky to have them ??

The food could use some improvement

I liked the cleanliness of the place and the excellent staff service, especially Kareem at reception who was very helpful, and also Mr. Atef who was very attentive to our comfort.

As always, the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh exceeded every expectation. The resort is simply breathtaking — from the crystal-clear waters and lush gardens to the elegant rooms and world-class service, every detail is flawless. What truly makes this place feel like home is the incredible team. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Attef for his professionalism and warm hospitality that made every moment seamless. Mr. Mado and Mr. Rami at the bar created not just drinks, but experiences — always with a smile and attention to detail. Mr. Hani on the beach was phenomenal, always making sure we were comfortable and cared for. Norhan & Fayroz at the concierge are simply exceptional — always ready to assist with grace and efficiency. And special thanks to Islam Malah from guest service, whose kindness, dedication, and attention made this stay truly unforgettable. You don’t just feel like a guest here, you feel like family.

Honestly, it’s hard to find anything to dislike. The only downside is having to leave!

Just everything. If you plan on visiting Sharm El Sheikh, the the Four Seasons. There is not even 0.1% doubt about it. Best resort, outstanding in Sharm. You enter the resort and you don‘t want to leave it anymore. The new rooms are fantastic. Choose the premier type accomodation. Beaches, restaurants, all placed within a green paradise.
