The beach and the water was amazing, staff very friendly, food very good!

I wish it had a designated kids place with more activities

Food was better than I expected. The reef was amazing. Couldn't believe I could access it just by swimming from the shore.

Transfer from and to airport was chaotic and late. I was concerned about missing my flight when they came 15 minutes late with no comunication.

staff - not reception staff but restaurants staff was mostly friendly and helpful which is why i gave this resort any stars at all.

Overall everything else was horrible. we arrived hotel 11pm with three kids falling asleep. we had booked two room family delux which basically has two bedrooms inside. one king bed and two twin beds were sufficient for 2 adult and 3 kids but first they made us wait plenty of time in the lobby with kids asleep and then told me i need to book another room since that room won’t hold all of us. Nonsense. i agreed to pay since we just needed a place to sleep, they gave me one room on one side of the hotel and second on other. i told them i cannot leave my kids alone that far, rooms should be connected. second option i was given was to pay same amount of a second room but we all stay in the same room. so basically no change to theroom and i paid for an additional room. if their policy is to limit 4 person in one room then why did they allow all of us in one room after i double paid them. so this tells you they scam you.also, next day i called multiple times for tooth brushes and an iron, it took them theee phone calls and 2 hours to provide me that.last but not least, after paying double, we were embarrassed when a restaurant where we were allowed in to eat, embarrassed us by multiple staff members coming to us and saying we weren’t allowed to eat there because it’s not part of our hotel, so why did they let us enter? we left our plates full of food on their tables and left. HORRIBLE PLACE

The Beach， the food，the service，everything is perfect. I would like to have a second visit.

We chose Reef Oasis primarily for the house reef, and it was excellent. The affiliated scuba club has friendly guides and instructors, and we made the best dives of our lives with them, the reefs are teeming with fish and abundant coral.

Great stay! The staff were very welcoming, the facilities were excellent, the beach had amazing corals, and the restaurants offered plenty of good options.

I absolutely adore Sandra! ❤️ She is truly amazing! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. And food it's simply outstanding with an endless variety that keeps you wanting more! Rooms are very clean Once again, Sandra is just the best! ?

Housekeeping,restaurant and bar stuff are so helpful and caring about the clients.

You've to stay in queue just for a cup of water , self service would be better in such cases.One of the Reception stuff needs to be more aware of hotel policies and rules, he seems that he doesn’t know anything about the hotel he’s working in, wondering if it’s single case or all the same.While the staff were helpful, the facilities are quite old and do not justify the high price. The value for money was disappointing specially with the quality of drinks and food served.

Good location, good beach. Very good restaurants and foods selection.

Veratour has a dedicated area and is very loud music till 11.00+pm. It is not good for the family, when kids want to sleep. Disappointed relations with Santido, where on the site it is annoying as one compound with Rief, but in reality Santido facility is not available. A year ago we were in Santido, which cost less but better service.

Nice beach, very friendly staff. reef is not the best, but OK. Dinners were OK, but not all restaurant had AC. free transfer from and to airport!

Room was ok, but it was 24/7 noice looks like laundry with no way to sleep during the nights. also the curtains were torn. Shops offer overpriced products. e.g. snorkelling mask with price 45 Euro while shops outside the hotel (200 metres from hotel entrance) offer the same product for 15 Euro etc.

It s like Rimini riccione in August but with great sea water. Look, you get what you pay for. Considering around 100gbp per room per night all inclusive, the price is ok and you get all the food and drinks. However food quality is subpar (for Italian standards). Property is very good. Room good. Entairtnment ok. Reef is fantastic.

We’re repeaters :) we come here every year. We like the relaxed athmosphere and the corals. Nice pizza and coffee everyday

It was too crowded and the staff was not as good as last years. Sometimes they were even rude :(

Location Is great for families. Lots of swimming pools and an aqua park for kids. Beach is very close and water is amazing. Food is great with many options and almost at all hours.

The only thing I would note is that the beach is very crowded and there's almost no space if you go there later than 9.00AM

Very small thing, but in the showers sometimes we had weak water pressure and wasn’t really warm enough.

I liked the reef, had lots of lovely snorkelling. My husband was happy with the tennis. The food was good. Nothing as refreshing as a virgin mojito, or the waiter at the pool remembering I liked lemon in my tea

It’s busy, lots of Italian and Russian tourists, the beach is busy and the 11:30 Zumba there too loud.
