Comfortable, lovely staff, specially the Guest’s attention from Mahmoud at the reception.

Nothing in special, even if we are not close to the beach, they made it easier by accessing us to their own beach in their next resort.

Location and The Beach

I usually stay at Sunrise hotels and always happy, however this time i wasn’t happy me or my friends we have to escalate every issue to the manager to solve it and we faced many issues with bars, beach… etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Mohammad helped us with everything. The food has a wide variety of options and they are delicious. Ahmad in the food area is very friendly. The sea is amazing. We also tried scuba diving with blue lagoon and it went perfect.

Clean, excellent location, very kind staffs.

I think they should have more activities during the day, specially in the pool area and have activities for children above 5 and older. Also drinks were ok, nothing special.

Our stay at Sunrise Remal Resort was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The resort is beautifully designed, clean, and perfectly organized — everything within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing yet full of fun energy. We enjoyed the wide variety of delicious food and refreshing drinks, though a bit more spice would make it even better. The daily activities and evening shows kept us entertained, and the safety and cleanliness made us feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that combined comfort, fun, and great memories — we can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel is very clean, the view is wonderful, the food is varied and delicious, and the reception is very cheerful and polite, especially Mr. Muhammad Abd al-Salam, who is very polite and attentive, and he solved everything for us. His reception was wonderful, and he was very cooperative and present all the time.

Clean and tidy . Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Food was variable colorful and delicious. Yousef and omar in the reception, taha in the restaurant , alaa in the pool bar and every other body share us this vacation “ thank you guys” Special thanks for my daughter birthday cake❤️

Always overbooked and hard to make reservation. The chef of the snak bar made us as egyptians a burnt pizza and serve it to us as if were had to eat with erogant soul. The elevator was so ancient and need fixation indeed

- One of the best hotel reefs in Sharm el Shiekh, extremely diverse marine life and corals. Expect to see titan triggerfish, napoleon wrasse, massive fugu and needlefish, barracuda, yellow lip emperor, yellow spotted trevaly, coral grouper and many more. There were 0 rip currents, no waves, excellent visibility and the red flag wasn’t raised for a minute during our stay. Definitely coming back in the future just for the reef.- Beautiful straw parasols, comfortable sun loungers and sandy beach.- Delicious food, especially at the main restaurant.- Friendly staff who are keen on delivering good service. Everyone treats you with a smile. We had a bit of an issue while checking in but the management handled it pretty well all things considered and were very attentive during our stay.

- The staff members who were responsible for managing the seating on the beach “opening crew” and 2 “lifeguards”(not on lifeguard duty) were constantly arguing, insulting, swearing, shouting at each other loudly. This is nonstop from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. There has to be a manager on the beach to keep them in line. This is not something you’d expect to see at sunrise.- Rooms are a bit run down, especially wooden doors which had to be kicked in or slammed shut. The bath was also pretty old and worn out.- Bartenders are being tortured on the beach by making them wear black shirts and black pants. They also deliver drinks and collect empty glasses. Should consider changing the color of the uniform and have other staff members do these chores.

The team is great team there , Youssef in the reception with his great smile . Mr Ibrahim , Mr Mohamed abdul salam and mr shablBreakfast and dinner were delicious and having huge varieties and delicious choices Room space was nice with all facilities Modern TV with good size Great value for money

The decor is a bit oldactivity teams can have more organized activities

I would like to thank all the staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Abd El Salam, the reception manager for his cooperation and he was super helpful and he so nice with us.The hotel is very clean, and what makes it even more special is the excellent service and the warm attitude of all staff towards the guests.The food quality was excellent with great variety and delicious taste.Special thanks to Nada at the Kids Club who took such great care of my daughter and kept her entertained.Also, the animation team was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was excellent ? Very clean, quiet, and family-friendly. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the food was even better than expected. What we loved most was the kids’ area with a small pool, games, and activities – our daughter was so happy, especially thanks to Nada from the team who was truly amazing ?❤️.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Shibl for his outstanding hospitality and support, he truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The staff was helpful specially Mr Ebrahim and Mr Shebl, the rooms were so comfortable and the facilities were more than perfect as for the food it was delicious with multiple options.

Rooms cleanliness and cleanliness overall. Staff members being friendly and cooperative and responsive to issues.

Food quality was very bad and there was practically nothing to do at night, also the bar served only coffee and water after 12. cold water was not always available in all bars.
