Pros +
- Very Good experience, the hotel is beautiful and big. the breakfast is good too
- The pools were generally very crowded, although there was one quieter pool without a bar that I actually preferred. The staff were mostly friendly, and the bed in the room was very comfortable, which I appreciated.
- The staff are friendly, the facilities are good.
Cons -
- Nothing thank you
- If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. My experience here was beyond awful and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. From the start, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Every staff member I interacted with seemed more interested in asking for tips than actually helping with anything. It felt like I was being harassed rather than welcomed. They put me in a room so far away from the main building that it felt like exile. There was no connection to the reception—literally no way to reach anyone. To make things worse, the phone in the room was broken, so even if I wanted help, I couldn’t get it.The real nightmare started at night. My room was infested with mosquitoes. I’m not exaggerating—there were at least 50 flying around the room. I couldn't sleep a single minute. I tried to call reception twice, but no one ever answered. Complete silence. I was trapped in a hot, buzzing room, being eaten alive by mosquitoes all night.By 5 a.m., I’d had enough. I was exhausted, bitten all over, and completely fed up. I had to check out and find another hotel at dawn just to get some rest. That alone should tell you how bad it was. When I tried to speak to the manager about all of this, he didn’t want to hear a word. Instead of listening or offering any kind of apology or solution, he started making excuses and brushing everything off like it was my fault. It was clear they do not care about guest experience or customer service at all.The room itself was filthy—dusty surfaces, a musty smell, stained sheets, and barely functioning air conditioning. It felt neglected and unhygienic. Honestly, I wouldn’t even let my pet stay there. This hotel is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the mosquito bites—stay anywhere else.
- The food was below average, which was disappointing. The alcoholic drinks seemed watered down and had a strange taste, so I ended up sticking to canned beer instead. Another issue was the lack of available sun loungers and cabanas. Most were taken early in the morning by people who placed towels and then never returned, leaving very few spots open throughout the day.My experience with the reception upon arrival was also not positive. They seemed busy and uninterested in being helpful, which made the first impression quite poor.

The staff are friendly, the facilities are good.
Food test is below average. It was not declared that the beach is on the other side of the street.A number of healthy food items were not there e.g. fresh juice. The Gym should have been free of charge like many other hotels. The water park was almost shut down.
Great service and pools, food is pretty good
Gym is pretty small and old, a lot of slides closed in waterpark
BeachPoolRestaurant Lots of places to go and relax
Honestly, I’d like to thank Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Moneim for his great effort and care.During our stay, everything was perfect — the food, the service, and the cleanliness. He really made sure we had the best experience possible!Jaz Sharm Dreams is truly one of the best hotel experiences in Sharm El Sheikh.
Nothing at all
All perfect, the receptionist are great and especially Mina. The resort is beautiful and very clean.
The facilities at the property are great you can find whatever you need . The pool is fantastic as well as the beach . The staff is very welcoming and helpful everyone is literally working so hard to make you enjoy your stay especially Mr. Mina at the reception he was so helpful and friendly and was making sure that our stay is flawless. Thank you Mr. Mina . Actually all the staff was so helpful and hard working . The hotel is nice and an excellent choice and value for money .
The rooms need more electricity sockets with different types. We had to unplug the lamps in the room to charge our phones and the shape of the socket itself was so specific and needed a rounded plug my charger plug was bigger so it didn’t fit .
Highly recommended The place and the facilities and the staff are just amazing
Almost everything; the pool the activities and the staff specifically Mr. Amin (Manoo)
The staffs are so helpful and kind especially Mina at the front desk. I love the restaurants and Jacuzzi
Everything was very nice and we felt very good in our stay. The room was very clean and we loved the pools, the drinks and the staff. Mr. Mina at the reception was very helpful as well. I highly recommend!
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but I think that is somewhat normal for such a big complex with many tourists.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Mina super kind and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Frankly, the hotel is nice and its location is excellent. The best thing about it was the reception. Mr. Mina from the reception helped us a lot. He was always there whenever we contacted him to solve any problem or any inquiry. He was very concerned about our satisfaction with our stay at the hotel.
The location maybe
I’m surprised that this is a five stars hotel! The cleaning service is at least quality. No towels, tissues, and the cards of the rooms always not working and they give only one card regardless of the number of guests. The food is below average. This kind of hotels that you go to if you have very limited budget. Not a five stars hotel at all. I didn’t enjoy my stay here. Never again!
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel during busy times, because the staff stop responding to emails, phone calls, and even Booking.com messages.Although we booked well in advance, we were given a different room from what we requested. The bathtub had a dusty view and wasn’t clean. At the swimming pool, people reserve the loungers and keep their belongings on them all day, even when they leave to do other things. There should be a time limit so that everyone gets a fair chance to use them.Breakfast time is also strange — it starts as early as 6:30 and ends at 10:00, and there is no cold breakfast option.Overall, even though this is a 5-star hotel, there are many things that will frustrate you when you arrive, and you feel like you’re paying for something you don’t really get
Very nice location, staff and atmosphere Every thing was excellent
Amazing stay in Jaz Hotel. The hotel is located in a perfect area less than 5 min walk to the beach which is in front of the hotel crossing the street. Near Naama bay where all the shops and night life is. They have one of the best clean beaches in Naama Bay and the coral is AMAZING. The room is really confortable and clean. Food is amazing. And workers are really friendly. For sure a place to come back. Totally recommended.
The staff was excellent, doing their best to please you even if they speak poor English, but we managed it somehow as they were really helpful. I'd like to give my special thanks to Mina at the reception who was great at his work, Said the housekeeper, who made a fun decoration with the towels and made our 8-year old son happy, Mohammed the concierge, Said Farouk at the restaurant, Hussam, Ahmed and other bartenders whose names I can't remember. (They work all working like ants.)Gulfia at the front desk was great and the chefs who made a variety of food from different cuisines. The food was amazing. The resort so clean, entertainment in the evening, a lot of pools, jakuzi, comfy king size sunbeds by the main pool. We booked all inclusive so we could enjoy alacarte restaurants, Al fresco at the beach and Tex Mex- seafood restaurant at the lobby, both of which served delicious food. The resort is 5-10 minutes to the beach, there are some palm trees that give a pleasant shade and we saw some little reefs with colorful fish. It was amazing. Thank you Jaz Dreams.
Thanks Mina from reception doing well and helpful Nice reception team and professionals Beautiful hotel and amazing staff
