The staff let us feel at Home. Services and facilities are great. The beach, pool, gym and restuarants(except one) are excellent. Location and view is giving you tranquility. H-keep and room service. were great. This is the 6th visit and quality no change

The cook at the beach restuarant was not up to standard. It is seafood restuarant but does not taste as such. Be more specific about the shuttle service. Promote that the Hotel has free internet.

I had a fantastic stay thanks to the amazing staff, great Regency Club Lounge experience, and the many pools and beach activities to enjoy.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The service was truly five stars, the food was delicious, the place was very clean, and the daily activities were fun and well-organized. One of the best resorts I’ve visited.

Azza made it so wonderful; we had the best time in Sharm. The resort is so beautiful, and the staff always had a smile. The kids loved it, and we would definitely revisit again. It's the little things that make a lot of difference. We highly recommend this resort for families.

The grounds are huge. There's a nice beach and small reef to snorkel. The staff is so friendly and takes care of you especially during a longer stay. Tons of food options (the Indian restaurant was particularly nice).

My AC didn't work in my room and it took days to fix it by moving me to another room. The staff was giving me constant attention but it took a while to resolve. Aside from that, the restaurants have interesting hours so you can't always go to the beach cabana and get a drink and a snack, so make sure you check the opening times.

1-The food quality was below average compared to expectations.2-There was no attention to basic health measures such as providing masks.3-The hotel price was relatively high considering the food quality and the location (Sharm El Sheikh).4-Some family entertainment activities were scheduled but not actually implemented or not taken seriously.5-While the game room was excellent, staff interaction there should be improved.6-Body care services, including shaving, were below the expected standard, but the service and attitude of Mohamed (Fabio) were excellent.

The two room suite was fantastic. There was so much space with sitting areas in each bedroom, large bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living area. The patio was lovely too. The Club and the Regency provided excellent staff who were attentive and helpful and went above and beyond. Food and drinks were great.

had a perfect 5-day stay with my best friend. Everything about this hotel was amazing—the rooms, the facilities, the beach with a beautiful reef perfect for snorkeling, and the pools, especially the quiet adults-only ones which we really appreciated.But honestly, the best part of our stay was the staff. From Habiba and Ahmed at the lobby to Adel on the golf cart, and every single person at the restaurants and housekeeping—everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We truly felt taken care of every step of the way.A special thanks to the managers Mr. Soliman and Mr. Mohamed for their warm follow-up and making sure everything was running smoothly. We will definitely be coming back!

the Park Regiency SHARM EL SHEIK.. did very little to preserve the reef / snorkel areas..NO posted notices.. or information in handouts about care and consideration for ocean reef..no notice of SUNCREEN less damaging to reef..(1) small sign / reminder to NOT STEP ON…TOUCH CORALS ‼️appears CORALS dying off.?THAT and THE LOUD OVERWHELMING LIVE OR PIPED IN MUSIC ❗️( over 7 days… same blearing music night,y ?could not shut music out of our room… in evenings.. so no chance of opening our balcony doors to beautiful evenings there on the RED SEA.. ..with speakers at hightest volume ?

Great hotel, with beautiful gardens and amazing, amazing food. We loved our sea view room. We are very sorry to leave today but for sure we will come here again! Big congratulations to the hotel management and the entire team for creating such a great guest experience. Its a huge property, with hundreds of rooms, but it doesn’t feel at all mass tourism! Chapeaux!

We liked everything

The hotel has great coral reefs and large territory. Also I need to note a tasty food. The hotel has a great park, so it is pleasure to walk after meal.

There are several problems, which frustrated us: 1. TV without Smart option, only standard channels. 2. Bath exists but water supply is too weak and water drain seal does not work properly, so it is not possible to use the bath. 3. Wi-fi is really bad, every 10-15 minutes it drops connection.

• Stunning Views and Location: The resort is beautifully situated by the Red Sea with panoramic sea views and direct access to coral reefs for snorkeling and diving.• Spacious and Clean Rooms: The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and had balconies with amazing views.• Friendly and Attentive Staff: The service was warm and professional—staff members were always ready to help with a smile.• Delicious Food Variety: The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide range of local and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and great presentation.• Relaxing Pools and Facilities: Multiple pools, including infinity and lagoon-style pools, were clean and perfect for relaxing.• On-Site Activities: From the spa to the dive center and kids' club, there were plenty of activities for all age groups.

Our overall experience at the hotel was quite good. The location is nice, and the hotel is clean. First of all, the sea and the hotel’s beach are truly amazing. Unlike many other hotels, there are no overly long piers here. The beach is very suitable for both children and adults. The underwater scenery is incredible — even with a simple snorkel, you can see hundreds of different sea creatures, and swimming is really enjoyable.The room was quite good, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Since the hotel is relatively large, some rooms might be a bit of a walk, but the connecting elevators make it much easier to get around. The landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a very uplifting atmosphere.The staff is generally attentive, but unfortunately, there is a language barrier. They don’t speak English very well and sometimes respond as if they understand, or simply say yes to everything. I recommend double-checking the answers to your questions.We chose a club-type room because of some of the additional benefits it offered. The biggest advantage was the access to a separate beach area reserved for Club and VIP guests — a much quieter, less crowded beach. Normally, food and drinks are also served here, but unfortunately, we couldn’t get detailed information about this. The brochure provided at check-in was very insufficient. You have to figure out most things yourself throughout the day, and even then only if the staff’s English is good enough.The free airport transfer service for club guests only applies to domestic flights, which we found a bit odd. Also, the airport transfer service the hotel offers is extremely overpriced. You can easily arrange a taxi via apps for about $10 round trip, but the hotel charges $50 for a transfer that’s only a 10-minute drive. We don’t think the fee is reasonable at all.The food overall suited the Turkish taste well, and we didn’t notice any hygiene issues.

Hotel as a facility is very beautiful. Huge rooms, beautiful pools, public areas, bars. Having direct access to the sea is wonderful, as well as having direct access to the coral reef makes this hotel fantastic. Very friendly staff. Breakfast plentiful and good. Dinner always buffet style, sufficient (don't expect high quality standards, however wide choice).

The real big problem with this hotel is that it is a challenge to get a sun umbrella. In the morning already at 7 o'clock everything is taken by customers, mostly Russians, who then go to breakfast and keep the beach umbrellas and deckchairs often occupied for hours without anyone using them. Those like me and my family who were there to enjoy a healthy, relaxing holiday were ALWAYS unable to find an umbrella with sun loungers; the few times I had a chance to find something sharing with other families was when I woke up at 730 to get them! Which is insane fro me that at least in my holidays I do not want to run and get stressed from early morning. This is a huge limitation of the hotel, already pointed out by many customers, but I did not think it was so challenging. I suggest the hotel manager to think of some solution to guarantee all guests (e.g. have the possibility to reserve a sun umbrella with a predefined cost, or given the delirium impose time slots on all guests).Another limitation is that they close the pools and access to the sea at 5pm! This too a disproportionate thing that makes no sense.... The WIFI is poor, it works badly almost everywhere, a little better in the rooms, but zero on the beach and in many public areas it picks up little and is very slow.

Very clean, superb gardens, well organized.Extremely kind people! We especially enjoyed our daily breakfast in the Regency Club. Special thanks to Mahmoud and all the team from Regency Club, not only a beautiful place but very welcoming and helpful people. For our 4 years granddaughter the special lunch in Regency Club was so very much appreciated as she doesn’t like to eat but only very few meals. Mahmoud really saved us!!!The Regency beach was also a big surprise, clean, quiet ,with professional people working there

Although we had a big apartment very well cleaned by the housekeepers, we didn’t like that the furniture was old and needed to be refurbished or better changed. As a matter of fact the Hotel Manager told us that step by step they will solve it.
