The hotel staff was exceptional! They made guests feel like a VIP from arrival to departure.

The Staff was amazing and very welcoming. Amira was an incredible host and very informative. The restaurant staff was fantastic too and the room was impecable.

1 - There is no Buffet at the Hotel , i needed to go to the Other Hotel for the Buffet Option.2 - the beach is very small 3 - the Jaccuzi in the Balcony is exposed , no privacy 4 - Very Pricey

I don’t like that the hotels don’t work together on the beach and you are limited with swimming space

The hotel is right on the beach and quite isolated from the too many lights and city noise. Ali, at the reception was helpful and Ahmed the restaurant manager attentive all the time for whatever needed.

The hotel staff was very kind, starting with Ali, Amira, Mohamed at the reception. But the person who stuck with us was Ahmed, the one who served us breakfast in the morning. I think he is the kindest, gentle and calm man I have met in Egypt. The location was very good, although we had problems with taxis that were not allowed to enter unless the drivers left their driver's licenses with the Naama Bay police, so many avoided coming to pick you up from the hotel. The breakfast was good but salami was not what a European is used to. We liked the traditional Egyptian food and the omelette the most. The coffee was very good and the freshly squeezed mango juice was amazing.

The water is very shallow in front of the hotel so if you want to swim it is preferable to use their other beach which is very close (or another one).

Everything about this trip was phenomenal. The room with the jacuzzi was great overlooking the beach. I don’t think any other hotel in Naama bay offers such an experience. The wait staff, Mohammed, Ali, Ahmed, Amira, and Mohammed were courteous and exceptionally friendly. They made this stay one I will never forget. If you get the chance, try to hammam experience in the spa downstairs, it’s not to be missed.

No complaints. Everything was in order, the food was great, bed very comfy, water hot, and all in a super close location to the Naama bay downtown area.

The first night, there was noisey music late at night coming from the restaurant upstairs

Nice hotel in downtown Naama Bay close to lots of restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds, good shower and quiet a/c. Nice balcony overlooking the pool with a table and chairs.Staff at the desk, most especially Ali, who was wonderful, were great:: friendly and eager to help.Good breakfast selection, minibar has Heineken that was replaced daily.

Defined as sweets property, but I got normal room. Food is not good as expected, specially for snacks.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and pampering, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the location was ideal — just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Naama Bay. The hotel was very clean, quiet (no loud music), and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Special thanks to Amira Tarik, Ahmed Youssef, Mohamed Awad, and Saad for making our stay truly special.

Everything was perfect! The service was beyond amazing! Amira took really good care of us, gave us good recommendations… where to eat, go out, better taxi prices, beach access. Room is fully equipped with everything you need. We also used the laundry service which was awesome as well! Wi will definitely be staying here next time we come back.
