I like the hotel a lot , people there were very decent and helpful especially ahmed yehia and reception team

We enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay at the Concord El Salam Sharm El Sheikh. The highlight was the outstanding staff, beginning with Mr. Abdelrhaman and Mr. Sayed Saad at the Front Office, who provided a swift and hospitable check-in well before the official time.Our expectations were exceeded by the clean, comfortable room and the exceptional Soft All-Inclusive dining. The food was both diverse and consistently delicious.The property’s advantages are clear: breathtaking views, prime location steps from Soho Square, and a team whose remarkable friendliness made our trip special. I also noticed that their general manager was inspecting the buffet and overall staff . Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

Only location anything else is bad

The staff and restaurant and customization is the worst they are not any near to professional

There was not variety of food. But was good though

View, swimming pool, Room and proximity of Activities like Parasailing, Swimming with dolphins at dolphina, Scuba diving as well as Soho shopping area.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I especially want to mention ElHussein, the manager at the reception—he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a big difference. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and kind. Thanks to ElHussein and the whole team, we felt genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Wonderful staff, all of them very friendly and helpful, particularly Colin the chef and Abdel on reception. We could book trips here which was very helpful. Very comfortable room and bed, lovely to have fridge and kettle. Pool excellent, food delicious, lots of variety, good veggie options. We would certainly come back here again. Good location for exploring the town and visiting St Catherine's monastery.

Location, Breakfast, Staff. They did a small upgrade without any charges.Great money value

First Why are beer served in small paper coffee cup? Why if I book a taxi with the hotel to the airport it costs $25 but if I ordered on the app it costs $5. Do you guys has no respect for your guests? It’s like the staff are working in a bad atmosphere.

Cold beer in a plastic cup. Not in a small coffee cup. I love beer but I don’t even drink it that much because of this paper cups. The staff were all really tense. The taxi guy trying to scam your guests inside your hotel. The only positive thing was the animation team. I’m not coming back for sure.

I had an amazing stay at Concorde El Salam. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surroundings.The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, making me feel truly welcome. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I could ask for to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food and beverage options were simply brilliant, with a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes.

Tariq was an excellent housekeeper. I believe he’s the only one in the hotel who knows what he’s doing. I thank him dearly.

- It is advertised here as having “High speed Internet”. Well it does not. 2 Mbps of Internet which keeps disconnecting (Using a Macbook and iPhone Pro, so you can’t blame my devices) is not “high speed”.- It is advertised here as “Soundproof Rooms”. No. You can hear simply everything that is going on outside. I had to sleep with earplugs because of loud music coming from outside. Of course your guests have a right to entertain but there are other guests who also have a right to rest and peace. They are not obliged to try to sleep among banging music each night. Some quality hotels hold their entertainment in a place where the sound will not reach rooms. You can do that as well.- It is very obvious that cleanliness is not a concern. For multiple days I took a glass to drink water and I could taste the residue of fruit juices that were consumed with the same glass before. I’m sure the hotel is now going to say “Oh you could have shared that with us instead of sharing it here” but all they would do then would be say sorry and give me a clean glass instead of changing their cleaning habits. I’m sharing it here so that everybody would be aware of what is awaiting you here.- Personnel at the bar next to the Italian restaurant are very rude and act as if they were forced to work there. No smiling faces, just very firm looks. You say “Hello, good morning, thank you” and do not even get a reply. They even argue with customers from time to time.- Almost nobody speaks English. Not even the receptionists. They are at most A2 level. It’s very hard to communicate here.
