Charmillion Sea Life Resort

Nice and clean resort; the Sea life resort is not that large which is good as you do not need to walk miles to the pools, sea or the restaurants. There were plenty of free sun bed both at the sea and the pools. But maybe it is also due to the fact that January is a bit low season. Room was clean and large enough. Staff were super friendly and not too pushy. Food was also okay; quite same each day but probably here was the best compared to other two hotels visited in the past in Egypt. Animations / programs were quite limited and same each day but I went for resting so do not really care. The January whether is still perfect for sunbathing and even for swimming. Sea was about 22 C, air was 22-23 but felt much warmer on the sun. It is a good value for money hotel and I would definitely visit again in the future.

Wifi / Internet speed was quite slowIn the sea the distance you can walk in is quite limited and a bit rocky and the see is a bit shallow during the afternoons, so not really suitable to extensive swimming but you can still snorkel and enjoy clean water

The resort is absolutely beautiful. Andrew, Alaa, and Maha were amazing with some of the best customer I have seen world wide. They check up on you, and if you need anything at all they made it happen. The rooms were nice, food is great, and everything was top notch. Couldn't have asked for more.

The food quality of the buffet restaurant was overall good, the service personnel was very kind and professional. The variety of dishes was fine.

The garlic sauce on pizza, please don't do it.The quality of the coffee powder is bad. The material of guests bracelets is not comfortable for long stays. Wifi connection in the room can be improved.

Absolutely very good experience, the place is very big and beautiful.The restaurant has a wide variety of food, mostly Italian and Egyptian style.We snorkeled here for three days and saw beautiful fish, not a lot of them, but it was a great experience.Other than that, the service was fantastic, thanks to Mohamed and Alaa at the front desk who helped us with mosquitoes in the room, restaurant reservations and many, many other issues, they were so nice.The staff at the various snack bars and restaurants were so welcoming, they were infectious.Thanks also to Khaled, our room cleaning person, for helping me clean and bringing water.

The whole staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Kareem and Alaa at the reception, Mohammed at the main restaurant, and our housekeeper Ahmad. The food was fantastic. The sea and the pool was very good. The room was very spacious and clean.

The only slightly bad thing was the power of the internet connection at the pool side.

The facilities were very good and the food was delicious. The staff was very professional specially the reciption staff (Andrew, Marwan, Mahmoud and Manar in guest relations)We hade a very nice vacation with unforgettable memories.Would certainly look forward to visiting Sharm el-Sheikh again.

Only just one remark That the room doesn't have enough electricity connections.The staff help us with extention socket.

We had a occasion. And we chose Sharm Al Shiekh to have it there. I need to say that The staff was fantastic and very helpful and professional. Specially the people in the reciption ( Andrew, Mahmoud, and Marwan) they gave us all the help that we needed, they were only a phone call away.The food was great and delicious. The sea view was great and the beach is wonderful.Simply one of the most enjoyable trips that we as family made.We remember it for ever and we certainly would come back again.

For a four-star hotel, this is a fantastic place. Your staff is amazing, always smiling and very quick to help if you need anything. I'm very grateful to everyone who works here, especially Andrew and Muhammad at reception. Thank you for your care for your guests. Nice to meet you, guys ?

The resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed, clean, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The staff were truly fantastic: always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need. Every detail was perfectly taken care of, making the whole experience relaxing and unforgettable.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the service to the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Sharm El-Sheikh. Final and honest rating: 10/10! ?✨

Andrew and Rabie and the manager went out there way to make our holiday beautiful as we came from another hotel which was not nice they made sure we had a beautiful room made sure we had restaurant reservations and checked on us through out the week I recommend everyone come to this hotel it is amazing

Reception staff were amazing. Tried to help and accommodate as much as they can.Lots of varieties in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff at dining area were very helpful and their supervisor.

No electricity socket near bed.Room amenities were not there all the time.

Lots of engaging activities as well as a very accommodating staff. There is help everywhere at all times throughout all the areas of the resort. Mahmoud at the front desk is great and helped us immensely for the entirety of our stay especially with special requests.

This was not my first time to visit Charmillion Sea Life Resort. I can say that the standard is the same as previous visits, but frankly speaking the animation team this time was really awful compared to previous visits. This animation team was one of the things that brought me back to the same hotel as my previous visits they were fantastic. The current animation team really needs lots of improvement to come to the standard as they never had any activities that were enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, and the level of service was outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-organized. I’d like to give special recognition to Mr.Amgad ( Food and Beverages Manager)and Mr. Ahmed Tarek the managers, whose professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference.
