Charmillion Gardens Aquapark

The gardens look nice and the building design is interesting and pretty. Cleaning people are great, found me to give me my headphones I forgot.

- food is absolute disaster. It looks bad, taste even worse, got food poisoning on the first day. - tried to give me the room for 220$ while it was 110€ on booking.com, good I checked.

Adults pool not heated, only one snack bar which is far from aqua park

Andrew and Mateo were great at the reception. He took care of all our needs. Stay at hotel was great. We liked rooms, food,.facilities, coral reef,.aqua park, staff was friendly.

Maybe the aqua park a little

Building, corridors, rooms all smell like shitBed sheet and cushion was unclean Rooms is very far away from the beach and there is no buses for transportation, you have to go on footOnly one golf car for the whole hotelBeach chaise lounge was like shit Life guards were untrained and non professional , staff in general was nonprofessional dealing with guests Food was fine , not good and not bad

Andrew has been very helpful and welcoming. Also Chef Reda at garden mage of sea life has been fantastic. Really recommend this place to families.

Amazing hotel with very professional and friendly staff specially M. Sobhy, M. Abdulaziz, Mateo and Amgad the FOM My stay was very short to see a friend on my way to Dahab however the property is fully equipped for long stays and perfect choice for family with kids with a massive Aquapark and water games and amazing entertainment team Special mention to the HC and the back of house team food are always delicious and selections are vast Keep up the good work everyone and never lose that beautiful smile everyone have ?

Room extremely noisy AC, dirty and very Old rooms, terrible bathrooms, staff service is very poor... always on phone and with grim face, food very repetitive ...

Check in - simple, easy, straight forward. Rooms - clean, comfortable and AC strong. Food - some stand out dishes (Fresh Pizza) Facilities - water park good for all ages, and hotel well kept. Service - most staff were efficient - stand out salah on front desk and Kareem on the stage bar. Overall - good value for money.

Check in - provide more information about the sister properties and al a carte restaurants. Rooms - WiFi unstable. Food - Made half the group sick. Facilities - Very cold. Service - A few staff members were useless, ‘can’t do attitude’ and completely disengaged. Dinner service - very hectic and unorganized - felt like a cafeteria. Towel card system - a scam.

The staff is just amazing , they'll do anything to make your stay comfortable, I have sent emails to ensure to get a room next to my cousin's room , and we got that , the buffet is just yummy and various dishes from all the world , they have also some days where we had grilled and was super yummy, you can't get bored at all . I really recommend this hotel for everyone

Room, pool , beach, aquapark, the kidness of the staff , and the food

We were so pleasantly surprised by everything in the hotel. The staff was exceptional and very professional, yet also extremely friendly. Bisho from the main bar was extra helpful and provided us everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. We loved the dining room. Good food and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfy. Service is perfect. One of my best experiences. Thank you Charmillion staff especially Osama❤️

I have ordered a double bed and my room has 2 separate beds. It wasn't that comfortable to sleep but Osama fixed it anyway and I'm still so pleased! Thank you so much
