My stay was wonderful because of Mr. Alaa Mohamed, Acting Assistant Front Office Manager.He was very professional and always had a warm smile. If you needed anything, you could simply ask, and he was more than happy to help.The restaurant staff was amazing too , thank you so much for everyone was working there

Good location, away from the noisy center, but very quickly reachable by walking down through the neighboring hotel. Good food. Polite Egyptian staff. Warm pool.

The music is incredibly loud all day long. It's impossible to be near the pool because of it. The manager, a russian woman named Ilona, ​​is always rude.To all questions she answers "these are your problems", "it's your own fault". We didn't understand why a hotel needs such a manager.

We spent a wonderful week at Fun & Fun Neama Waves Hotel. Small Aqua park but very funny ,the food is delicious and very varied.very clean hotel, I would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality during my stay.Special thanks and deep appreciation go to:Mr. Ahmed Gamal, Restaurant Manager, for his outstanding service and care.Mr. Kotb, Front Office Manager, for his warm welcome and support.Mr. Abdullah Abdullah, Lifeguard, for his professionalism and attentiveness.I truly enjoyed my vacation, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. Looking forward to coming back again!

Beach is far from the hotel , we should walk at least 5 min in the sun.

Sea is a bit far , it’s quite exhausting to walk there in hot weather Beach has two parts , we went for one near to White House and it was quite small and not deep Food taste and variety could be better

It was super clean. People are super nice. Food is excellent. Location everything was beyond exceptional

The staff was very helpful, pleasant, welcoming.. The Chefs were trying they best to help in spite of the lack of capabilities ..the room was spacious and clean.. the location was very good only few steps to Neama Bay The kids enjoyed the waves pool and the slides..

The worest to mention is the food. Not only the deficits of varities but also the served was tasteless!! The food was the big disaster of our stay.Second row to the beach so you have to walk in the hot sun to enjoy the beach, however the beach is perfect.. sandy, warm and the water is very clear.. The pool activities are limited. Almost no night activites to mention.All the pools were shallow no deep pools available.

The staff were so helpful, kind and they put their heart on to make your stay happy and comfortable! The rooms are spacious having a lovely balcony and super clean. The staff pay attention to keep all amenities full during the daily cleaning. The only thing was the open buffet breakfast. If they work on the food quality and varieties like olive types, hot crepes and scrambled egg ..etc. that would be much better. The rest is wonderful!

Perfect place to have a quiet and peaceful vacation, lovely and polite staff specifically mr alaa he is very friendly and helpful , he will be the main reason to come again to this lovely place ,really nice man with a great attitude , i think he must be the minister of tourism ?❤️❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. One of the main issues was the food — it lacked variety and was exactly the same every single day. It quickly became monotonous, and there was no real effort to offer different or more diverse options.The cleanliness of the rooms also left much to be desired. There was noticeable dust accumulation in higher areas of the room, and the bathroom handles were not properly cleaned. These are basic hygiene standards that should not be overlooked.Additionally, there were a lot of mosquitoes and small insects in the evening, which made it uncomfortable to relax, especially outdoors or near open windows.Due to all these issues, I ended up cutting my vacation short and left the hotel a day earlier than planned — just to get away from the unpleasant conditions.Overall, I believe the hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, pest control, and food variety to provide a better guest experience.

Spacious nicely decorated rooms and clean. The pools are nice but not well heated. The staff members were very polite and cooperative. The animations team offers a variety of activities. Breakfast could be better. What was very anointing was the flies at the restaurant

I loved everything. The restaurant is delicious. I thought it was a hotel for Russians, there were so many. It's more for families, although it's comfortable for single people. The only thing that bothered me is that the people at the SPA offer you the service and when you pay them in dollars they tell you they are fake, dollars that have been exchanged at the same airport in Egypt. The lady who attends the spa reception is not very nice.

Everything was wonderful and the staff were friendly, Especially Mr.Ahmed Mahdy and Mr. Osama in reception who took care of all details and made our stay easier and more luxurious,Extremely pleased with my booked and satisfied,I will definitely go back again.

The room was big, clean, had a balcony and was spacious. The all-inclusive concept was successful. Access to the beach was from the sister hotel and was easy. Food and beverages were served on the beach. The location is nice.

The room was cold due to the central air conditioning system. There were no slippers or toothbrushes in the rooms.
