Jewel Sharm El Sheikh Hotel

The location was fantastic the hotel was amazing very clean and tidy with access to all amenities including 2 private pools. The shops and restaurants are just a stone throw away really pleased with this hotel will definitely be going back to stay there again

Breakfast is awful ?

It’s a 10/10, the staff, food, cleanliness, everything was top notch.. the rooms were really clean. Our bus was at 11:00 at night. We were supposed to check out at 12 pm. But they just asked us to vacate the room and let us stay in the hotel till 10 at night. The staffs were exceptionally polite and sweet.If I were to visit sharm el sheikh again I will definitely come back here. And we got to do a lot of activities right there like parasailing, snorkeling, banana boats, yacht etc. We really really enjoyed the stay.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provided. I am pleased with the hotel accommodation, as it was generally clean, tastefully furnished, and well maintained. Nice buffet , friendly Staffs always salut with a smile from the cleaner , receptionists , head waiter Mr. AMR to the managers . I am so thankful, and I really recommend it.

1. They didn’t refund 2 days when I changed dates of my arriving and I informed them from before.2.My check in was at 12:00pm I arrived at 16:30 and I was waiting until 18:15 and I didn’t entered any room because it wasn’t ready until I paid more to upgrade the room.3. Some of Non respectful and annoying chocks the door.

We loved our stay at Jewel hotel, the room was big and clean the staff were professional they catered to every demand. The breakfast was also good shout-out to Amr he was very kind and helpful.

Outstanding hotel located in the Sharm El Sheikh marina. The staff was fabulous and their customer service fantastic! We were there for only one night and had breakfast and lunch included, they swapped the lunch for dinner as we were going to do an early check out, without us even have to ask. The room was clean and the food was nice.

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel staff is exceptional, they never missed a chance to ask whether we were happy with everything or needed anything (special thanks to Housekeeping Manager Ehab and Catering Manager Amr!) The housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaned the room every day, replenished toiletries as well as the complimentary coffee sachets and bottled water supplies, replaced towels and bathrobes, etc.The breakfast was great, especially the aubergine and the fūl. There isn't a lot of variety from day to day, but you can always find something to satisfy your palate. The restaurant is highly recommended, their okra and vegetable with meat tagine is absolutely fantastic, not to mention unbeatable value for money.The hotel has no sandy beach, but you can just go to the beach next to the hotel if that's your thing, either for free or for some nominal entrance fee. Better yet, take a taxi and go to one of the popular public beaches (El Fanar Beach was our favorite, taxi from the pedestrian road sets you back $4-5, entry costs another $5).We really enjoyed the sun deck, you can actually see a good few dozen different kinds of colorful fish just snorkeling around in the shallow. On our very last day, I went for a last swim/snorkeling in the morning and saw an enormous giant barracuda, at least 1.5m long. Also, top notch drinks and hookah/shisha on the sun deck, perfect accompaniments for watching the sunset (pro tip: try the karkade, made of freshly picked hibiscus).The location is great, the hotel is the southernmost one in Na'ama Bay, so there's no through traffic, it's as quiet as it gets. There's a police plus a marine police station next to the hotel, so also super safe. Also, the largest and best grocery (and everything else) store we've seen (Fix Price) is about 4 minutes on foot.

The gym location looks fantastic (fully glazed, overlooking the sea and the bay), but never seems to have been open while we were there. The rooftop hot tubs are a great idea, but could have been even better if they were placed on the side facing the sea. Also, water in them takes a while to warm up, make sure to give a good few hours notice if you're planning on using them (as you should). Some finishings and fittings in the room are less than impeccable, but everything works just fine.

We had a constant battle with the guy operating the music by the pool. He didn’t understand that every guest approved background music but no one wanted distorted full volume music

An labsolute dump, disgusting hygiene, shower covered in mould and dirty, balcony handrail not fixed properly- loose and unsafe, open holes by the pool, bed mattress covered in bugs and dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay there, we changed hotel the next day.AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE, If you require pictures I will forward them!Kind regards Jeremy Sills

Very family oriented hotel, families will definitely enjoyed it, location is the best, near from every thing and the center, just walking distance to the restaurants, night clubs, shops. Pharmacy few steps away. High level of security. The staff their is very very friendly and polite, Kareem and Anas at the reception are great guys! Mr. Nader and Amr at the restaurant are fantastic and professional gentlemen, not to forget the chefs as well! You may find many attractions at good prices through the recreation team there. Special thanks to Mohab, the diving champion, who made our experience memorable. If you are visiting this hotel you should experience the diving with Mohab and explore the colorful fishes just at 1.5$ per person. Thank you all and hope to see you next season!

‏My visit to the "Jewel" hotel was an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. The reception by Anas and Kareem was inviting, and they were always available with a smile. Their positive energy, along with the hotel staff's, created a personal and unforgettable experience. The dining pleasure was also thanks to Amr, the manager, who ensured tasty meals served beautifully. There are areas for improvement, such as the absence of alcohol and weak Wi-Fi. the wifi was not up to standard, very slow, could not send emials and check in online on flights

Avoid. Unorganised.

I was having a fully paid booking for a seaview room. The receptionist informed me that he has no idea about my booking and my name is not registered in their system. He told me that all seaview rooms are occupied and the only option is to stay in a narrow mountain view room. The room had no water in the toilets at the start. Then no hot water for a full night. The hot water came back in the morning. This is a shame.
