Everything at the Swiss Hotel was wonderful. The Asian à la carte restaurant was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Mina for his kindness and great service.

The property was nice and very kids friendly . The rooms are well maintained . You have access to the beach, although it a relatively small beach front.

There was a lot of options for food but i felt more attention could be paid to the taste of the food, a lot of things were very bland.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissotel and I am writing this review because I was extremely happy and enjoyed my stay very well.The entire experience was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. In particular, I would like to commend Ms. Aya Ashraf from the customer relationship team.She was absolutely amazing. Her follow-up was superb, and her professionalism and attention to detail in handling customers were truly exemplary. She made me feel valued and ensured my stay was flawless.Thank you, Swissotel, for the great service, and a huge thank you to Ms. Aya Ashraf for her outstanding support! I highly recommend this hotel.

First of all staff was amazing. There were many things to to withbour kids. And also especiially a la carte restaurants were great

Good for money value.

First of all guest staff Rema at reception was very helpfull. She was asking each day if we need anything. We were very pleased. She helped us a lot. Overall stay was good except some staff at main restaurant area and pool bar was some kind of rude. When walking they were almost hit my wife doesnt even give way. We were asking something some guys doesnt even answer and look at our face. Other places waiters was good expecially at Alakard restaurants.

The service was great and they have a fast responding time , the rooms were clean and comfortable, we lost some items and they were found very fast Great thanks to Farida from guest relations as the welcomed us and was a great help for us , she is an amazing person and very helpful and kind

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It offers a safe, clean, and welcoming environment with excellent service. Definitely a place I would love to return to!

From within my heart i must point out the exceptional customer service and hospitality given by the staff , from cleaners to waiters to managers . Words really cant justify enough their exceptional service . May God bless them and bring abundance happiness, health and prosperity among them and their families .

Very aged , must have upgrade , room not cleaned and definitely food service not great . I am deeply sorry to write such thing due to the service given by the staff . I would like one more time to express my gratitude to the staff at adult section but facilities needs improvement and upgrades for the money you pay is not acceptable

It was genuinely the best hotel stay I've ever had! The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and sweet! @Farida from guest relations literally made my trip! She contacted me before I even reached Egypt, made sure everything was to my liking, made my trip fun, and was just so sweet! She even kept checking on me throughout my stay. If there was a fun activity happening, she would text me to come quick and join! Loved loved loved her!Ali from concierge was also super sweet, everyone was!Would absolutely stay there during my next trips to Sharm Al Sheikh!

It's very peaceful, well maintained and the team is extremely helpful, polite and cheerful.Checking in was very fast, monica the guest relations is very professional and accommodating. Overall everything was just perfect and we cannot wait to be back.

Very good stay at the hotel. Hotel staff are amazing and very attentive, especially Aya who assist me from the start and made our stay a successful holiday. In general all is very spacious and good ++There is several type of restaurants + buffet. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The facilities were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options that suited everyone’s taste. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service — especially from Miss Aya. She went above and beyond to assist my family throughout our stay, always kind, attentive, and professional. Her presence truly made a difference and made us feel at home. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely come back again!

Everything was good. Espacially Aya and Maria from guest relation was wonderful and helpful.

The food can be better but it was not bad.

I went on a 9-day personal retreat solo and really enjoyed the resort. The staff were genuinely caring and really took amazing care of me. They have a guest support service on WhatsApp, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was okay and was enjoying myself. I asked to move rooms during my stay, and this was arranged without hesitation. One of the staff members, Farida, was especially helpful and kind during my stay. I can thoroughly recommend the resort.As a note, I stayed on the 'adult' side of the resort, and this was really peaceful and perfect for my requirements.

The gym facilities were a little basic.

Amazing hotel with clean facilities such as the swimming pool, beach area and the spa. Staff were excellent always eager to help out. Huge thank you to the dining staff, reception staff, golf buggy staff. Big shout out to Aya Ashraf for her hospitality and making sure we have the right rooms for our family in the hotel. Food is excellent,

We were amazed by the hospitality. Maybe provide buggy service in evening to drop off guest closer to Nama bay shopping area.

Perfect envirement with lovely stuff , the place is always neat and clean. Facilities nicely arrange and lots of staff for helping all of them smiling always. We loved our stay in Swiss Hotel also we would like Thanks specially Mrs. Aya for lovely hospitality which make us feels like home.
