I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and warmth, making us feel right at home. Every single team member we interacted with was helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Every thing was perfect

Manager Ahmet was a very kind person. He always asked how we were doing and what he could do for us. We had a pleasant holiday.

Staff is friendly

‏1- First of all, the resort accept two children as follows (first should be less than 12 years old and the second should be less than 2 years old) because of this I had to pay 144 usd additional charge because my second child is 2.6 years old.‏2- The pools are up to 125 CMs only.‏3- The aqua park is in different resort named Pickalbatros Laguna Vista (which is misleading) and you have to cross the road walking to its location (10 minutes by legs) - they don’t provide transportation.‏4- Same issue for the beach.‏5- Conclusion: if you are considering this resort, book your room in Pickalbatros Laguna Vista - no much difference in the price but there you will really enjoy your stay.

Everything was perfect from head to toe. I especially thank Mohammed Salman and Mahmoud for their assistance in everything. It was a great stay for a family, they have many activities for children as well.

I liked everything

Everything was perfect. Mr. Mohamed Hommos the manager and the receptionist Mr. Mostafa were extremely helpful, Mr. Mohamed was regularly checking with us to see if we need anything and if we have any issues to fix. The whole staff was more than welcoming and extremely nice and lovely! Everything was clean and organized. The food is amazing! There were alot of activities that really fills the day! My experience was amazing and it definitely won’t be the last time :)

It was little noisy in our room during evening animations but luckily it was ending at 11:00 pm.

I loved everything about the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location was perfect and very relaxing. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed at the reception for his exceptional professionalism, and to the restaurant manager for the outstanding dining experience.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything during my stay was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

The price is really cost effective if compare with other hotels. It is really clean and very well designed. You can enjoy any time any where. Also director Mr.Mohamed is really impressive man. He and his assistant controllers are every where. That’s why you do not confront with any problem.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and my family and I truly had a blast throughout our stay. The resort facilities, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. All the staff at Pickalbatros Lacuna Hotel, including the manager, Mr. Osama, the assistant manager, Mr. Ahmed Adel, the restaurant manager, Mr. Nader, his assistant, Mr. Samir, and all the hotel staff, are very respectful and provide excellent service. This is my third visit to the hotel. Thank you, Pickalbatros Lacona, for a wonderful vacation, and thank you to all the staff, from the manager to all the employees, for their outstanding cooperation.

Hospitality, manager kept checking us through whatsapp. Rooms were spotless, pools were clean too. All other staffs were so nice, kind. We had to leave early in the morning they prepared breakfast boxes for us, so thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Everywhere was clean. Food and drinks were delicious. The animation team is fun. There is always activities to do with them. Aqua park is the most fun. The staff was really helpful and cheerful. We went there with my wife and it was our honeymoon, the hotel management sent us a cake, they made our bed some rose arrangements a couple of times, they made us a special romantic dinner. This hotel has amazing gardeners. Every plant looks amazing, we had to take photos nearly everywhere. And special thanks to reception manager Mohamed, he always asked us we need something.

The service was top notch and special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Adel, he was on top of everything! I liked the room, the food, and the facilities; everything was perfect.

Honestly, nothing major. Everything exceeded expectations, but Wi-Fi coverage could be a bit stronger in some areas.

Very clean , organized and very friendly staff

We booked Laguna but didn't realise we had booked Club and not Vista so when we arrived, we were initially a little disappointed, however those disappointments were soon put to bed by the staff and management led my Mr Mohammed at Laguna Club.With the ability to use the pools and beach at Vista despite staying at Club you don’t mis out on any of the fun and relaxation which you may want.In Club yes things are scaled down from Vista (Restaurant and entertainment) but its actually all great with the food selection changing daily (You must try the Spaghetti Bolognese !!) and the staff warm and friendly. As Club is much smaller than Vista the benefit was that most staff provide a more personalised service.Obviously you get what you pay for but here at Club they excel in customer service, all led my Mr Mohammed.

Nothing really to say other than when we did visit Vista in the evening, we found that we could party more just because there were more people and everything in Vista is just bigger. One negative for me would be the karaoke, not really my thing and when the hotel guest are mainly eastern European meant the Karaoke just wasn’t for us – just a personal view !
