Clean with great breakfast and incredible dinner buffet for only 300 egp

No internet. Room has no wifi. Lobby area does, but it is unusable.

The property has very nice location and very clean ,super delicious food and very helpfull and friendly staff especially mr Ali on the reception

Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. One of the best I ever met! And that's amazingFood was decent, nothing memorable to be honest. The pool is very good and the beach is good.

The room was not clean, it really needs more attention and renovations for sure

Check-in staff Mr. Hamada was very welcoming and professional and upgraded our room.

Clean, welcoming, friendly, good breakfast, location near old souks and it has a private beach.

The staff, the location is perfect, 700 m to the old market, the check-in experience was nice and the receptionist (Hamada ) is amazing, The rooms are clean, spacious and the garden is near the pool.

first of all the food is HORRIBLE, it's stale, cold and sometimes even has already gone bad but it's still being served not to mention the fact that it's been cooked since forever so some items are very hard to chew or swallow also there's no variety in the food options, the protein served is either very small in quantity or simply a very low quality version of that it's supposed to be for example the served very stale "chicken" nuggets that are very cheap with no chicken in it, another example is the "creamy chicken soup" but with no chicken just some chicken skin to give a vague taste of chicken.another bad example of the food, some salads and dressing smelled rotten yet still served.my family's room had roaches.the hallways on the first floor smell like piss and feces because the staff bathrooms' air vents are directly on the hallways so you're just walking in a cloud of piss and poo smell which is just disgusting.when checking out we voiced our concerns about the restaurant quality and we were met with denial and were told that it's our fault we didn't complain as if it's normal to be served rotten food in the first place!they simply think they're not doing anything wrong and that their food is very clean which is delusional.their animation team is lazy and disrespectful to foreignersone guy from that team kept insulting foreigners in arabic calling them names and being very vulgar since he knows they won't understand a word he's saying.they're not beachfront you have to get out of the hotel and cross the road to access the beach, on top of that it's very unclean and contaminated with boats oil also people drop food in it and obviously there's no maintenance from the hotel.the pool is very small compared to the amount of residents at the hotel also it's not the cleanest.

In my opinion, in terms of price to quality, this is one of the best hotels in Sharm. It is just important to understand that for this modest money ($30-50 per day depending on the season for a double room with breakfast) you should not expect luxury. But it is very clean, quiet, there is a private beach a minute's walk away, and Old Sharm with restaurants and shops is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfasts are acceptable, although monotonous.

If you clearly understand in advance all the advantages of this hotel and do not expect miracles - everything is great, there are no disappointments.

1. Rooms are above expectations for the hotel category thanks to Mr.Ali the manager who was very helpful person.3. Mr Hasan for trips reservation and the lady for massage were perfect.

1. Food quality is poor ( beef , falafel is made of bread instead of beans and greenery) 2. One kind of protein each buffet3. No variety everyday you find many repetitive items. 4. No ice cubes most of time due to old ice maker as claimed by hotels bar man the answer is always ice cubes finished.5. All inclusive option include only hot cola , sprite, fanta and tang juice.No beer draft or cocktails you have to buy bottles, water is served from dispenser, you have to buy mineral water bottles.No wine and all alcoholic beverages are not included as claimed by bar men.you have to pay.Guests had problems in drinking anything cold.6. Bartenders and baristas are not present all the time at bars. 7. Entertainment and dj was boring,unprofessional and local DJ player, bad sound system.8.Towels man was praying at entrance while many guests are waiting him to finish and if not praying you have to find him everyday he never stay at his work place.9. Bathroom at beach : sanitation needed it was dirty and required renovation.In general the hotel is budget friendly, accomodation, rooms, restaurant and beach are perfect, but what may affect the hotel is the whole F&B department which was really unsatisfactory.

It is a nice looking hotel with a great location in walking distance to El Sahaba mosque and an old part of the city. Gives a family hotel vibe, for a 3 star hotel I would say it is great. Food is ok , 5-6 main dishes, veggies , pastas, potatoes, some fish and chicken, grill for dinner is good, lacks a bit more fruit maybe but you can find something for yourself or order from the menu, again it is 3 starThe pool is nice with a bar inside, the garden looks amazing, and the beach is across the street. Rooms are ok, clean and spacious with a nice balcony and view. The staff is great, the shisha guy is also amazing if you like smoking you can enjoy that too.

Beach. It is probably the worst thing about the place. We went once and spent time in the pool. It is a bay, but it is closed and very shallow with a very small part for swimming, so if you are a beach lover this is not like Naama bay.

The overall accommodation was very satisfying and definitely worth the price, especially with the 40% Genius discount I received.Special thanks to Islam at the reception, who was very professional and welcoming. He kindly upgraded us to a pool view room with a balcony and even a partial sea view, which made the stay much more enjoyable.Shoutout to Mostafa and Noor at the restaurant – both were incredibly polite, respectful, and hospitable. Their warm attitude and attentiveness added a lot of value to the overall experience.The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view and all the essential amenities.The hotel location is good – the beach is just a short 2-minute walk away.The taste of the food was surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel. Although it lacked variety, the quality and flavor were on point.They do a daily entertainment show that is very good especially if you are non Egyptian, you will enjoy itOverall, it was a comfortable stay with standout service from some amazing staff members. A few improvements would make the experience even better, but it’s still a great budget-friendly choice. I would definetly go back again.

Housekeeping was a disappointment. Twice, I left the “Please clean my room” sign on the door, and when I came back, I found it flipped to “Do not disturb.” It became clear that they were avoiding cleaning unless I was present, presumably to receive a tip. This felt dishonest. I reported it to reception, and fortunately, the issue was resolved quickly.The beach itself isn’t ideal. It’s a closed sea, not an open beach. Although it’s close and convenient, it doesn’t offer a great seaside experience. I’d recommend going to Al Fanar beach nearby for a much better beach day.At the beach, the same tipping pattern continued – the sunbeds were left dirty, and staff would wait for guests to arrive before cleaning them, again expecting a tip.The all-inclusive package was misleading. It did not include snacks at all, which is very unusual and disappointing for an all-inclusive offering.The buffet lacked variety – very few options in terms of chicken, meat, or fish. The menu didn’t really change much between meals, which made it repetitive.

The food was not good at all, I tried breakfast and lunch , both were tasteless.

Turquoise truly represents great value for money, from the spacious, well-designed room to the beach, which had everything we needed, including juice bars and affordable food options. A special thanks to Mr. Ali, the manager, who warmly welcomed us and consistently made sure everything was perfect during our stay.

Just the quality of the food needs to be improved

It’s so cozy giving 90’s vibes, very close to the shopping center and all restaurants, amazing location, beach is sandy

Special thanks to lifeguard Mohamad for making sure the children are safe in the sea. The whistle can be annoying sometimes but all for the best.Walking distance to the old market. Very clean throughout. Staff wash the common areas daily early in the morning. We could walk bare foot without getting our feet dirty. Beautiful garden flowers. Delicious food. Belly dance last night. Well done to the entertainment guy Hazem great fun doing exercises at the beach.second time here and I'm sure I'll be back.
