Food was always available somewhere on site. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Furthermore impressive that they are all multilingual.

Noise from nightly entertainment can be intense until about midnight if your room surrounds the pool.

Great staff, food and Bev always available. Nice sand box for kids (could use some shade on the sides.

Food and drinks were good, huge room was upgraded for free. Concierge available 24/7 to bring anything to your room. Pool is big enough to get a good workout in. Free water and fruit. Snack bar at pool is good though sometimes a wait.

Beautiful property great location, just by the airport

The quality of food was a little short of expectation. Everything else was great.

I really like staff attitude and their efforts, they are lovely helpful and trying their best, especially I would like to mention the front office executive Essam - amazing gentleman - highly professional and friendly, always in touch and ready to help with any requests or inquiries. I would have rate him as a 5 star receptionist no less. The rest of the team are also really nice - it’s obvious they are trying to make your stay pleasant. What’s also amazing and really unique- their funny bicycles - lovely experience gave us a lot of positive energy.

First of all the location of hotel as it’s far from the beach, so if a hotel marks as 5 stars property I expect the beach access no less. But beach was actually in another hotel, and the shuttle will be taking you there. The swimming area is really small, and there only one pier working - but it’s very small crowded, and there is always queue to go down to the water that was unpleasant however there is another pier - that was always out of service. Also small area for Sun beds, and I believe in high season there not enough of them. Very poor quality of alcohol, and no rose wine - only red and white, definitely that doesn’t match 5 starts property. Another thing is cleaning, when we arrived there was hair of previous guests all over the bath hub - that was disgusting. Also there are technical issues with plumbing that needs to be fixed as there always water on the floor in bathroom. The quality of food could’ve been better and the selection as well. Also tennis courts need maintenance.

location was great, food at the resort was outstanding, and the room was excellent.

We were allowed to check in earlier and we were upgraded to an executive suite free of charge which was a great gesture. Our room was super spacious, clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable.Sea itself was great, it was like an aquarium. Snorkeling at the sea would already show you the whole beauty of Red Sea.The vast majority of waiters were very friendly. I like Turkish a-la carte restaurant. Chef and manager came to our table and took great care of us. Food was really good.I also like Indian chef and his food, he is a very kind guy and he prepared special meals for us as we love Indian food.

There are few things which generally did not allow us to enjoy our holiday.- Beach has very limited space and you are like sardines in the can. In such space, you non-stop get questions from multiple guys “Do you want to attend to some of our excursions?” I was tired to decline these offers, however they were not tired to disturb us.- Property is mainly for Russian tourists. Some of employees offended my wife who is Ukrainian and they chased her on why she does not speak Russian. They should be educated of current situation.- Receptionist informed us during check in that he will help us through our stay, however he did not reserve a table for us at Asian restaurant despite he told that he did, anyway we were allowed to have a meal. We contacted him regarding a permit to go to Nuweiba. He told that he will reply us after contacting his manager, but we did not hear back.- I strongly advise you not to use taxi services in the hotel. We asked the price for a taxi to Nuweiba (150 km one way) Given price was 300 USD which was 4 times more expensive than our arrangement. They basically try to cheat you!!- Check out experience was not good. We gave our room and towel cards. We were told by reception that we are good and can check out. We waited for our taxi in the lobby for 20 minutes and once we wanted to leave reception, security guy did not allow us to go, he blocked our road and he was rude. Reception should have informed security about our situation.- Food at Asian restaurant was terribly bad. Cold sushi stored in the fridge, cold cheap noodles, fried ice cream which was not a fried one but again stored in the fridge. Nothing was fresh.- We always found something to eat (crossiants, Umm Ali, grilled meats, Kunafa, Calamari) were good. But breakfast was very limited. Quality of hams, sausages were very bad. Coffee was artificial. The worst was sunflower oil which they use for everything (omlette, pasta etc) which made us feel very heavy after each meals.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I really enjoyed my experience. The service was excellent, and I want to give a special shout out to Samir at the reception, who was extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming from the very beginning. The room itself was amazing – spacious, very clean, and well taken care of. The hotel facilities overall were also impressive, and the staff consistently provided very good service.That said, there were a couple of downsides. The swimming pool was quite disappointing – tiles were falling apart, and it was full of mold, which made it unpleasant to use. Another letdown was the food. The options were quite limited, with very little variety compared to other hotels I’ve visited during the same period. Most of the time, lunch and dinner were almost identical, and while the restaurants were alright, the food itself wasn’t particularly tasty.In summary, the hotel shines in terms of service, cleanliness, and staff professionalism, but the pool maintenance and food variety/taste definitely need improvement.

The Pool is not well maintained

The royal villa was excellent with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The staff is very helpfull. Thank to Mr. Moamen moustafa about his help.the turkish resturant is good.

I had abdominal pain after eating in the asian resturant. The variety and quality of food can be better in main buffet.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh was truly unforgettable. The place is incredibly nice, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Mr. Momen at the reception who greeted us with a smile and kindly offered us an early check-in. He explained everything clearly, was always friendly, and even gave us his private number in case we needed anything during our stay — which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate his great hospitality.We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay.The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person.I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service.On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free.Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

The stuff especially- Moa’amen in the reception, abo fares - hesham the driver, mohamed almahmoud .They all were very respectful and really nice to us, everything we asked for, we didn’t wait 10 min and they gave us without asking. Overall all the staff was really niceeThank you moa’amen and abo fares?.The food was amazing.Also it was my sister’s birthday, they sang to here, organized the room for here, i will insert some photos.I am really thankful foe each one of the staff?We will always choose pickalbatros golf.Note: of you are a group or i family, i recommend to take a villa, it’s really huge and like a home. Also it has a private pool.

The hotel staff was one of the best I have ever seen. From the start, they were very helpful. Specifically, Mohammed, Ashraf, and Salah from the reception took good care of us and attended to all of our needs.

During my stay at this top-notch and amazing hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist manager Mr.Ashraf and Ms.Siham as well went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for, offering extra attention that made our experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options . The facilities were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and convenience . ??

Exceptional stay. We got an upgrade to a much bigger room and it was surely the highlight of our stay. Lovely food, good options and the staff members were very kind and helpful.
