The food is rich and of good quality

Overall , i wouldnt rate this hotel as a 4 stars the staff are very rude and non friendlyThe rooms are clean but not to the level that satisfy meroom service is non responsive

All the staff are very Friendly and so helpful and special thanks to MR Mohamed (direct or of Food and beverage) he is super proffetional and helps us in Everything and he made our stay more than perfect with his team.MR Bassem one of the restaurant supervisor's he is very cooperative and he did all his best for us.The Hotel has a very proffetional photographer team (Mohamed amry, chris and john) they are very friendly and we enjoyed with them and took a memorable moments in our session. Mahmoud at reception he was so nice with us and made his best regarding to our requests as much as he can in a perfect way. Abdelaziz one of the waiters satff he so polite and helpful and he cares about us so much The Food was amazing and has a very good taste and there is a lot of varieties. The service is more than perfect The room was very cleanThe animation team is amazing and they did a different activities for each day. We are more than satisfied and Everything was more than perfect and exceeded our expectations ♥️

Every thing was perfect … 5th or 6th time in barcelo at the same room ( deluxe with private pool ) every thing was exceptional started from Mr.Sayed Ali who facilitated my reservation every time I reserved, the front desk staff ( samer ) was a very kind guy and warmly welcomed me and my family.Mr Kadry in the restaurant was very helpful and helped me to celebrate my wife’s birthday The restaurant boy Mohamed Rashed who served us in the restaurant and gets drinks and what ever we want very quickly and smiled every time he saw us. The food was exceptional to be honest every time i visited barcelo the issue was food but this time there was a big difference.. the quality of food was very good and I understand what the meaning of food quality and safety because me and my wife are a veterinarian worked in food safety and quality. The room service boy Mohmaed was very helpful and doing his job in an amazing way and very friendly. The P.R staff i think she was called chiristine was very helpful and asked me about my stay and if i have any comments to be considered so she was great . Finally i’d like to thank you in barcelo and look forward to meet again in our next vacation.

Very dated, the buildings and furnishings are old and starting to look shabby. The glazed wall to the balcony didn’t seal and the wind was whistling through the whole weekend

My booking was from 19/02/2025 to 21/02/2025how they changed to 19/01/2025 , I will raise a big complaint against this property to get my money back

Nice Hotel and tasty food The rooms are nice and clean The entertainment and animation was fun

The staff at the reception were less pleasant

The dinning hall staff especially Samir Was a pleasure The chefs where always pleasant and accommodating The Animation team was very entertaining Staff was friendly and always helpful

The room was not well maintained,the sleeper couch bed was broken the patio door was not closing properly Our room never had toilet paper We where never given a box of tissues Through out our stay We called for extra blankets and only recieved them 2 nights later Reception never answered the fone The food can be more diverse maybe add some indian foods

Best holiday ever! Would definitely go again the all staff there was outstanding and very helpful.Helping us every morning with seats and towels and even just having friendly conversations. Absolutely fantastic team all day round with special mention for the animation team ( perfect , lovley staff)providing excellent entertainment no matter where you're from. Food was excellent with great range so no worries if you're a little on the picky side.Mohamed G from restaurant , the best person ever , witch we meet ( always with big smile)thank you for making our holiday more perfect. The view from hotel 10/10. The room was clean every day. All in Barcelo for as was perfect.

Just the sea was good

(Surprised new at the end)We checked into the hotel around 4-5 in the morning, tired from the flight and the day, and we were not welcomed very well. They said that we had to pay an extra fee to get to the room early and that they could help if there was a room (even though I booked early check in), so we accepted and fell asleep in the reception area for exactly 3 hours; We were hungry, we were thirsty, it was almost unnoticeable, and no one came to help us. Until we wake up and ask ourselves. In terms of hospitality, it already started as -1 from the first day.Apart from this, the friends who constantly come to talk to you for massages or events for hours with different price policies given by different people while you are resting by the pool or the sea, is a very disturbing system, you should stop this; Half of my holiday was spent with these conversations, it was quite boring. There was talk for hours about massage and other activities, but no service was offered as described in the packages I bought. We wanted to take a photo, and when we said that we did not want to take the whole photo, it was not nice that the photographer gentleman made fun of us both physically and with his facial expressions for taking only 5 photos without even looking at our faces, but we still did not disrespect him. If we talk about the events, it was a hotel that only appealed to Russians and played Russian songs, we couldn't enjoy it and it was quite a funny situation. Watching a performance specific to Egyptian traditions excites me rather than listening to Russian songs by the way. I guess you don't care about people from other nations as minorities, but there are many things you need to improve regarding this. And surprise news, our luggage was lost by the hotel on the last day. Yes, you heard right, our luggage was lost by the hotel, not the airport, and we arranged ourselves to leave 3 hours before the flight.

This resort is all things to all people. You will find they can cater for every reasonable whim.The food was of good quality and variety. There was always something different with every meal.If you are prepared to have the equivalent of €2 in the local currency at hand for your head waiter, your requirements for drinks and seating will be preempted and seen to. Small price for a luxurious experience... all included in our package, of course.

This has nothing to do with the hotel.If you are one of those people who think it is OK to load a huge bag with food to take away at meals...IT IS NOT OK! YOU ARE STEALING AND ALL OF US ARE PAYING FOR IT. SHAME ON YOU WITH YOUR FULL BOARD BRACELET! Who are you feeding?

The beach has the choice for us to do both swimming and snorkelingthe staff was very friendly specifically Mohamed Gomaa at the hotel restaurant; he did a great service for us. so, thank u very much Mohamed

I like everything about the property and facilities

-I don’t like reception stuff they weren’t friendly -about programs and shows at night may be more and various kinds of shows are needed to be involved

A beautiful paradise in sharm El-Sheik Outstanding service from check-in (upgrade to a pool/sea view on arrival was a lovely surprise) to check out. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, ensuring the best experience for our stay! Food was always fresh and plentiful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and on the beach at anytime of the day. Restaurants, bars, gardens, pool areas and beach immaculate.This truly is a 5* experience. We met so many wonderful employees at this hotel, always a smile, everyone so happy and cheerful, courteous and always exceptional service.A big hello and thanks to the staff at the beach bar and the pool bar who always made us welcome and made the best 'bloody Mary's!! Thanks also to the waiters in the bar impressing us with the flaming sambuca's and the friendly and happy staff in the lobby bar. Not forgetting the service with a smile from all those at the outside pool eating area, so much fun to be around and always happy!There are so many positives to this hotel but most of all the amazing welcome and friendliness from all the staff made our stay extra special....thank you all!! :)We have visited Sharm on more than 10 occasions and have never returned to the same hotel, however, I would consider returning to the Barceló Tiran due to the professional staff, good food, entertainment and the cleanliness at this resort.

A bit far away from the center

I liked the quality of the food in the main restaurant, the beach area and the pool is very big and with an amazing view. Very nice the animators such as Nurlan. The gym has an amazing sea view but the glass window is not transparent and I expected more equipments.

The sand is not fine however the sunbeds are comfortable. The coffee and cappuccino they provide with an unknown machine is bad but if you want a real good coffee, they could do it with a good machine and a good coffee blend but they ask 2 euro because it is not included in the all-inclusive package. That's not honest.

overall, hotel is a great value for money.. very cozy and comfy.. staff are so welcoming and friendly.. amenities are excellent for the price.. amazing food, creative dishes, and wide variety everyday... beach is amazing and the only sandy beach vs neighbouring hotels

it's a bit far from the center but absolutely okstaff need further training on systematic work (but still doing their best)

Very poor room. Very bad value for money. Only one restaurant to ise. Rooms so basic. I imagine when you pay a high rate to the highest room category, you expect minimal comfort .. I had to look for approval to get slippers, and they "tried" to find me a bathrobe!. Toiletries are so poor and lowest quality. Beach is always crowded and sunbeds booked for no people. If I were a teenager in a camp, I would like it, but to co.e expect decent comfort and luxury (minimal), then not the place. If I had booked the cheapest room, I would have had the same experience. Staff nice, food ok can enjoy.. the sea I liked with waves and snorkelling areas.
