Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort

The location was perfect, with the most stunning coral reef just off the beach. The bay was sheltered and gently shelved so good for even nervous swimmers. We snorkeled every day and the marine life was incredible. All the staff, from the reception, waiters, lifeguards, cleaners, chefs and groundskeepers were friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds were beautifully kept.The food was good quality with plenty of choice. The resort is popular with Italian guests and there were good pizzas and pasta options, which the kids liked. Also lots of middle eastern grilled meats, fish and salads. The room was a good size and comfortable, if a little dark and could do with a few more lights. The unheated pools were cold (December) but the heated pool was like a bath! We hope to come back one day, it's the best place we've stayed in Egypt.

The sea, the reef were exceptional. A la carte restaraunt with a sea view was great. There is a 25m swimming pool what you can use to start your day. Diving instructors were great too.

1. Checkin time is not fixed, if you're traveling a long distance and need a rest, be ready that your room will not be ready in time.2. Rooms need some refresh. It was a family reunion for us, and we occupied 3 rooms in Sentido, and Oasis Beach hotels (located on the same territory). We all had issues with key cards, that required a visit to receptions at least(!) once. Rooms had no central lights control, air conditioners were loud, etc.

Location is impeccable, with pleasant ambiance and wonderful service. They have a private beach and multiple clean swimming pools. This all inclusive resort provides various varieties of delicious foods.The staff is very professional and very resourceful. We very much enjoyed out stay. Thank you for everything…

Beach can get very crowded at sunset.

The hotel's location was great, the staff was wonderful, and its location next to Temple Reef was perfect for snorkeling. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, thank you very much. The food was varied and delicious with a great service . It was great to have different pools, each with a lifeguard, and a water park for adults , children and toddlers were amazing . The kids had a great time. We enjoyed a lot and satisfied overall .

That was my 3rd visit throw the last 3 years Sentido reef oasis becomes our second home.. My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, with a beautiful and relaxing view. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to every detail to ensure guests’ comfort especially mr Mohamed the recipient manager and miss hadir .. saber at lobby bar The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurants offered excellent service. The facilities, whether the pools or the beach, were well-organized and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for families. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to repeating the experience soon like every year .

Old furniture needs some refurbishment.

We had a great experience at Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort near the Farsha Cafe. We were picked up from the airport without any issues, and since we arrived early in the morning around 6 AM (well before the official check-in time at 2 PM), the hotel kindly offered us a temporary room to rest until our room was ready — such a thoughtful gesture! On top of that, they upgraded our room to a family suite free of charge.The welcome staff were very attentive and friendly. The aqua park was fun, although a bit small and somewhat dated. However, there are pools in every room area, so the pools never felt crowded. If you'd like to go to the beach, there are frequent shuttle services with golf carts, or you can walk there in about 10 minutes. Finding a spot at the beach was never a problem. The reefs and corals are absolutely stunning — I highly recommend trying diving! There’s even a dive center at the hotel.The food was very diverse, and there was always an open restaurant to eat at. There are also several themed restaurants representing different cuisines, which you can book for free. Every evening there are fun activities for kids, and for adults, there are also quiet areas where you can just relax. The landscaping was very well-maintained and clearly taken care of regularly. On a positive note, we’d like to thank the staff at the reception bar who prepared amazing cocktails for us every night :)

Some aspects of the resort could definitely be improved. The hotel rooms and furniture feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. I didn’t like that breakfast ends so early at 10 AM — it would be much better if it lasted a bit longer. Also, if you happen to need medical assistance, be prepared for very high prices — the on-site doctor services are quite expensive.

Variety of the food and quality of the food was good, but not excellent, like before. A-lot of mosquito in the room. There needs to be a resolution to solve this problem.One room was amazing while the other room was very bad because of the smell from the sewage system. The night activity in the resort should improve.The floatable bridge for diving and snorkeling needs renovation.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had such a great experience from start to finish. The entire team made me feel welcome and truly taken care of.A special thanks goes to Shoukry at the reception, who greeted us with warmth and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. He was always ready to help and gave us great tips during our stay.Also, I’d like to thank Alaa the lifeguard — always attentive and friendly, he made us feel safe and comfortable by the pool. His cheerful attitude really added to the relaxing atmosphere.At the beach restaurant, Mohamed was exceptional. He served us with a big smile and made sure everything was perfect. The food was great, and his service made it even better.Overall, all the staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative, always wearing a smile and willing to help with anything we needed. - Aqua park was quite good so you can enjoy with kids. But please aware that Aqua Park is only operational during the certain hours (10:00-12:00, 2:30-6:00).- There is a shuttle bus to the beach every 10 mins from the hotel.- The bar quality with beverages was fine compared to other hotels.

- The room is old and there is dust in the ceiling as well, which needs the better maintenance.- You can hear the noise from everywhere.. You can hear the noise of using the bathroom of the upper floor and the noise from the corridor as well. - There is no snack bar such as the simple kids food like french fries you can enjoy in the pool side. You have to visit the Italian restaurant in person to eat something but there is no food availability you can enjoy in the sun bed. (Each restaurant doesn't allow 'take-out food'.- Also, the safe guards do not restrict those who drink alcohol inside the pool. It should be strictly restricted to drink or eat something inside the water.

It wasn’t clean we found a small black worms on the pool towel and in the sink, and in the second night the ac was dripping water from the room ceiling

The attentive and friendly staff, the variety and quality of food in Mo’s restaurant, the beautiful gardens, the snorkelling from the beach, the proximity to local shops and Old Sharm. The fact that any problems were sorted out quickly and efficiently.

The rooms are very dark. Although the design is very relaxing there needs to be lights added that you can use when needed especially by the bed and dressing table. Not enough storage space. Bed is extremely hard, definitely need mattress toppers to make them comfortable to sleep on.

Sentido Staff were fantastic particularly the waiters in the restaurant & the pool guy at the adults only pool. Bar staff at the main reception blue bar & cactus bar were also very attentive. Gardens were beautiful & immaculately tended. Food in the restaurants in the Sentido part of the resort was very good.

The sentido part of this resort is very nice. It has some nice pool areas especially the adults only pool. Our room was in this area & although the room was dated & in need of an update it was adequate. Sentido is part of a larger complex including the Reef Oasis beach resort. Unfortunately Sentido is let down by its association & shared facilities with the Reef Oasis beach resort. The beach resort part of the complex is tired & of poor quality. The pool areas were rough & badly in need or repair & refresh. Work was ongoing in some parts to renovate rooms. But the beach resort needs a full overhaul. All buildings & parts of the beach resort show signs of damage & deterioration & poor quality repair. The all inclusive restaurants in the beach resort were reminiscent of a school canteen. Very crowded, waiters running around trying to keep up, food from the self serve counters cleaned out as soon as it arrived. After one early visit we stuck to the Sentido restaurant for all our meals. Staff there were superb & food was of a good standard.The private beach is ok but massively over populated with sun beds. What could be a nice beach is spoiled by trying to cram too many people onto it. Conversely the various hotel pools for the most part were very quiet. The snorkelling here was good but not great & the reef is suffering from the overly busy beach & the resultant disturbance of the sand & silt damaging the coral & making visibility poor in places.We have stayed in Sharm el Sheikh 6 times now & this would rank as our least favourite of the hotels we have visited.

Beautiful gardens and lots of activities for kids. Food was good and the staff were lovely. Nice pools and beach area.

The rooms were not to a 5 star standard, more like 3 stars- broken tiles and some smell from the drains. The beach was busy , but it was nice that Sentido had a separate area. The waterpark needs some maintenance, the young kids area in particular. All inclusive drinks were cheap syrups and local spirits so we didn’t use the bar much. At a 5 star resort you expect branded spirits and better drinks.

Beautiful resort, well designed so that it never feels crowded. Lovely, welcoming staff. This was our first experience of an all inclusive holiday and we loved it. Would book again.
