Dear Sir, we arrived at your hotel with great excitement and high hopes. It was our first vacation after getting married, and we tried to choose the best hotel within our budget. We found you. Because we were visiting several cities, we couldn't arrange our arrival times, so we arrived early. We arrived at the hotel around morning, and they told us to wait. Thank you so much for welcoming us in the lobby.We waited in the lobby for about seven hours, we paid for breakfast and then around 9:00, a friend came to the reception desk. He was older than the others. He was wearing a short-sleeved shirt. He had glasses. I don't know his name. But as I described there is only one person, you can find it if you look at the cameras.He told me the room was ready, and we started making the payment. I told him (politely, with a smile) that I wanted to pay through the app because my bank charges a high fee.I paid with my phone, went to the receptionist, and told him I had paid. I was still excited and smiling. He yelled at me and scolded me, my wife was sitting in the back. I was shocked. I couldn't understand what was happening. He gave me a stern look and shooed me away.It was my first vacation with my wife. I couldn't go back home from there; I stayed at a hotel. I'm leaving today; I actually wish I could stay here longer.The incident occurred around 9:00 AM on August 12, 2025. Please check the cameras and watch the incident. Can someone treat someone this way in front of their spouse?

We had a wonderful stay ?Everything was perfect the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to [Mr.Eyad], who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. His attitude and dedication really stood out..We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

The location of the hotel was great as it is very close to the airport (7 minute drive or so). It is 5 minutes away from SOHO by foot. You can easily walk to the sea. The hotel is on the coral reef, so you can enjoy a wide variety of fish right from the shore.The food was great. Christmas Eve dinner was OUTSTANDING.The hotel has a beach volleyball and a soccer field that were great for family fun in the afternoon. There is also a ping-pong table.There are also night shows and some entertainments every day.The doctor onsite was very helpful.

Please note there is no sandy beach as such with a gradual ascend, so some people in my group who don't know how to swim were not happy.

Great location and coral reefs by the beach is just amazing also the staff are really friendly and helpful specially Mr Abd el wahed at the reception and Mr abanop the golf car guy

AC is bit noisy but not big deal for me

first of all this is the second time to go there and I'll go there every year it's the best hotel I have seen thanks everyone working there

everything location, cleaning, pool and stuff specially gerges he working in reception shift night, he helped me to make an Early check-in actually I love all the stuff ❤️

Everything very nice and good. Thank you to Girgis at reception for always being helpful. Thank you to Ayed and Abdo also. In the restaurant thank you to chef Yaser. Thank you to the staff next to the pool and everywhere in the hotel.

Rooms are very nice, high free WiFi connection, the staff are really amazing very friendly and helpful especially Samuel at the reception he is fantastic guy and so helpful and friendly he facilitate all my needs in no time.The pool is so nice and the beach is one of the most wonderful beaches I have been to so far, the food is very very tasty, aactually I don’t understand why it’s rated as 4 stars hotel while it should be really 5 stars

A clean hotel and a very good location close to the airport and Soho square.

The hotel staff are quite lazy. They do their work very formally and treat all the requests with very unpleasant attitude.

Friendly staff, huge open buffet with fresh food every day breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course corral rif biech .

Rooms are needed to be renovated as soon as possible!

Only the location was good, and it was secure. The security guards are checking each time who is taking us, taking the plate numbers of each taxi driver, to make sure we will be safe, other than that everything was bad

The staff were too flirty with us, making us too much uncomfortable as a girls group, The rooms are very old, the water in the toilet was coming yellow, the bed’s mattress was too old and it makes noise whenever you move, the buffet wasn’t the best, and the food wasn’t delicious at all, they said its all inclusive, but what they offer was the cheapest products and the worst kind of alcohol.

The wors food service that i had ever try I reserved all inclusive They charged me of a watter 100 And for one hineken 150 So bad choice for every one

We had a nice ???? family reunion at this hotel, the stuff is very nice and friendly. Muhammad took a great care of our room and Morsi accommodated with fun ATV and yacht rides! The hotel is fine middle class with great corals. We loved the local people and sea a lot! Overall it’s alright

Some rude russians (not all), things kinda fall apart due to the lack of maintenance, stuff sometimes assumes everyone speaks russian (perhaps their russian is better than English)

Amazing 4 star resort. All inclusive for a good price. Comfortable rooms, good facilities. The food is great with lots of carrots in the buffet. The snorkeling right in front is amazing ( no sandy beach though). Staff are super nice

Great Place in which spend a vacation. Always Is perfect... The location... The hall.... The room.... The wonderful swimming pool.... And the beach ❤️ thanks to every people for kindness .... They are Always ready to support the client for any request. I Hope to come back soon..... ? It Is a dreaming Place ❤️

The hotel was very nice , very clean and tidy always , pool area was lovely and always managed to get a sun bed .The room was a bit dated but on saying that it was very clean ,always cleaned daily .Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially one of the managers amaseka in the restaurant area who always made sure we had drinks with our meals and a nice table , food was good with a lot of choice .The bar staff in the main bar were very nice and always made us feel special , Amgad and Emad were the best at making special cocktails which were fabulous.Overall our stay was great

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was there was quite a lot of rude people staying there who just didn’t understand manners or waiting in a queue!! This would put me off going back to this hotel which is a shame

Friendly staff. Our house keeper, Ahmed El-Sherbiny, was incredible. Super hard working, kind and well-mannered. Always left us cute gifts, designs with our towels and fruit baskets.

The Entrance of the Hotel was welcoming and Amazing. Concierge greetings was so welcoming and Check-in by Mr Nadir was Pleasantly smooth, the Decor lounge was really impressive . Room was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious and a surprise welcome fruit basket for guests was a nice touch by hotel. Perfect start to relax/ work vacation. Restaurant Staffs was so friendly and attentive to serve you. They all worked very hard as its Christmas/ New Year so arrangements are carried on during peak. The variety of dishes/ healthy options prepared by the Chefs was amazing!!Beach and friendly Team of Life-guards 'Mahmood, Ismaeel, Ahmad for towels are available all the time. Beach was clean and well maintained all the time. Lots of Activities available for families, couples, children's. Touring and Exploring just next to the beach. Wonderful Staff all round.Definitely we shall return again very soon.
