Amazing staff that provide an upgraded room and late checkout at not cost! Beautiful views and close to the market so you can walk to town.

Everything was great. The people who work here is also nice. There is a lot of food for everyone taste. Ramadan helped us from reception. He is also very kind

The hotel had an amazing location and a very comfortable stay.All the staff were extremely kind, and the food was delicious.The beach and pool were very clean.The animation team was professional and very entertaining.There were many bars in the hotel.The reception team was very cooperative.I would especially like to thank Chef Islam in the main restaurant

The landscaping, facilities, outdoors are great. Staff is usually nice but sometimes we noticed some of them have a weird attitude for no reason. The beach has a easy access and it’s a beautiful beach. The location is also very convenient. Food is OK. Overall good price for what you get.

Rooms are a bit dirty and old. They helped us when we complained about the cleanliness. The food is average but considering the price and open buffet it’s normal. Some employees (especially the waiters and bartenders/baristas) sometimes have a weird attitude as if they don’t want us to order anything. The reception employees are very helpful and nice though. Majority of the guests are Russian/Ukrainian, and it does not bother me but just be aware. Overall, these are small issues and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is too old and outdated Furniture, facilities and you can obviously see itOnce we entered the room we met with cockroachesThe AC is noisy, mattress is not comfortable The funny thing that front office team they told us they have done upgrades for us ?‍♂️

The Animation team was perfect they had great accomadation they had activities all the time the beach was amazing mostly clear I could see the fish without my goggles be carefull from the rocks they had everthing u could imagine in breakfast lunch and dinner the place was amazing would reccomend 10/10 for me

The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Red Sea, with a clean and beautiful beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly — special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Ramadan at reception for providing us with a lovely family room with a great view. The restaurant serves good-quality food, though the variety is limited. Service is excellent, especially from Chef Islam. There’s also a nice evening entertainment program for children. Overall, the hotel’s strongest points are its staff and the stunning view.

The main drawbacks are the old furniture and the lack of food variety, despite the good taste.

This place was one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to and I do travel a lot . Not only the staff went above an beyond to make sure that me and my family were happy and comfortable but they have activities for adults and children at all times and the food was amazing and there is a lot of places where you can get drinks . Just an amazing place . I actually want to thank the staff for how welcome they made us all feel .

The elevator to the beach was comfortable.While the food selection wasn’t extensive, the quality was good.The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful.View is amazing.

Rooms are outdated.AC was always not working properly.Pool is very small.The beach is consistently busy due to guests from other affiliated hotels in the chain also coming there.

Staff was amazing, they were helpful and kind. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was also great, they cleaned room really well. Beach and the sea was also lovely, we didn’t want to leave… see you next year!

I am delighted that I chose Pickalbatros for our long-awaited trip to Sharm El Sheikh, especially since it was the first time for my kids. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Initially, I selected the hotel on Booking.com for its location, but now, if I book it again, it will be because of the outstanding hospitality provided by the entire team.From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth, and despite arriving on the last day of Ramadan, right before breaking fast, the hotel graciously arranged for our dinner and drinks in advance, making us feel incredibly welcome.I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and attentive. Special mention goes to Mr. Ramadan from the reception team and Mr. Mahmoud from the restaurant, along with the entire restaurant team, including the chefs and staff, who were always ready to help and showered us with their greetings and care. I also enjoyed the spa massage service, thanks to Ms. Yara.I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for giving my family a memorable vacation and cherishing our love for Sharm El Sheikh.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The location of the resort is superb, and the beach is stunning. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again. The staff were incredibly helpful—from the reception and housekeeping to the chefs and the stewards in the dining area. We loved the view; it was one of the best in Sharm El Sheikh. It’s a cozy place with a breathtaking view and beach, and the staff are truly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
